I got a flat tire today and I had to have my car towed to Cooper Tire. The tire was in bad shape and Cooper Tire put on a new tire fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. They also replaced a fuse last year which made my running lights and dash lights work again and didn't charge me much at all to do that. They are very nice and reasonably priced and I'm sure I'll go back to them when something else goes wrong with my old beater. I definitely recommend them. read more

I asked for a printed quote for a set of tires. I explained I was price shopping and would let them know when I made my decision. This was my process when I purchased a set of tires for a different vehicle 1 1/2 years ago with no problem. The two younger guys behind the counter refused to give a printed quote and became very rude. The owner sat on his desk behind them and never said a word. Slow (it took a week and a half to repair 2 flats, put in a new battery, change the oil, and put on a new radiator cap), less than friendly, poor communication, and a total failure to actually repair the main issue which was overheating (they said it was 'just' a bad radiator cap). I picked up my car and drove home. My first time driving it across town it overheated. This was the first time I ever went there and will be the last. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I had a set of used tires I had bought online and mounted them on some new rims and I couldn't get my old rims off so I took it down there and they had a tech get them off and didn't charge me ( I gave the guy 10 bucks because I didn't feel right not paying something for there time) also I had a half inch bolt stuck in one of my tires and they managed to patch it and it still works perfectly ( given I have 35x12.5r17 tires on it). read more

This place is fantastic.....I recently visited Muncie for a week in my Jeep Wrangler and I hit a deep pot hole going through Indianapolis. Later that day I developed the wobble of death in my Wrangler which really concerned me. Any one who owns a Wrangler of a certain year range knows what I am talking about with the death wobble. It is very dangerous and can have many causes as to the cause, which range on the low end of 250.00, and high end of 1500.00 plus. The folks at Cooper tire are very professional and WILL NOT sell you or up charge you because you are at the disadvantage, like I was being from out of town. They quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue and and recommended to me to have my shocks replaced and replace the steering dampener - In less than 24 hours my Jeep handled like new. All for less than expected - about 400.00. If I do choose to move to Muncie I will definitely use again - Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!! read more
