As for the service tech who serviced my vehicle, complete joke of a tech. I was advised that my transmission plug "popped off" due to a clogged "transmission breather valve." All of this was true after further inspection by myself. I denied the service seeing as they wanted to charge me $130 to clean out the breather valve and replace the plug. A service that takes 5 minutes to do with minimal automotive knowledge. Didn't bother to check transmission fluid levels either! However, that's not the issue. Being an owner of a Honda and patronizing a Honda Service Shop you would figure they would at least replace the same plug that popped off of the transmission fluid fill hole. Nope! They just left it sitting there, didn't even bother to throw the plug back in. Something told me to check this before I even pulled out of the dealership parking lot. I walked back in to grab napkins to clean off the plug and replaced it when one of the other service managers asks what I need and after informing him what I was doing, all he said was "Oh." How unprofessional of a Honda Service Center and how careless of a technician to allow a vehicle to leave the shop like this. It costs nothing and takes less than a minute to replace the plug regardless if I denied the service to have the valve cleaned. This is just dirty, dishonest service practices. These people don't care about you or your vehicle, they just want to make a quick buck off of unknowing customers. 0/0 Stars. Take your business elsewhere. Who knows what else they didn't actually care to service.

No good! At the ripe hour of 7:30am, we arrived at Hare Honda, weary from our overnight driving. Once there, a fellow by the name of Austin took care of us. Despite having no appointment and having steep demands (our entire car was misfiring, no good!), Austin had our issue resolved within 4 hours. For the severity of the issue, this was no time at all. The guy who did the job could care less about customer service, failed to call about leaving the foam off the part and had the nerve to tell me I could glue the foam on with his hand out wanting full payment, told him that's why I brought the part here because I wanted it sewn on professionally, also care wasn't taken to place the small cardboard strip in the right place leaving the material reveal to wide, the original measurement should had been 1/2 inches not 7/8 inches. After doing business there I'm out of pocket 75 dollars for their lousy service, considering not installing the part I took there because I'm not happy with the outcome and out another 120 dollars for that part and material that is un-replaceable. i feel like I should have been the one with my hand out for all the damage. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Now I know it's in the name, but just know that you will have to take the part off the scrap vehicle out in the yard. So some basic wrenching knowledge is needed. I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.
