But every year I would brush it off and keep coming back, turning my schedule around to accommodate them, because I didn't think I had other options. I paid the $207 diagnostic fee only to be told that the whole clutch needed to be replaced. I could not get any specifics about what exactly was wrong, only that it was toast and needed to be replaced. $4k incl tax and various fees. I thought it sounded a bit steep and towed it down the street to a repair shop where I got it properly diagnosed and repaired for less than $1,100 incl taxes and fees. Turned out the clutch itself was fine. I then got repeat txts from GL to rate my experience and I gave it 3/10 stars. 1 star for the "job", but Steven at the service center was nice. Got additional txts and the manager left a message on my voice mail to ask why I couldn't give them a 10/10? I tried to call him back to relay my experience as I thought it might be helpful for him to know how things look from the customer side but it kept going to voice mail. I write this review mainly because I want to warn others of getting a similar or worse experience. Can't believe that service at an official Subaru dealership can be this poor. Probably OK to buy a Subaru from them but consider going elsewhere for service unless they change.

Purchased a 2019 jeep overland 12/22/25. 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. The car sits for 3 weeks while we wait for appointment. We're eventually told it's the Transfer case. $4000 repair that luckily we'll have covered under warrenty, minus deductible. The warrenty gave a discounted price for a rental for 10 days. The dealership says they don't have loaners available. April rolls by. May rolls by. Their steady telling us they can't get the part. When asked in June about an ETA we were told to, and I quote, 'Take it up with Chysler'. As if they were sick of us asking once a month. Unbelievable. So I did. I called Chysler and was informed this was in fact a gurley leep situation. It's mid July and Their now saying our car would be getting worked on the first week of August. Ironically at the edge of the Indiana lemon law time stance. Utterly unbelievable. IF it's ready that week we'll have 6 months car payments made for a vehicle we don't have. 6 months full coverage insurance on a vehicle i can't drive. Ive Lost multiple 1000's of dollars from my shipping job, which is why we got a 'dependable' vehicle to begin with. It's been a nightmare financially. We Would of had better luck off FB market place

I…read morewas out of town and after 1 month I gave them an out bc they could not diagnose or fix it and i said should i take it to the dealer..........QAS no we got it. After 2 months I gave them an out and i said should i take it to the dealer...............QAS no we got it. after 3 months no worky so i had it towed to the dealer and it was fixed in 2 days. QAS still charged me $700+ and actually erased one of the computers programing yet still only cost $400 at the dealer to fix the whole deal. I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.
