I give 4.5 stars but not five because some of the items in the financial office just were not explained or allowed to be questioned before paperwork was done. He was also very pleasant and accommodating during the intake process. Even made sure I was able to get on the internet to get my work done. Not only that but their price was one third of my local dealer in Noblesville. This was more reasonable based on my internet research. Wife and I waited while service was done and found the waiting area to be spacious and amenities like a fancy coffee machine and cookies to be an excellent addition. My gripe was no spare. OMG I could have been stranded and I cannot walk. That would have created such a big mess at a different time. So long post alert... I relocated to Indy for my Job last week and decided to give this dealer a shot. I ended up purchasing a 2018 after a bunch of hoops between sales and finance. I was already approved with chase but the finance person insisted he could get me a lower rate, after which he comes back with a higher rate!! When he saw that I was displeased and that he was going to loose the sale, he then says on well we can get you at x.xx rate ... like really dude I know you are here to make money but I didn't like the sales tactic. Fast forward a few days later I notice the tire is a little wobbly at Lower speeds..I go have it checked and it needs a tire rod. Guess who's not willing to fix it!!! Took my Palisade for the 52.5 k service package which was $205.02. A few minutes after dropping off my vehicle, the service rep came up to me in the waiting room informing me that my engine air filter needs replaced which is not part of the package and costs around $45. I told her to go ahead and have it replaced. I asked if they could help clean out the track of my sunroof and they agreed to do it for free as a courtesy service which I appreciated. I was amazed when I got a bill which included a charge of around $40 for fuel additives. I contested the bill and was told I requested it. I told her the only extra thing I agreed to is the engine air filter replacement. Under the 52.5k service package, it was stated that "fuel additive will be added if top tier detergent gasoline is not available". I told her there was no way I would have requested a fuel additive to be added because I always add Techron fuel cleaner to my Palisade every 3k miles. I declined to pay for the fuel additive, and she then summoned the Manager who also insisted I pay for the fuel additive, and I stood my ground and told him I will only pay for the 52.5 K service and Engine Air filter replacement. He told me I was not welcome to their dealership as he was going to blacklist me. This is the dealership I always brought my Genesis for service for years and kept patronizing after replacing the Genesis with the Palisade and always had a good experience with the service team. We have bought various cars from this dealership over the years which include a used Mitsubishi Outlander, used Nissan Sentra and Santa Fe, and the Manager blacklists me for refusing to pay $40 for a fuel additive I did not request. read more

I was told an hour for oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours. in which I received an alert from Mazda app stating shut engine off immediately no oil pressure. come to find out the tech broke the oil seal and got oil everywhere. they some what cleaned up the oil but still leaked on my driveway and smelled for two days. Hope to not have anymore issues caused by their techs. read more

This place is an absolute shitshow. Stay far away from them. My Hyundai engine caught on fire due to a recall and it took them over 4 months to fix and with zero communication. I had to call them weekly to get any sort of update and I could never get one. I asked repeatedly for a rental and they basically told me that I wasn't worth their time. I came to pickup my car after 4 months and they tried to give me my key without a key-fob to unlock my car. They tried to blame a former employee and said they would have a fob for me, but that never happened. Also, after my car sat in their lot for 4 months they tried to make me pay for a new battery because the battery was dead due to their lack of urgency to fix my recalled engine. Do yourself a favor and don't do any business with this joke of a company. If you take your car here for a repair, you would be better off totaling it and cutting your loses. read more

I had a slow leak in the left front tire. I brought the Elantra in without a service reservation to see what could be done. Justin, in service, not only was able to work my car in that day but also had the oil changed, the car lubricated, and, after repairing the leak, the tires were rotated. I bought my van while there they said it was a issue with the sliding door. They supposedly fixed it. Two weeks later it need to go back for the same issue. This was in March of last year. I had to bring it sometime that summer. Iam now having the same issue again. What is even the bad thing its causing the battery to go dead now. Iam a single mother of six so when the battery it causes me to miss work. As they have not fixed the issue yet and have not even said that the will give me a car to use. This is the first time i have dealt with a dealership I have had better results dealing with the buy here pay here on Madison Ave in Indianapolis. Now you tell me how did it come to 131.00 change with a $10 coupon that makes it 121.00 when I get home to look through my car look around my of all I went through the car offered me a free car wash. Thomas was excellent, but he just could not explain to me. The reason why I was paying 121 with a $10 off coupon and why my oil change was $131. They did not rotate my tires. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I don't like to confrontation with anyone. I just could not understand why my oil change was $131 when I went online to schedule my appointment and it was $119. I can tax you can make me understand that ? I asked could he check to see if I needed a fuse in my horn he could not give me a direct answer no one ever checked it. I used the service department here to (finally) get my airbags replaced from the recall a few years back. I also needed an oil change and finally changed that filter that all the other places tell me they can't change because they need some special Mazda tool to get in there. The service was really great. When you drive into the service area, the first thing you'll notice is how clean it is. I know it's just the area where you check in, but it's in tip top shape. There were employees there ready to greet me and check me in. They had it all marked off to keep social distancing and they were wearing masks. After check in, they direct you to the waiting area. They have a TV in the area and it was all very well kept. I asked for a courtesy vehicle, and I'm glad I did because they ended up keeping my car overnight because they didn't have the replacement airbag for my passenger side in stock. My courtesy vehicle was really nice. It was a great way to test drive a new Mazda with no pressure from a salesperson. They even showed me some of the controls before I drove it off the lot. I got my car back early the next day as promised. They gave me a coupon for the oil change which gave me synthetic oil and a filter change for a much better price than I've been getting at Jiffy Lube for standard oil and no filter. I'm sold. With the 160,000 miles on my 2007 Mazda, I'll be doing all my oil changes here from now on. read more

