    Have used for years......Always professional and Courteous…read more I have recommended Nathan to a lot of friends and they all have thanked me for the great recommendation........ Robisons Team come up with great solutions for any issues that are either really expensive and or issues that you can't figure out how to solve. They help you get those items accomplished the least expensive and in ways you might not have thought about.

    We recently bought a new home and called Technology Interiors to mount the TV's that we purchased…read morefrom their company. There were five TV's in total and they sent three people who were at our house from 9:30-1:45, with an hour break (so, under 4 hours). They did the job. Communication was nonexistent prior to leaving, aside from telling me that they needed to adjust the invoice, and when I asked if they had my email and phone number, the attitude started (eye roll and sigh, while flipping the papers to me and telling me that he "didn't have a pen, so he didn't know what to tell me." Additionally, when I asked about the theater system, he told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to figure it out myself. Not impressive. Then the bill for $2500 was sent to my email, which seemed a bit high. After writing a nice email simply asking why the cost was so high, this was the response (see below). Apparently, they are in a league of their own...but only in pricing, and not in courtesy or communication. I want to note that we purchased all but one TV from them and have had numerous appointments in between for help and they were always glad to attend to them (again, not the most personable people, but that I can live with). All of this I could stomach, and the recent bill I could live with, but the email below is the most arrogant, rude, condescending communication I have read in a long time. So no, Nate and Co. -- you aren't "trunk slammers" or other "lowly companies". My father was a "trunk slammer" and he had a Master's Degree, but loved working with his hands and was the most detail oriented, courteous person I've ever met. Then I will also remind you that you wrote this email to a Marine who is 100% disabled and REALLY knows what it is like to "slam trunks". I would only recommend this company to people who don't care about their finances -- not the "little people" who, despite their income level or status, pay attention to detailed billing. Oh, and Nate, I have duel Master's Degree, have run several successful businesses, and I still remember how to speak to my customers. They pay my bills and I actually appreciate their business. I am clearly not you.

    So I was not going to buy the ADT Security System on my initial call and the sales rep Brian said…read morehold on just a minute and comes back and says my manager said if you will commit today we will give you two $100 Visa Gift Cards... it was enough to push me towards giving him the go ahead. After the installation I received the email with the form to submit requesting the gift cards and put it into an electronic file. Once I got settled I opened the attachment and noticed on the FORM it mentioned you had to submit within 30 days (keep in mind the body of the email had no mention of time sensitive dates nor was that mentioned when I was sold the bill of goods). I was in the process of moving in from out of state so had lots going on and called Brian at the Authorized ADT Dealer letting him know I was mailing in the form 11 days after the initial period to which he said he would let the office know. The form said it takes 6-8 weeks and after 8 weeks (mid August) no email and no gift cards so I called Brian the manager and he said he would send an email to the escalation team and they would get back with me within 48 hours... got busy and realized an additional 8 weeks had gone by (now mid October) and still no email and no gift cards. I called Brian again and he said he would send another email to the escalation department and they would respond within 48 hours. This time they did respond that since it was 11 days after the 30 day period they would not honor what they said they were going to do and were not mailing me the gift cards. I was led to believe the "escalation department" was with ADT so I called the national ADT office and they informed me that the promotional offer was the responsibility of the authorized dealer "Wireless Home Security" who sold me the system. When I called Brain back to confront him with the fact that it was actually his company that made the decision and that I want to speak with someone in the "escalation department" he informed me that they didn't accept phone calls it was all done via email... I then asked to speak to his boss or next up the chain and he said again they don't take phone calls either and he was the highest person I could talk with. He said... "We are spinning our wheels here... they have grace periods and policies for a reason and that's how it was going to be"... they would not be sending me the gift cards he promised to entice me to buy the system. I feel taken advantage of and lied too!!! Over just 11 days... REALLY!!! I am in the customer service business and service 30,000 plus guests a week and would never fathom treating any of my guests in this manner because of some policy. It's just poor business! Is it policy or just a way to take advantage of the consumer. BEWARE of this... I think it is morally and ethically WRONG... He just didn't and doesn't care!!!
