Cars2you took my car in and said that it was in really bad shape which I can attest to myself, and they worked hard to get it right and brought it back to life and were updating me step-by-step and being transparent with the price as well. Highly recommend shop.

I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted, and decided to go take a look. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit at first because it was not one of the well-known dealership companies (Ford, BMW, GM, Acura, etc.) and it was a bit of a drive. I cannot tell you how great of a decision it was to take a visit. Grigor was a knowledgeable and honest business man who knew when to help and or just let you browse - something I've never experienced at a car dealer. The customer service was more than I had ever expected, which had a huge impact on my buying decision. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not much over the Blue Book Value, and that Cars2You.com was still willing to do some slight negotiating spoke volumes to me. I am very happy with my Pontiac Vibe. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it time for me to purchase another vehicle. Additionally, I highly recommend Cars2You to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy; thus, I certain that yours would be the same! Grigor is by far the most honest car dealer in the area, and I hope you will go check out Cars2You.com.

The owner (?) or someone who appeared to control the phone and customer interactions was a crabby jerk! He ignored my mechanic instructions and launched into a more expensive full diagnostic. Really? He made zero attempt to communicate with me which meant I had to call several times for a status update. Does he really think I want to be THAT person? Ultimately we got the answer we needed, one of a short list my mechanic suspected. The fix from him was apologetic and heavily discounted whereas I paid over $400 for days of hassle from this place! My mechanic is likely to purchase his own equipment because this guy is so difficult to deal with.

Had my car for two or three days and could come up with no clue about what was wrong with it. Told me it would cost me possibly two grand to fix a simple problem with the air-conditioner not working. Wound up taking it to the dealer to fix the problem for the money they charge me for telling me that they could do nothing with it. These pieces of human excrement should not even be in business. Professional diagnostics? Ha, don't make me laugh