Great experience overall. The only problem i had was there were no floor mats in the vehicle. Called the salesman to ask him to check with the detailer and see if they were in the detail area. Instead of telling me he would check and call me back he just said if they weren't in the Jeep that there were none. The description i printed off has floor mats on it so where are they. I had to try to buy some from amazon and now I have to trim them down to fit. Other than that the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had received an offer from Cars.com from this dealer to purchase my vehicle. The offer was what I wanted for the vehicle and what Edmunds and KBB said was fair; so, it was a no brainer. Printed off the offer in addition to a value from their "Value My Trade" page off of their website and a payoff quote. I brought in both sets of keys and was ready to sell them my car. They inspected it to confirm that I was truthful about everything. I was. Brought over their final offer for me and saw that they had dropped their price by $3,550. I asked what had changed and was just told that all offers were subject to an appraisal and their "offer" from Cars.com was merely an estimate. I am not one to usually get upset; but, I was ready to make a deal to a value that they came up with. They had no justification as to why they dropped the price so much, only that that was the market value now. They really tried to bait and switch me with a good value for my car to get me onto their showroom floor. If I were you, then I would be very leery of trading in or selling through them. Go someplace else and get a second opinion. I had spoke with three other dealers who were all very upfront and honest about their offer for my car. Ray Skillman West Side was not. read more

This is the new sneak attack dealership. No pressure, genuine attitudes eager to get you a "good" deal on the vehicle right for you; seems like many dealerships are doing this. I'm really surprised at the high ratings. Maybe it was just an off week for the sales people here? Our trio dropped in for driving a Mazda 3, Honda Accord, and Nissan Maxima. Taylor took care of us and was happy to hook us up with a plate despite the too obvious appearance of three guys casually shopping and not dropping cash tonight. The Mazda, exciting car, too good for people who assume a Civic is the pick. No way, drive a Mazda 3 alongside any other compact car! Then we skipped the Accord for the Maxima but things went a little rough. Hardly out of the lot, we realized the tires had deflated during the winter climate changes to around 25psi each. I half expected to end up at another dealer for a Mazda 6 and Subaru but my friend had other ideas. He feel for the Maxima, not even trying to move the price down a bit (kids these days!) he was all for sending off Taylor to start paper work. As the car addict of the group who often goes hunting for my car needy friends, the Maxima was decently priced compared to listings between Chicago and Indy. All things looked OK! They'd need to detail the Maxima and organize financing. We planned the paper stuff two days later. Taylor was all about having the tires pumped up too. That Friday, weirdly not a Taylor in sight. She never did explain herself. Not only do we end up waiting nearly an hour wondering around the show cars, making small talk with the staff, and getting bored trying to figure out how a big dealership isn't ready to sell their own inventory in 48 hours - the sneaky dealer tactics rear their ugly heads. A $250 "anti-theft tracking" fee which from what I gather is entirely an easy $250 for the dealer to provide a smug "peace of mind" wave for their income. Top it off with the stealership math of "doc and compliance fees" and (I wasn't that nosy) rich cake they fed themselves in the last seconds of paper singing - became apparent to me that the techniques have evolved into a slippy pill the customer is forced to swallow or look like a jerk backing out of the deal. To top it off, financing rates for my friend (who has an ideal tech job with basic small expenses) were double what they should've been. All washed over with "just get to your own bank back home to re-finance" - is this normal? A huge dealer network with tons of resources and experience telling a customer to get better financing themselves? I was getting quite irked by it all. Forgot Taylor who never showed up or offered explanation, I just wanted to get the car and get going. After way too long, we're starting up the Maxima, which for all the nonsense, a gorgeous car goes a long way to amend things. But hey! What's this? Tire pressure warning lights, the front right at 53psi, other three at 26. We got to Casey's (free air!) on the way home to do the dealer's work ourselves. This is why I buy my own cars on Craigslist and recommend everyone be responsible, mature, and do the same. At least research beforehand and make sure you're paying for what you get. Craigslist has quite the image but really is the same casual friendly people offering a mediocre experience but for $1000s less - best of all no extra fees or financing nonsense. How has this place gotten all the 5/5 ratings? It's the biggest dealer fears for me right here: cliche positive people that hope being super polite covers up excessive dealer fees and lax car prep. It's that sneaky dealer without the ability to maintain their inventory but has donuts! Ya frustrated by this experience? Go eat a cookie! I felt this weird vibe watching the papers revealing the nasty fees, like "what you gonna do? walk out over $500?" - well yeah, I would. read more
