Tech couldn't complete job. Pre-auth still pending. Didn't send out another tech. They created a new order without my knowledge. Only way I knew was that my CC kept getting charged. Luckily, I use Privacy.com and preset spending limits were imposed. Over the course of 3 day, they racked up 10K in charges. The tech came to the door unmasked. Ask tech was he vaccinated, he was not and requested him to wear a mask. He should've came to the door masked. Mario did a great job with in-home service for a printer/scanner with connection problems. He helped us get the app installed that we needed, and do a couple of test runs. He also verified logout of our home wifi from his phone when he was done, and advised us to make sure we have any other in-home technicians do the same, for security purposes. I received a prompt response to my request for services with a firm price and date for the services. I couldn't email to confirm so I decided to call and confirm. When someone finally answered after being on hold, a young lady acted like it was a burden to deal with me. I explained what i wanted and she quoted a price much higher than what I had on my computer. She started arguing with me and telling me that wasn't correct etc. I read her exactly what it stated and she still argued. I told her nevermind, I would go to another company. She stated that was fine. It was unfortunate because I had estimates from two other companies that were less expensive.
