Their staff is always extremely helpful, polite, professional and nice to chat with. Their prices are fair and their parts are good quality. Because of their staff, availability and selection they are my go to for RV parts in Indy!!

This is an amazing dealership that kept us on the road. While driving from Maryland to Wyoming,…read moreour trailer had a plumbing malfunction and I spent 2 days trying to identify and fix the leak. There was water under the bathroom sink and on the bedroom floor so we knew we couldn't drive on. Finally I called Braun's because they carry Lance trailers. They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. I wish we had a comparable dealer in Maryland.

He told me I needed to purchase a new tailgate liner when the only thing that needed replaced was the extrusion pieces that fit across the top of the liner to hold it in place (the extrusion pieces were cracked and pieces were missing ). Then he proceeded to charge me a $75.00 installation charge and when he performed the installation he did a less than stellar job. When I called to talk to him he was busy at the time and the office gal said he would need to call me back. He ghosted me...big surprise. I later found out from Weathertech that they would have provided the extrusion pieces at no charge and I could have easily installed them myself. Now I am out the $150.

I had a tree limb fall on my Santa Fe SUV cracking the sunroof. I called my insurance company and…read morethey referred me to Don's Auto Trim and I'm glad they did. The insurance company ordered the replacement sun roof and had it shipped to Don's shop. I received confirmation that the part was delivered and called the shop to schedule an appointment to have it installed. Don said if I could bring it in today, he would get it done. I arrived at 10:30, they began working on it at 10:35 and they were done by11:30. I can highly recommend Don's Auto Trim for any of your after market interior and exterior automotive services.

If I could give more than five stars, I would…read more I had been searching for a new vehicle for quite a while. I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists! I love my 2023 Honday Pilot even more because of the service.

We took vehicle for antifreeze leak. They did what they deemed to repair that. It was $1400. Now a problem with a "vehicle reset" has arisen. Another $500 to dealership. Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.
