I waited 20 minutes just to get my tires, that I purchased at DT aired up. I actually got out of my car to ask if at this location it was self serve. Plenty of guys working. It was the rudest location I've ever been to. The guy who finally came to air up my tires didn't do the usual hi, how's it going. Do you want me to check them all or is there a problem with one of them. I opened my door so he could scan the tag like they always do at my location and he didn't even acknowledge me. They took a little longer than expected, but they were busy and had issues with the vehicle in front of me on the alignment rack. Got 4 new tires and alignment checked on our 2021 Hyundai Sonata and new wiper blades. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. Great job, guys. read more

Quality of tires are great. I am always In and out quickly and coffee and water are free. If your tire is low a quick trip to the Quality Tire for a free air fill up. Nail in your tire. No worry. They examine and remove for free. Value is quite reasonable. I Always get the warranty. Love them. read more

Brought my van in for a tire issue and ended up needing 2 new tires. The staff finished up my vehicle and away I went, well almost. Unfortunately, my sensors showed low PSI in both of my new tires. The staff got my straight back in, found a corroded sensor. They replaced it quickly and free of charge. So yes, a little oppsy on missing the sensor issue but it was taken care of immediately. I watched senior staff educate the newer team members on how to avoid this in the future and went over company policy. I was highly impressed with everyone involved, even if it wasn't the smooth transaction I was hoping for. I would much rather to continue to do business with a company that stands behind their work and trains their employees appropriately. read more

They wouldn't put air in my tires. What's the point of buying tires there. They didn't even offer to make appoint or tell me it would be a little bit. Just said they didn't have enough people and that was it. Brought it to Cooper tire and they worked me right in. The prices are more at discount but previously I've had good service. Now prices are higher and service is worse. I am done going there now. We have 6 vehicles that will not be getting tires there. read more

There was no wait. A man came out to greet me right away. He asked if I had checked my tire pressure, and I explained I didn't have a tire pressure gauge, so he gave me his and showed me how to use it. I had a tire going flat. I assumed they would tell me the tire needed replaced and I really should get four tires. I had anxiety all day long. So they finish with me, and I go to the counter to pay. They. Did. Not. Charge. Jeez. My back passenger tire showed a low psi. I went on the discount tire website and picked an appointment time. I went there. They found a big screw in the tire, and patched it for FREE! Their waiting room was very clean and plenty of room to social distance. All the workers were very polite and informative. Next time I need tires I'm definitely going back. read more

Fair pricing and HONEST employees, it doesn't get better than that! I have been meaning to post a review for these guys for a while now. I have bought one full set of tires and paid for a repair and a replacement in the last 5 years. They have also done free rotation on my new Kia Soul and fixed some chrome peeling on my conversion van wheel for free too! They help me out as a Disabled Vet and they treat me fairly. The absolute best experience I've ever had in a tire store. Came in this morning because of a flat tire acquired last night. I was planning to get tires at some point anyway so that hastened the deal. There was a line when they opened but after seeing the level of care they took with each customer, that eased my discomfort (I despise lines). When it was my turn I was treated the same way everyone in front of me had been treated. They inspected my tires, asked if I had anything in mind and when I brought up tires I had seen on their website, they didn't try to upsell me like has happened at other tire stores. With a total of five people in front of me, they still got me out in under an hour. I dealt briefly with two technicians who were extremely friendly and polite. Tires are expensive, but good service makes the pain of paying out hundreds more bearable. I always have fast service when I stop in although I do prefer to call ahead. They will fill your low tires for free which is great, especially since the cold weather always reduces tire pressure! My tires are from there and under warranty, but they provide that service even if you purchased them somewhere else. All around great experience. read more

Wouldn't honor warranty I was even willing to pay the difference. Tire dry rotted and still had over 10,000+ miles on warranty. I was told regarding another tire shaking which they patched on through the belt. the issue was not the tire it was due to a cracked rim. My rims are steal not aluminum. Got a second opinion and got my tires and fixed the issue. read more

This place is great! Clean from parking lot, lobby, to restrooms. And the service - TOP notch! I called three places, Discount Tire being one and just on the customer care and knowledge over the phone exceeded the other two chains I spoke with. When I arrived I was treated like a guest not a customer. I even asked Bill (the manager and person who helped me over the phone and checked me in) how many things he could do at once because he was SO helpful, answered questions of a coworker, excused himself to help in the shop for a minute, and acknowledged others in line. Personalized service, great communication, and very satisfied. I'll be back. My job wasn't a routine job either. I had a Motorhome needing tire balancing and tire replacement. We got towed to the shop at 10 minutes to 6 on a Saturday night and the Manager Chris came out and gladly took us in because we were from out of town and had just been in an accident. They stayed a bit late and changed our tire, secured our car so it was drive-able and got us on our way. They were kind and professional and completely over the top customer service! I had previously gone through Discount Tire in the Indy area a couple years ago to have my tires replaced. Now I'm a student in Muncie, and I needed my tires replaced and flipped. I decided I might as well see if the same great service I received before could be reciprocated across the franchise. I can say with assurance that it definitely is. I ended specialty tires and to get them on as soon as possible, they order my tires and they were there within the week and all at a low cost. These guys are specialists in bait-and-switch tactics! Got on-line and ordered two specific tires only to be called back and told that they were discontinued. The salesperson, Travis, claimed confusion. Mind you, the tires were available on the online site and IN STOCK. Well... instead of offering me another tire at comparable price, the salesperson tried to upsell me to a more expensive tire. I didn't bite and ordered a cheaper tire (also online with a specific price). One week later, they called back and said THAT tire had been been discontinued. AND AGAIN, they tried to sell upsell me to a more expensive tire!! Tire Barn, here I come! read more

Unlike the other comments, mine was not so great. I was in need of new tires... I went to Tire Barn and Discount Tire. When I stopped in the store manager was there and actually took good care of me... I have an unusual tire size and there are not many choices, matter-of-fact, no choices. He was very good at explaining what all the numbers were on the side of the tire... my tires have to be special ordered and they came in in a few days. I received a phone call when they were in and I made an appointment. My appointment was for Friday at 4 PM. This is where the customer service went to hell in a handbasket. I got there and I stood in line because one gentleman was helping a customer and the other one was on the phone...while he was on the phone another gentleman walked in behind me. After he gets off the phone it should be my turn, it wasn't he took the guy behind me and waited on him. I'm a little upset at this point but I deal with it. I think he saw the reaction on my face and then waited on me. I had my granddaughter with me and I told him we were going to walk to Meijer and asked if they would call me when it was done. I turned my phone up loud so that I could hear the incoming phone call when my car was done. Finally at about five minutes after five I decide to just walk back to see what was taking so long.... imagine my surprise when I find out my car is done and it had been for about 20 minutes.
