I recently bought a car from this car lot and was super pleased. Not only with the car, but the…read moreowner too. I was actually recommended by a friend of mine who also purchased a vehicle from this place. It's a small lot so I was worried about the quality of the vehicles. That is--before I actually went there. Most of the vehicles on the lot are low to mid price range, which is what I was after. I talked for about a half hour with the owner before I made a purchase and I really liked him. He convinced me that he takes pride in his lot and tries very hard to not have "junk" vehicles on his lot. I've only had my car for two weeks and I love it. Granted it's a used car and I'm sure problems will arise, but overall I"m happy. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I think they even have payment plans for those who need them.

Tried to get them to trade it in for another car, NO NO NO. My baby they said. I have cried for days. My little girls are getting no Christmas at all, we cannot walk with me being disabled. Will have to pay to have at least what is keeping it from runnning fixed. Also had a scan done on vehicle and it has two pages of problems. We think could be salvage title also. It has been totally wrecked all over, every side. I could not tell it. I tried to open a door I had not opened yet when I got home, and it catches on fender. I took it to have someone look at it, and they told me it had been wrecked all over. When I took it back to them, they said I wrecked it and had it repaired and painted in less than a week LIE LIE LIE!!! I have cried so hard my eyes are swollen up. My kids are so special to me, and I cannot believe when I asked them if they were honest, they said they went above to help out. Well come to find out that the dad of the lot used to be a good guy we hear, but now the son has taken it over and he is horrible. He has done some really bad things we hear, now that we are passing this info to everyone we talk to. I am so very sad. Sad especially because I have three little girls looking at me wondering how we are going to get around, and they do not know that they are not getting Christmas, not even a tree I can't afford thanks to Steele Auto. I hope they are proud that they did this to me. I hope they pray for forgiveness. I am heartsick!!!! BEWARE BUYERS. Next step is to the news, and the newspaper, BBB, and if that does not work I will need everyone who reads this prayers, Bless all of you for those prayers.

There was water under the bathroom sink and on the bedroom floor so we knew we couldn't drive on. Finally I called Braun's because they carry Lance trailers. They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. I wish we had a comparable dealer in Maryland.
