Victory Honda in Muncie is the epitome of a dealership that meets and exceeds the expectations of potential buyers and/or parts and service customers! We do not live in Muncie but all our family's Hondas are not serviced anywhere but Victory due to the excellence of the service and parts departments. Every individual with whom I've had contact at Victory sets the mark for professionalism and customer satisfaction! Want or have a Honda? Buyer beware! I bought a used van from Victory that came with a 5000 mile warranty. We were getting…read moreexhaust fumes in the van so I took it back to get taken care of. After 3 different trips, they were unable to fix the problem and inferred I was imagining it. I got under the van, found the issue and spent quite a few hours fixing it myself. I couldn't continue to breath the fumes. When I bought the van from them, they gave me a nice clean Carfax report. However, they gave me a report that did not include significant engine work they had done AFTER the report. If I had known I would never have bought the van. I won't deal with them again and would suggest you not buy a used vehicle from them no matter their "warranty."

I bought an Indian motorcycle and was relying on the dealership to help me. Massive mistake. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another dealer, which I regret very much not doing even though I could tell from my first visit they were bad. I have purchased dozens of cars, RV's, boats and motorcycles. I should know better. Kick myself everyday for trusting this dealer. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. And you are only as good as the leader, that…read moreperson is Curt Schannen. He makes the decisions and everything flows from him. I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

For one thing, they called us the next day, telling us the key was stuck in the ignition and they couldn't get it out and would we want them to fix it. Anybody who knows how to use Google knows that there's a little button underneath the column that you press to remove the key (which our mechanic knew). The next day, they called telling us there was a problem with the starter. There was no issue with the starter when it was at our regular mechanic. The starter being burned out happens when the starter is over-cranked. They wanted to charge us to fix the starter in addition to trying to figure out the other issues. Luckily for them, my brother is paperwork averse. If it had been me, I would have talked to the BBB. He ended up selling the vehicle to the junkyard. If they were hoping he would buy a car from them, a snowball has a better chance in an active volcano.
