Very brief wait and it was my turn. The guy at the desk got up and said let me take a quick look at it. He did and 5 minutes later he was back and said...you're good to go. The shop coordinated with Alliance and had all parts on hand before our arrival. Freddie and his crew went above and beyond to make sure all of our items were completed. We arrived in town on Thursday evening, spent the night at a Harvest Host, and arrived first thing Friday morning. He had all items (plus an extra leak investigation) done before lunch!

Checked with our local GS dealer in the Sacramento, CA, area and was cited a purchase price. The dealership wouldn't negotiate and literally laughed at our offer, which was reasonable, based on my knowledge of the markup on these units (which I had determined during my research). I was directed by other GS owners to TONY'S RVs and called Tony. Told him what I wanted and he called me back 15 minutes later with a price $9,000 below what our local dealer had quoted. Because we were coming from "out of the area" Tony insisted we spend the night on his lot in the trailer (with full hookups).to make sure everything was okay. Great team, great experience - it's how ALL RV sales should be handled - and just an honest, straight-forward, great guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY'S RV !!!

I am glad I discovered Tony's in Bryan, Ohio. They had a good selection of the Vintage models we liked best. The were very easy to work with, took care of the details and when I "lost" a hubcap on the way home (they sent me a new one) ! There was also a small glitch with the furnace - Tom found a place in Phoenix area to look at it and make the minor repair. I had to pay $67 but Tony told me to send him the receipt and he would reimburse me ! These guys (and gals) are STAND UP people. After multiple places and multiple calls, I found this local place right down the road from me. They were able to fit me in immediately in a timely manner. I chose to go to them to have my window replaced, they had me in and out within a little bit of time. It was a huge relief to me and my husband they showed such courtesy and opening arms with helping us out and getting our window replaced. Life savers! So,…read moreFrohriep did not work on my car because they don't do the sort of thing I needed. HOWEVER, they did bail me out of a very stressful situation. My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! As I said, they don't do that sort of work, as they are a body shop. BUT, they hooked me up with TUFFY and Tuffy was able to get me in right away (thanks Dusty and James). The female owner (Michele) called to check on rental cars and drove me to Enterprise and waited while I secured a rental! Mike insisted on driving my poor car to Tuffy himself. Frohriep did all of this knowing they wouldn't make a dime off of me! They are GOOD PEOPLE who care about others in the community. They were a godsend to me that awful day. I will definitely use them if I ever need body work.
