They listened to our issue, they set our expectations on their troubleshooting process, and then they found the issue and resolved it in a very timely manner. He required prepay for the service call, but then he canceled it on the day of and never returned any calls or texts despite these being urgent repairs. My 2020 Ford 250 extended van needed a roof vent. A truck/auto shop said they don't cut holes as for fear of leakage. They gave me the number for a Franklin RV dealer who said when I visited that they would do it in a few weeks, but gave me Robbie's IN-Motion RV number. Robbie runs this family owned business and does a top notch reliable job... no BS. He grabbed a measuring tape and found a 14# gap between 2 roof supports and said that this is where Ford would have an AC installed ... for the support. The vent is 14# and I opted for a rain cover. He installed it when it arrived. I've driven it through a hail/downpour and had it sitting in heavy rain with absolutely no leakage. I'll use his business for any RV related issues in the future. read more

I'm traveling across country and discovered my left blinker is not working. I popped in and was so impressed. JD worked so hard to figure it out. My car was wired incorrectly but he found a way to make it work. He took great care of me, helped me out tremendously. I'm coming back in a week and I'll go back and get more work done. We found ourselves having some safety issues with our travel trailer, a Forest River: Geo Pro 19FD. During our trip to IN, while on the highway, we had several episodes of severe sway of both our car and trailer. We initially thought it was a car issue, called the dealership and was told to turn off the 'tracking system', which we did. The sway continued, then became severe when cars passed us on both sides, while in the middle lane. When we got to IN, we contacted In-Motion, who gave us an appointment for the next morning. They immediately diagnosed the 2 problems we were having. The carriage bolts were not the correct bolts and had loosened. Also, the sway bar we had was installed upside down and was used more for weight distribution than sway management. Bob and his staff came in on the weekend to take care of the issue and we were back on the road to our family reunion. We cannot thank them enough! Took our TT in for minor repairs in Apr 21. 10 weeks later....we went to pick it up done or not. We had called and inquired as to the status at week 6 - 8 - 9. We asked why it had taken so long to clear up issues and do repairs. We were told that "Bitching Bettys" go to the bottom of the pile! Needless to say the work was not completed and our electric jack lift was ruined when the cap was taken off and left out in the pouring rain. It may be a great place to get service if your not concerned about how long it takes. We would not recommend this service center. read more

I hate giving bad reviews so rarely do I, however this one needs to be said and would be easily corrected, Called in early April 2022 for an appointment for inspection and check out the refer. Their earliest avail. was April 19. Deliver my unit and while there asked for a few other items to fix or at least get the estimate. Not a long list. After 4 weeks, no call. Called, left VM. Few days called left VM, few days later called mail box full. So sent text. Nothing. So went out to pick it up hoping the gate wasn't padlocked. Open, nice lady behind the counter and she assured me all would be taken care of. Few weeks more, nothing, sent text last Thursday June 2 and asked for update. Nothing, called today and asked them to pull my unit out and I would pick it up. When I went to pick it up, no one in the office and only one mechanic who was up to his ears in grease. I understand it is hard to get help but it is not hard to communicate. read more
