If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better. Front Sway Bar Links - 4 Wheel Alignment Included. 2) Remove & Replace Both Front Wheel Bearings. 3) Remove & Replace Both Front CV Axles. 4) Remove & Replace Both Rear Brake Pads, Rotors & Calipers - Brake Fluid Exchange Included. Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure. Anyway, we called and they said to bring it on over and we had to wait about an hour before they had time to fix it, but they fixed it fairly quickly after that. The total was less than $20, so I am one happy camper at the moment that they were able to fix this and do so affordably as it has cost us much more other places we've had these replaced. This is a super busy location. They do have a small rating room for five or six people, including a TV to keep you busy if you don't have a phone. There is a coffee pot and water as well while you wait. They did have a battery on the counter with charging cables, but it didn't appear to work and I honestly didn't feel like bothering anybody about it. Bathroom was clean as well.

I recommend this business be more transparent when communicating time needed for services and advising customers as i would have loved to get my alignment corrected also but had already been at the location for over two hours when I was told it would only take one. I will not be back to get my alignment adjusted - i will go back to the location in Avon and recommend it to other Discount Tire customers.
