I should mention: I tried to make an appointment with a different cell repair service provider the day before, and my appointment was cancelled via email due to lack of technician availability - leaving me frustrated and another day without my phone. After finding One Stop Cellular Repair in Broad Ripple (conveniently just 5 minutes from my house), I decided to stop in this morning. Jordan quickly explained that yes, I broke the LCD screen and there was a very small chance that the phone would be irreparably damaged, and if that was the case, he wouldn't charge me anything for taking a look at my device. THANKFULLY, he was able to set me up with a new screen, even showing me on the old screen exactly where the damage had been done. In just 20 minutes (!!), I was back in business and reconnected with the world for both work and personal use. Pricing is competitive - exactly what I expected to pay, frankly - and Jordan is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We chatted throughout the repair, and in no time, I had a like-new phone with everything working as it should. He even charged my device a bit for me as it had died in the two days post concrete parking lot drop (now known as "the incident"). I walked out extremely satisfied, and I highly recommend One Stop Cellular Repair. Jordan and his team are open 6 days a week (closed Sundays) and will repair or replace nearly anything on your device - battery, charging port, LCD screen, water damage repair, camera, speaker, home button, volume buttons, etc. Very glad I stopped in today!

Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! Also calling them very vulgar names! If you want my honest opinion you have better luck just trying to repair your device on your own or taking it to another shop as Marvin is the worst for customer service and to provide you with help!

This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.
