Apparently if we were to sign, the previous homeowners wouldn't be charged cancellation fees (which I've heard are not cheap). FE Moran texted relentlessly and when asked for a brochure of services offered, I was sent a shiny marketing page that had no information about their services. Not a fan. The previous homeowners maintained the security service our first month in the house. The steam from our shower set off the fire alarm. We shut the alarm off within 30 seconds. Nevertheless FE Moran gives us a call. I asked to cancel the call to the fire dept but the woman said that due to "martial law" they can't do that. Martial law has nothing to do with alarm systems. Pressure sales tactics, little information on the services provided, and no knowledge of the laws governing their business. Solid 1 star.

My reason for the rating is that their quote was competitive over the phone. Very professional. As in the actual contracted company, they were interested in helping install a pre purchased outdoor security camera when others weren't.

When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.

I called several other company's that day and the only one that returned my call was Indiana alarm. They sent there team out to inspect our situation and even had the fire marshal out with them to make sure all party's were on the same page so the repairs additions were appropriate to our needs and cost. the work was done flawless and fast with no issues. We had trouble getting any responses back on setting up a time to do the installation and then once they arrived, they were not prepared and had to keep coming back. They cut a hole in our brand new firewall without even asking to run wire thru. Now that the system is installed, the quality of the video is not what they promised. We had someone try to steal a catalytic converter from one of our vehicles parked at the plant and the quality was so bad, you could barely tell it was a guy. The app on the phone will not save the password so you have to sign in every time. We are still having issues getting the app installed on one of our PCs and cannot get the tech to respond. Lastly Jeremiah Conley who sold us the job WILL NOT call us back. We have tried numerous times and left many voicemails and he has still not called us back. Don't fall for his blind email he sends out saying what a good guy he is and what a good job they can do for you.
