this is a great place to buy new and used parts for older Japanese motorcycles. if they don't have…read moreit in stock they can have in a few days. they have a great on-line catalog, so you can get an idea of what they carry before you head over. the owner is fountain of motorcycle knowledge, he seems to know everything. he's helped me out so many times when i've been stuck on something. truly a great resource. just a heads up: wait your turn in line and be patient. when you ask him a question, let him finish and don't interrupt him. if you go in there frequently, chances are you will get snapped at by him sooner or later. don't take it personally, it just goes with territory. it's kind of like the "soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld.

But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

An awful dealership that will rip you off…read more Sales associate Jacob Whitham lied about the condition of a $90k motorcycle repeatedly, as well as the service technicians qualifications. The bike was badly misrepresented, and the CEO of Graham Rahal Vehicles Cory Watkins is also a liar that does not stand by the condition of his vehicles. This is worse than the sleaziest used car dealership operation. When my lawyer exposed Cory Watkins for the lies he was peddling and for going back on his word to pay for all of the issues of this vehicle he just doubled down and lied some more, except that the person who transported this vehicle has iron-clad evidence proving that all damage was incurred at the dealership by their inept service staff and covered up by their mendacious sales team. Cory refused to rectify a situation he assured me that he would in writing, and is now playing games. The "Graham Rahal Experience" is one in which you will be screwed over if they have the chance to do so. Updates will be added to this review. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
