I bought a Ryker here. I tried to buy a helmet and was willing to pay 300-400. I asked the guys at…read morethe counter about their helmets. They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. My salesman Scott was okay, but I think he gets overwhelmed. Sincerely, RobertZ Dissappointed

They called me before starting and mentioned many other things wrong with the bike. I declined all other services (I had known about this issues and saw no reason for them to fix them as they are relatively small and I can fix them myself) Great start. Unfortunately after picking it up they didn't bother to mention the safety hazard it had become. Not to mention they couldn't accept cars because the owner wasn't there so I had to wait in the parking lot for 25 min. Upon leaving the clutch was extremely stiff had no friction zone at all. Full on or full off. Didn't bother to properly fasten the clutch cable. Luckily that didn't come off. After limping the bike to my shop. Called Fastlane and the owner said he took it for a ride (which I find hard to believe) again didn't think to mention any of the other issues. Tried to call them to express my concern and they deflected everything, then began calling me back saying "no reason to be rude" as if letting a bike leave your shop in a manner than could have resulted in serious injury isn't rude. Unreal they're still in business. Shop was filthy, parts everywhere, lots of the owners unfinished projects even the employees call shitboxes. Staff was friendly at first but very unprofessional. Would not trust another bike in their care again.

To me, it's like a hand picking the veterinarian to perform surgery on your pet. I wanted to revive one my motorcycles that had been in storage for 12 years. Every place I contacted said, "we don't work on anything that old." Hell, I couldn't even get any of them to recommend anyone, which made it more frustrating. After talking with one of the mechanics at Dreyer Motorsports, explaining my frustration, he said you should call Mark at Fastlane Cycles, he loves old bikes. So, I called Mark and explained the situation and he said he would happy to "bring her back to life." Not, "we'll see what we can do" or "we'll take a look at it." He called me with progress reports and questions about replacement parts and which direction I wanted to go with those parts as far as after market or OEM. He called me after 3 weeks and said she was ready, which was a little faster than I expected, but was nice to hear. It's now been about a month since I got her back and she runs great, sounds exactly like I remember, and rides the same as she used to. I recommend Fastlane Cycles to anyone with an older bike and will continue to take mine there for needed service in the future.

Living over an hour away, I chose to have the slingshot delivered, which cost $320. It was delivered filthy--not just dust from travel, but FILTHY. Trash in the storage compartments, under the seats (pop bottles, coins, pens, chapstick, fast food receipts) along with the sticky adhesive from the previous owner's lights around the sides and back of seats. And to top it off it has a HUGE gash in the side (that was not there when I test drove it!!) My husband of course was still excited until he drove it (of course I didn't notice how horrible the alignment is!!!). They have "graciously" offered to have us bring it back in to have it cleaned and aligned. Remember, I just paid $320 to have it delivered, why should I have to pay to take it back to have the things done that should have been done prior to delivery?? We don't drive the slingshot on the interstate and that was 99% of the reason of having it delivered. I wouldn't pay the teenage neighbor kid for a car in this condition, let alone a business!!! Pay $20,000 for a "fun" car and you'd expect better.
