This is an amazing dealership that kept us on the road. While driving from Maryland to Wyoming, our trailer had a plumbing malfunction and I spent 2 days trying to identify and fix the leak. There was water under the bathroom sink and on the bedroom floor so we knew we couldn't drive on. Finally I called Braun's because they carry Lance trailers. They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. I wish we had a comparable dealer in Maryland. read more

Took my rv for service, needed a converter. Cost $1,000 come to find out after numerous phone calls and failed trips, they wired it wrong. Took it back and it appears it wired better but now my tilt out doesn't work. Had to call another company for repair. I will never got back to Braun's for sales or service! read more

Had a really good buying experience with Braun and everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, in the current environment, I would not recommend buying from them right now. They have had my trailer for 5 months for warranty work and have been waiting on parts from the manufacturer the entire time. There is no ETA on when they might get them. Since they are a smaller dealer, they just don't get the priority when it comes to parts that the big guys do. Until this global supply problem gets resolved, I would recommend going to one of the bigger guys with more clout with the manufacturers in case you have a problem that needs fixing. read more

The service tech is who made this visit a good rating. Everything else was meh. I was there for a mobile home winterizing, which was about 190$. Kinda high for the actual work that's done. The tech let me observe and now I know how to do it. He went extra steps to make sure all lines were filled with the fluid and our rig better protected. The two management types that were there seemed a little high strung and uninclined to socialize. The one that had to handle my paperwork is not a camper. Interesting. read more

Bought a used camper in August, everything looked and worked well. Unfortunately, I did not see a small dent in the front of the camper until after the papers were signed and drove away. Contacted them the next day to let them know that I noticed the dent and was told not to worry about it that it would be more trouble than its worth. Well the dent became large and broke the seam. The camper had water damage that was not disclosed and the whole front wall collapsed. I just received an estimate to fix it and its over $13,000.00. The camper isn't worth $13,000.00. I emailed Jerome who was my sales rep. with pictures but never received a response from anyone. Why would you sell a unit with that kind of damage or tell me not to worry about it! I wouldn't suggest no body to do business with this business. They sold us a lemon, we have had nothing but problems with our used 5th wheel we bought from them. Slide out's wouldn't slide back in, lied to us about leaks after we ask them if there were any leaks in the fifth wheel. we found them. called and they say it was sold as is. too bad our camper been in/out in shops more so then in campgrounds. Never, Never ever Never buy an RV from these guys. They seem very nice and family oriented. But they will overcharge you, remove things from the RV after you have made the deal and sell you an RV they know Leaks. I really liked these guys, but they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of RV's. they said it was in the name of charity, that turned out to not be true as well. Very sad that they seem so nice, but are evil at heart. I will never make another purchase there. They cost me several thousand dollars. read more

Had service work done at Fun Time Campers to repair a small crack in the roof of my pop-of camper. They were extremely friendly, gave me a conservative quote that seemed fair, and the final price of the repair came in quite a bit less than originally quoted. I was very pleased with customer service I received as well as the fair price for my repair. read more

I've had my B van in here a few times. Every time they've met expectations, been friendly to work with, and been quick with the repair. There is a wait to get the vehicle in (as there are at all service shops), but they were very upfront about the time expectation the whole way. We had a leak in the rear of our Laredo RV. We knew a leak between the outside & inside wall & floor could be serious. We saw examples on the Internet of wood rot & mold causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Upon arrival on late Friday, Jake (Braun's Fun Time Camper Technician) found a place to store it, out the rain, over the weekend. All weekend my wife & I worried about what we were going to hear from Jake & Dan (Fun Time Service Manager). On Monday, Dan called and said they had found the leak. He said Jake had removed the cracked caulk and resealed the joint (with pretty white caulk). Dan said it would be ready to pick up the next day. He said the price of the repair was $72. Dan said we should run a fan or heater to dry the floor & inside of the wall. It's been 3 weeks since the repair; everything seems very dry with no sign of any leak. Yeah!!! We purchased our first camper and was a great experience to start with. We asked if we could get AC in our camper. They said "Sure!" We took our new camper away for our first camping trip and it leaked were the AC was. We took the camper back and they tightened a couple screws and we were off again. Our next camping trip, yep water. And to make things worse, our awning broke. We took it back and they tightened the same screws and told us the awning broke because we left it up in the rain.They charged us $90 to look at the camper. I was shocked that we had this brand new camper about a month and we are still leaking and we have to pay to have them fix their error. They are not being nice to us any longer. Needless to say our camper continued to leak and when we took it elsewhere, we were told that the AC was installed incorrectly. We purchased another camper elsewhere and learned a lot from our FunTime Camper experience. More what not to do! This place is great as long as you don't have a warranty issue. It's a whole new place when they made an error and try to make you feel at fault. read more
