I bought a Ryker here. I tried to buy a helmet and was willing to pay 300-400. I asked the guys at the counter about their helmets. They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. After riding thousands of miles on various motorcycles in my 20s, I thought I had forever given up the sport by my early 30s. During the tumult of 2020 and its relative isolation, I again got the urge to ride. Having always felt Honda produced excellent, reliable bikes, I took my business to Dreyer. My first customer experience with Dreyer was excellent. Since I had my eye on a 2021 model, I called the dealership to inquire as to when they would receive one. I don't usually mention salesmen by name, but I was connected with Josh, who was very helpful from the beginning. Several weeks later, the model had arrived, and I went to the dealership to see it. In person, Josh was professional, knowledgable, and genuinely nice - even when I told him I was not going to immediately purchase the bike. He agreed to hold it for me, and two days later, I made the purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better motorcycle salesman than Josh. I found the finance process for my new motorcycle to be satisfactory. I feel I got the best interest rate, and the process was completed in an acceptable timeframe. I was dissatisfied with Dreyer Honda's service department. I thoroughly enjoyed my new bike during the fall, and I needed the break-in service completed in just over a month's time. When I called to inquire about the service, I was told I had to drop the motorcycle at the dealer, and it would take up to three days to complete a very simple task. The service manager was very polite, but he explained I was not able to make a same-day appointment, due to COVID guidelines. Considering the dealership's disregard for the most basic mandates, I found this policy ludicrous. I happily took my service needs to another dealership. Dear Reader, I hope you find this review in better times - times when this deadly pandemic is a bad memory versus harsh reality. While the sales experience at Dreyer was positive, I was dismayed at the dealership's wanton disregard for local and state mask mandates. When I go to a restaurant, I expect the staff, and especially the management, to follow all health guidelines when preparing and serving my food. When I enter any other business, I have a reasonable expectation that my health and safety will be protected. This was not the case at Dreyer Honda. When I first walked in the door, I noted very few people were wearing masks. Josh did wear one at all times, at least when I saw him. I threatened to renege on the purchase unless every staff member involved in the sale wore one. When I asked the finance manager why no one was complying, she said they initially enforced it, but later "gave up." Unacceptable. Will I return to Dreyer Honda? I just don't know. read more

I took their 3 wheel training class for Can-am bikes and the trainees were awesome. They were patient and knowledgeable. They made sure that we knew the materiel before moving on. The range portion had me scared due to never riding before but Jimmie and Bowman were encouraging. I was provided with constructive feedback and methods to improve. I wish I could this review 0 stars because that's what they deserve. To start, I called twice and both times was routed through their automated system to the service department. Both times, I waited on hold for service until my turn, only to get transferred to voicemail. So I called back and selected the parts department to ask if the service department was open. He said they were and transferred me. Once I had service on the line, I was informed that they wouldn't touch my bike (85 Honda Rebel) and they do not service anything over 10 years old! I find this ironic seeing as the whole time I was on hold, they were gloating about having 150 years experience in sales and service. Was good is all that experience if you can't fix older bikes?? I just needed the carburetor cleaned!! read more

Buyer Beware! Dreyer sold me a Spyder that had a strange rattling sound when idling, was told that's normal. A month and a half later and the drive belt socket comes off while riding, good thing not at speed it would have killed me. The bolt securing it was missing. Put on a temp bolt to get home and the rattling sound was gone. It must have been missing since day one. Before I could get to Dreyer the shaft for the sprocket was just spinning. Had it towed to Dreyer. 2 weeks and 300$ later I got to pick up the bike, I didn't even make it home before the bike starts warning me of brake failure! The bike cost more than other locations, but I had been led to believe that Dreyer could be trusted. When I called the service section about the brake failure they were quick to state that they hadn't touched the brakes, well the brakes were fine when I had the bike towed there and I sure as hell hadn't touched it since then. I understood that when I take the bike back I am going to be told they had nothing to do with it and by the way it's going to cost X$ What really sucks is I am a disabled Veteran and ride bikes as therapy for PTSD. I relax on a bike and relaxing is not an easy task for me. Wonder how long the bike will be down this time. 2 possible lethal malfunctions before my third payment! Buyer Beware! read more

They told me they could not even look at my bike until September this was on June 10 but they say they have 150 years experience 6 mechanics so they can get the work done fast. What 2 and a half months is fast they acted like they didn't even want to talk to me about my bike like I was being a burden they need a better person out front to talk to customers someone who at least act's like they want your business read more

Have been taking our honda ATV'S to them for almost 20 years. They have always taken care of us. Their turn around can be on the slow end, but the end product is awesome! Our 2001 rancher now has 7258 hours on her and still running strong...ish. we have had 8 quads and 1 xr650 serviced here! read more

Wow, I read some of the other reviews, sounds like sour grapes. My experience has been excellent. From sales to dealing with parts I have been very satisfied. Bought Harley's for years and never had any service issues, but talked with others that had. Some people are just unhappy and want what they want. Ha, its recreational motor sports and not surgery, be patient, work with them and it all works out. My salesperson was Josh, couldn't have been any more helpful and responsive. We can't say enough good things about the customer service and quality of care we received from the entire Dreyer staff that we worked with. My husband and I are from Nebraska, and we were in the middle of a 2 week, 2000+ mile ride. Upon arriving in Indy the rear tire on our GL 1800 Goldwing needed to be replaced. We searched the internet, found their dealership, called on a Friday just before they closed. No promises, however they would try and get our Wing in and tire replaced by Saturday, most likely it would be the following week. Needless to say we where in a jam, 4 extra unplanned days, hotel etc.. We called Saturday AM to check in on it and to our DELIGHT they had it ready to go! I even scored some great gear in their retail shop! Over the top great experience all around! read more

Don't deal with Ben he has hands down had the worst customer service I have encounter. Emailed and called him and was willing to drive 100 miles to come see a motorcycle. It took him three days to respond after initially asking for information at which point he emailed me very disrespectfully to not answer any questions I was asking because I could come into the store then continues to finish off the email saying I must be " a VERY busy man..." Overall he was unwilling to remotely answer any questions and it seemed like every time he had to answer a phone call it was a hassle I've never had such a garbage experience I've wanted to write a negative review until dealing with these guys. I totally agree with the review from Timothy C. My boyfriend and I have purchased a few things at Dreyer - helmets, bike maintenance items, etc. - but never a bike. We had a Honda VTX1800 and we were just browsing (drooling mainly) at the Goldwings, never really thinking that we would ever be able to get one. Through the amazing teamwork of Jr., Missy and Kevin, not only did we get a great trade in on our bike, they were able to get us into a VERY nice used Goldwing at a payment that we could afford. They went above and beyond in getting a few little cosmetic blemishes on the bike touched up as well. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant.....it was just a pleasure doing business with them. After doing lots of research before buying my first streetbike I decided to stop in Dreyer and see their selection. My sales guy was absolutely wonderful! Not pushy at all, very caring and easy to talk to!! I decided to go with a 2015 300. Missy in finance is heaven sent!! Very easy process, and quick!! She even called a few days later just to check up!! you dont find that often anymore! My first day of getting my permit I hit a HUGE pothole in between railroad tracks!! Bent both rims, and blew the front tire. Thankfully I was able to keep it up so no plastic damage nor damage to myself! I took it in a few days later to get an esimate. Service got me right in and took care of her within a matter of a few days!! Every person here is just amazing to work with! Im so happy to have my bike back in perfect condition with a smile on my face of all the help they have done for me! Definintely a 5 star business! I will never go through another shop! read more
