They towed my car Friday morning, didn't inform me that they would close at 5 and not open again…read moreuntil Monday. So my car was stuck in their lot over the weekend and they charged me for every day it was there even though they were closed. Over the weekend we tried to call for more information and the man who answered said "I don't even work here, I just answer the phones on weekends". They charged us for an oil and clean up fee when nothing has leaked from my car, and my husband picked up all the debris before we left. Very rude, very unfriendly people. They didn't care about me or my car, only how much they could scam off of us!
