Evan was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose an issue with my car. I came in just for the…read morecheck engine reading, which he was happy to do right away. After reading the codes on my car's computer, he asked me to open the hood to see if he could see anything obvious. Despite the fact that I looked for at least half an hour without noticing anything, he immediately saw the issue - a hose clamp was missing, and an air intake hose was disconnected. He helped me find a clamp that would fit, allowed me to install it there in the parking lot, and the entire issue was resolved. He even helped explain a noise that was heard when the problem started.
