Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. There are only two things I wish were a little different: I wish the price of the oil change included the shop costs and the waste disposal (but I think doing it the way A-Plus Auto does is normal in the industry) and I wish that using the diagnostic tool didn't cost so much. Places like Auto Zone use a similar tool for free, though it isn't as specific. This also might be normal in the industry, but I always feel funny about a diagnosis tool that costs $50-$60 to use and then find it's a $7 part, for example. Overall, A PLUS!
