I was impressed. I could not get my laptop complete loading to the log on screen which prompted my second visit. The harddrive was failing but they were able to recover some important data. The cloud backup had not recorded anything for the past 5 years so although I was glad I got some of that data, getting the recent data was very important to me. Although I struggled to find the recent data, they were finally able to steer me directly to it. I was SO RELIEVED. They replaced my hard drive with one with lesser capacity but still plenty large. I got all my data back and the new drive, and even though I had to follow up a couple more times to get to the data, the cost was most reasonable. I would recommend Lightning Repair highly. Also, the young men working there were all friendly and knowledgeable.

A brand new one cost $80 and I didn't think it was worth getting it for a 5 year old laptop. I rang up this place and they told me that they sold genuine apple used chargers for laptops. They were also able to bring it down to half the price of a new one, which really fit my needs. Also, I know that they buy back genuine apple products. I sold my iphone back to them. I would recommend this business. Service was quick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, on both visits.

And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". A cleaning service can't possibly be good without good, well, cleaning, and I can vouch for them in this category. They revitalized my (filthy) bathroom and kitchen in a mere 2-hour session. All wall surfaces were left white and shiny. The toilet, the sinks, the countertops, etc... were like new after their cleaning. They even went the extra mile to clean the top of my tall fridge/microwave set up. They did not have time to deep clean my living room/bedroom (not that I intended for them to do), but they left my carpet very clean with some quick vacuuming. They were efficient and professional during the session. I was left without a single negative thing to say about the job they did. Once the ground dries up some and I can contact 811, they will be back to grind up the stumps.
