Was told it would be done by 3pm the day i dropped it off only being 1.5 hr job. Did it not get done by 3 also not by 5 when they closed. Was contacted at 11 the day of repair, and told me it would be pushing 5 for it to get done. No called so i showed up at 455 and was told it wouldnt be done that day, no call or anything. Maybe a good place for a simple oil change or tire repair that takes very little knowledge, WOULD NOT recommend for suspension work or anything more difficult.

Very brief wait and it was my turn. The guy at the desk got up and said let me take a quick look at it. He did and 5 minutes later he was back and said...you're good to go. I asked what the charge was and he said, nothing, it was an easy fix! I know for a fact...that wouldn't have happened where I normally go for repairs. I looked at him and said I'll remember this! And I do. Thank You Angola Collision for your honesty and kindness.

This is from others i've seen use their services. Not sure if it's on purpose or just pure incompetence.

I took three years to research and find the travel trailer that would be good for my wife and two…read moredogs to travel in and ended up with a Gulf Stream 19CSK Vista Cruiser. Checked with our local GS dealer in the Sacramento, CA, area and was cited a purchase price. The dealership wouldn't negotiate and literally laughed at our offer, which was reasonable, based on my knowledge of the markup on these units (which I had determined during my research). I was directed by other GS owners to TONY'S RVs and called Tony. Told him what I wanted and he called me back 15 minutes later with a price $9,000 below what our local dealer had quoted. Because we were coming from "out of the area" Tony insisted we spend the night on his lot in the trailer (with full hookups).to make sure everything was okay. Great team, great experience - it's how ALL RV sales should be handled - and just an honest, straight-forward, great guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY'S RV !!!

I am glad I discovered Tony's in Bryan, Ohio. They had a good selection of the Vintage models we liked best. There was also a small glitch with the furnace - Tom found a place in Phoenix area to look at it and make the minor repair. I had to pay $67 but Tony told me to send him the receipt and he would reimburse me ! These guys (and gals) are STAND UP people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or if anyone wants to contact me - I'd be more than happy to answer any questions anyone has about buying a trailer in a different state than where you live.

Now they want to charge me 4 hours to take the other sander to finish the job the first one was unable too . When I talked to Tiffany the manager she said they plugged the first one in and worked fine . I can tell you it did not It slowly lost power and got hot as we were using it and then it quit . I tried a different outlet thinking maybe I blew a fuse still wouldn't work . I would avoid these people if you have other options the customer service is awful .

The outside had a nice crunch and seasoning - very tasty! The side of Mac & cheese was very creamy. You get lots of delicious cheese sauce. You might find yourself mopping up the bottom of the cup lol. The sauce is a bit bland despite all the cheese ooze. I added black pepper frequently and put the Mac & cheese over the top. The wings were really good. There was ten large wings in the order. They were fried with a nice crisp but not crunchy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The wings was bathed in a bourbon BBQ sauce. I think it was just poured on versus being baked on. The sauce had a very mild BBQ taste with just a bit of spicy heat. The sauce did have a hint of bourbon style flavors but not have predominant. There was plenty of sauce in the bottom of the dish to add additional flavor to the large wing.
