They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. Wasn't able to make in Monday but called & I spoke with Blake who told me that he thinks Hyundai has a recall about that issue with paint just coming off. When I arrived yesterday didn't like the customer service that I received or lack of it...much different from when you were hungry for your commission. Someone approached me when I came in but I needed to go to the bathroom....I was in clear view of Kristen cubicle- came out of the bathroom and just sat NO ONE approached me to see if I needed help. I continue to sit & finally I just spoke to the air "Oh you going to sit there & act you don't see me" then Kristen came out & said she didn't know that I was there. They weren't busy & the other guys saw me but no one addressed me. My feeling on my experience I felt ignored & then blamed for the paint coming off my car & she refused to try & make things right. Blamed Blake for telling me about the recall said he was a new hire (guess he didn't know what he was talking about) said she hadn't heard about the recall. I thought Kristen was a nice, warm, caring person & yesterday I realized she just another salesperson SNAKE who will do anything to make the sale to get her commission & then YOU DON'T MATTER. It upset me so bad that I came out of retirement & said a couple of bad words...I haven't used profanity in over 15 yrs but I'm tired of companies overcharging you for a piece of crap & then make it your fault for the piece of crap. There's no freaking way that the paint should be coming off that car. So beware buyers...if you want to be treated like a NOBODY then this is the place you should go.

Aside from the window cleaner they didn't get off my back window, my car looked great. He discounted my services for my troubles. Hus credit card machine was apparently not working, so I paid with Zelle. Unfortunately, after the cleaning my radio control buttons now stick if they're pushed and have to be pried back with my fingernails. I reached out and told him my car looked beautiful, but I had this problem. I didn't ask him to fix it, but to suggest what I can do to fix it. Surely, I am not the first in all his years of business. I text him two days now, and made two phone calls. No response. So now, what started off as a shit show, is ending in one as well.
