Quality service department…read more The only reason they are four instead of five stars is because the service department has that all too common attitude of "I have been working here 30 years and you haven't." Honestly, I can understand that attitude. The guy has been there 30 years, knows the vehicles inside and out, and has to interact every day with idiots who don't know an alternator from a disc brake. And he's supposed to do it with a smile on his face while treating the idiots like respectable human beings. Tough job. Still four stars and I can recommend.

They hounded us to get it fixed while telling us the wrong things to do. My wife and I (with two small kids we need to tote around) still have not been able to register 9 months in to our lease! Eventually this place was taken to court for selling our trade in without getting the title fixed. AJ Roush and Steve Reynolds offered no help, knowing all of this took place. They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. Never do business with this company. I look forward to my lease being over so I can get away from this place. I will never do business with them again.

Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

My service from Penske is always great, but this time it was quick and efficient... so quick I didn't even have to get out of the car this time. I highly recommend Penske if you own a Honda and need any service completed.

I plan on giving them all my future service. Additional info - I just took my new used car to them because the brakes were absolutely crap. I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. The estimate was about 600 but strangely the next day when they started the work, I got a call from them saying I didn't need all the new parts and the eventual price was reduced to $173. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.

Just Leaving a Review after having a conversation with Christopher at the Tom Roush Mitsubishi in…read moreWestfield. TLDR. Wife came in to have trunk and fuel door fixed quoted $900 for service. Trunk service is fixed as requested but repair service for fuel door was wrong. Fuel door does not match car color and does not work. Wife left unsatisfied and I followed up with them this morning hoping to get it fixed properly. Christopher maintained that he told my wife he could send the fuel door to a body shop for an additional $100. He then told me that to fix the fuel door that they "repaired" was another $400~. The fuel door before being serviced by Christopher was at least able to be opened by holding the lever up and prying it open, but now the fuel door can't be opened at all. Overall, very disappointed with the service and will be telling everyone I know that there is a repair shop to avoid because they don't include labor in their repair estimates and when asked to make good on the work they want to charge you an additional $400 bucks. Needless to say, Christopher hung up on me and probably doesn't care anymore. He already got his $900 ($500 of which was labor from what I hear took him 1.5hr at most? Who knows why its that much. What $250 an hour for labor alone?) If you are considering taking it here, Don't. There are other places out there that handle Mitsubishi, You don't have to spend the better part of a morning talking to someone who doesn't care once their paid. Its really disappointing to spend 900 to get something fixed and then have to tow it to another place to spend hundreds or so bucks. I'm going to leave some numbers down at the end so you don't get scammed into "free inspection so long as you get the work done". They are charging anywhere from $200-$300 per hour for labor so just calculate from there. You can look up parts online to get idea of what they cost and for some reason they charged me $145 for $90 of parts. So just assume whatever parts you need they add like 25% "finders fee" on top of that. And no guarantees on the work. Hopefully you don't get Christopher when calling them just leave a review and 1-800-382-5516 is the number for Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Fortunately, one of the corporate shops steered us to Renner's. When I contacted Meranda who runs the office she said they would be happy to take it on. The estimate was done the same day. There was only one change in the estimate during the repair - they advised a new rear door rather than repairing it since the existing one had been fixed before and would therefore not be as safe as a new one. We were happy in all respects, and glad we can continue to drive our 'totaled' Prius! I strongly recommend Renner's.

I previously went to a guy in Whitestown who worked out of his garage...what a huge mistake that was that's where many of my problems began. I should've asked for the price first.
