IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING CARTS ON 12 FOR SERVICE, PARTS OR A PURCHASE FOR YOUR SAKE PLEASE DONT! I called them and asked if they could install a factory provided light kit on a $20K Bintelli. They said no problem and it would be done in a day or two (dealer says their techs install in 45 min) After being told it would be done "next week" and calling weekly for 6 weeks I showed up amd asked to see my cart and what had been done. I FOUND MY CART COVERED IN MUD IN A FIELD SITTING IN YHE RAIN ALONG WITH THE PARTS I BROUGHT THEM TO INSTALL. WORSE OFF IT WAS FULL OF MICE THAT HAD CHEWED THROUGH ALL OF THE WIRES IN THE DASH. Just to remind all this a 6 month old $20K custom cart and this is how Ed and Carts on 12 treated my property. Ed assured me they would repair all the damage, detail the cart, compltet the work and deliver it to me in 3 days...well 4 days later, I received a dirty cart, that had been backed into something with an installation that my child could ha e done better. Giant holes, no screws in the lights, wires hanging under my frame, missing fasteners and parts previously installed at the factory and they had backed it into something scratching the rear bumper and breaking the plate lamp. I canceled the measly $500 check that I paid him with once I had inspected the cart and am taking it to a real mechanic to have it repaired. Sent him documentation of what he did and this POS has the nerve to threaten me with legal action and has contacted/messaged my wife (who was not involved here at all) online. Point is Ed is a liar and their, their techs are unskilled at best and he treats his customers and their property like trash. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CARTS ON 12 AS YOU CAN!!!!!
