These guys went the extra mile and I wanted to make sure I continue the chain they have had of 5-Star reviews because they really are great. WILL be going here for any future purchase. You may think it is too far of a drive, but trust me, for the person to person feel you get here it is more than worth it. Below is the review I left for Flat out on Google along with a photo of the Tom Woods guys handing my friend his key when he bought his bike from them instead of Flat Out. "Was in there with a buddy of mine looking to same day buy a ZX-14 WITH TITLES FOR TRADE IN IN HAND!!! Waiting for 10 minutes give or take and nobody came up to us, so we went and asked for help. Another 10 or so passed and still nothing. After asking 3 times we still didn't get a sales person and we're talked to by a lady who worked there. She asked us what we wanted, and my friend said he just wanted to talk price and details. The lady said the price was "X" plus fees. My friend mentioned negotiating and details to which she responded by getting standoffish and rude "THAT'S THE PRICE" in that snoooty I'm the most important person in the world and what I say always goes tone of voice that everyone hates. At that point I stepped up and said "Alright sounds good, let's go boys" because I was tired of hearing it and we left... Went over to Tom Wood Power Sports in Anderson Indiana and bought there the same day. We walked in the door, we were instantly greeted looked at the same bike, and my buddy signed the paperwork. We are just about to leave right now with the 2018 ZX-14. And in the photo is a chill dude who got the paperwork. Probably the most person to person feel out of any dealer I've seen, and believe me, I've been to tons. You might think Anderson is too far away, but trust me. Make it...."

After 3 different trips, they were unable to fix the problem and inferred I was imagining it. I got under the van, found the issue and spent quite a few hours fixing it myself. I couldn't continue to breath the fumes. When I bought the van from them, they gave me a nice clean Carfax report. However, they gave me a report that did not include significant engine work they had done AFTER the report. If I had known I would never have bought the van. I won't deal with them again and would suggest you not buy a used vehicle from them no matter their "warranty."
