Horrible location, limited hours, employees are mean, rude, sarcastic and confrontational. I…read moreordered parts and was told I would receive a call in the next few days when they came in. I waited an additional 3 days past when they were supposed to arrive and then called. Spoke to a man who made me repeat the invoice number three times because he wasn't listening and was annoyed at getting a call. He then said my phone was disconnected and that's why I didn't get a call. I stated my phone has been on for over 15 years without interruption. Then Amanda who I bought the parts from started screaming and said my phone is disconnected. She became even more angry when I told her I was calling on the phone she said is disconnected. I then called the corporate office 317-241-2356 and spoke to Scott who is the district manager. He said he would deal with their behavior and I wouldn't have a problem with any confrontation picking up the parts. I went into the store and Amanda again said my phone is disconnected. She dialed it and it said disconnected. I called her back on the same phone and it rang. She blamed it on me and said I must have spam blocker and got upset when I asked why NAPA would show up as spam. She raised her voice and informed me that if she was yelling people would hear her in the parking lot. The other male employee (large man with glasses) was laughing and making fun of me to the other customer in front of him, which he continued to do in the parking lot after I left. Amanda slammed the parts down on the counter and told me to leave her store and never come back! I went to a different store, was treated wonderfully and they used their phone to call mine and it rang with their name. They have no idea why this stores phone wouldn't make a call to my number. They had no problem. I was never rude during any part of this transaction, however the employees, especially Amanda were extremely rude. The district manager Scott doesn't care because he lets them continue this behavior. He just screens calls and doesn't return them. If you want to deal with mean rude obnoxious people who hate life and take it out on their customers, then go here and get a tongue lashing. I know several mechanics in the area and have started speaking to them. None are going to buy anything from this store and are going to advise their customers not to as well.

I stopped in because my radio had gone out along with my ability to charge my phone. I'd had a handful of people suggest getting my fuses checked as everything else electrical seemed fine. While I can obviously accept there are limits to how much "service" a retail outlet can offer, it seems weird to me that a place that replaces batteries, checks engine lights, replaces windshield wipers and offers more hands-on services makes a point of saying they can't assist with testing a fuse. Instead, this wheelchair using driver had to climb out of my wheelchair, lean over, and try to manipulate the ridiculously fine tester that they'd sold me. Fortunately, someone drove by and offered a bit of assistance as my hands just aren't made for that kind of fine motor skill work. To their credit, I will say they at least looked and could tell which fuse kit/tester I needed. So, hey, that's a plus. I don't know. I'd always heard high praise for AutoZone's helpfulness. Personally, it felt like more of a "can't do" than a "can do." Awful? Nope. The employee was friendly and did at least, I think, sell me the correct kit (hard to tell as the problem was not solved). Again, I'd say this was more of a "meh" experience than a bad one, however, I can easily say I won't be back.

After buying them, I attempted to install them in your parking lot, but was unsuccessful, even after a fairly thorough online search. I then asked a manager named Danny, a young Hispanic woman, if she could help. She was very kind and professional, and spent about 15 or 20 minutes trying to do it, including looking at an instructional video online. She did not find the tool that she needed to get the panel open, but she went far above and beyond the call of duty, and was very friendly the whole time. I greatly appreciated that excellent service, and I will continue to make AutoZone my first choice whenever I need anything auto related.
