I go here to get my vehicles serviced. I always leave happy. Friendly staff. Great customer service. The lobby is a vibe and they also have work stations set up with snacks.

I stopped by Kia of Fishers to get an appraisal on my vehicle. Before coming in, I had already done…read moremy homework and knew the market value appeared to be higher than my lease buyout, so I expected a relatively simple conversation about my options. The employee who initially helped me was friendly enough, but the overall experience quickly reminded me why I generally dislike car dealerships. The process felt longer and more complicated than it needed to be. I prefer direct conversations, clear numbers, and getting in and out without a lot of back-and-forth. The biggest issue for me was the interaction with management. Instead of really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, the manager seemed more interested in steering the conversation toward his version of helping. It felt like he was talking at me rather than listening to my questions and concerns. To be fair, maybe I'm not the typical dealership customer. I don't enjoy negotiating, I don't enjoy sales pitches, and I value efficiency above almost everything else. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a textbook dealership experience, and not in a good way. If you enjoy the traditional car-buying process, your experience may be different. For me, it reinforced many of the reasons I avoid dealerships whenever possible. - JY review

BUYER BEWARE -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH KIA…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Kia based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle that turned out to have serious problems, and despite bringing the issue to Kia's attention, I have been left feeling completely ignored and stuck with a vehicle that I should never have been sold. What's even more frustrating is that I expected Kia to stand behind the vehicle they sold me and actually work toward fixing the problem. Instead, I've gotten excuses, runaround, and very little accountability. When you spend your hard-earned money on a vehicle, you shouldn't have to fight the dealership and manufacturer just to get them to address major problems. A vehicle should not be sold to someone with serious issues and then treated like it's the customer's problem afterward.

First, I give my salesman, Moe Taha, Five Stars for the honest and untiring support he provided during the entire process. Next, I give the sales manager, Ty Lowery, Five Stars for taking time out of his busy schedule to ensure all my needs were met. Additionally, I give the finance manager, Addison, Five Stars for his determination in obtaining an exceptional interest rate for my car loan. Lastly, I give the entire staff of Coast to Coast Imports Five Stars for the outstanding attention they gave me. If you are looking for a quality car at an exceptional price, I recommend you give the professionals at Coast To Coast Imports the opportunity to make your dream come true. There is no doubt I'll be coming back again.

I went there multiple times asking the manager to help resolve the issues and he was no help whatsoever. I would never recommend doing business with this horrible company!!!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dealership has been disappointing enough…read morethat I feel compelled to share it. What has frustrated me the most isn't just one visit. It's the overall customer experience and the complete lack of effort to build a relationship with repeat customers. Customer retention should matter. It should never feel like once the sale is made, the customer no longer matters. During my visit, I expressed these concerns to one of the employees. I explained that when I visit my Kia dealership, they consistently make me feel valued. They communicate well, work to accommodate me, and understand that creating loyal customers is just as important as completing repairs. Here, I have experienced the opposite. I even brought up the fact that despite scheduling service and explaining my circumstances in advance, I have never been offered accommodations such as a loaner vehicle when it would have made a significant difference. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was asking for the kind of customer care that encourages people to return. The employee I spoke with was polite and apologized several times. He admitted there wasn't much he could do and offered to get the service manager. At that point, I declined because my concern wasn't about convincing anyone. If the people making those decisions already knew the situation and still chose not to help, another conversation wasn't going to change that. After paying my bill, I walked outside to wait for my vehicle. While I was waiting, another customer's vehicle was returned looking freshly washed and cleaned. A few minutes later, my vehicle arrived dirty. I politely asked why my vehicle hadn't been washed. The employee simply said, "I just brought it up here. That's all I did," and walked away without offering to look into it, explain anything, or try to help. I went back inside and told the employee I had been speaking with what had happened. He apologized again and said he was sorry that response had been given to me. At that point, I couldn't help but laugh because it perfectly summed up my entire experience with this dealership. It wasn't just about a car wash. It was about feeling like my concerns didn't matter. Seeing another customer's vehicle returned cleaned while mine wasn't, combined with the dismissive response afterward, left me questioning whether I was being treated differently. I can't say with certainty why the difference existed, but I can honestly say that's how the experience felt, and it left me disappointed and frustrated. I've reached the point where I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars. It's about making people feel respected, valued, and appreciated. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

Bought all the warranties with the car. Put 7k cash down and financed the rest, wasn't a cheap car. Noticed before the test drive the tire was very low. Was told by Mike because of the cold mornings we've had (yeah in June) they checked the tire "they put it up and blow air and check it for any leaks" Mikes words. That clearly did NOT happen. Our daughter flew back to VA and we had plans to swap cars in a few weeks. She had one of ours. The car had not been driven for a week. I noticed tire was low again and saw a nail in the tire. So it hadn't really been checked. We fix the tire, then Check engine lights come on, headlight is out and parking break light is flashing, back up camera doesn't work has actually been dismantled. Take it back to Omega and find out the radio has been swapped out, car has a non factory radio. Told by Mike it was an Apple system, which it's not an Apple system. Also previous owner also dismantled the backup camera. Drive it home, engine light comes back on. Take it back. Cancel our trip to swap cars. Try again. Halfway to our trip check engine light comes back on. We drive it to VA not wanting our daughter in it. In VA take it to a Honda dealer, $199 for diagnostics. Multiple parts not Honda. Needs about $1600. worth of work. Multiple parts are not Honda. Honda contacts the warranty to find out what will even be covered. Find out the payment was NOT made to the warranty company so it was cancelled. Mike is supposed to on it with the warranty but we don't even know what's going to be covered. Will our daughter now have to pay an additional $1800, I guess we wait and see. Earlier my husband talked to Mike about the warranty being cancelled; even with Mike knowing the car is again in the shop in VA. There was no apology, no reaction at all. NO I would NOT recommend this dealership. It's has been an absolute disappointment. Had the car not even 1 month, it's something bad every time it gets driven. Which the only time it's been driven is back to the dealership to fix something. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any business dealing. Don't risk it. Find another car. Find another dealership. I wish we would have walked anyway as soon as I saw the flat tire.

Being the impatient soul I am, I shopped around while I waited for confirmation my build was complete. In the few months I shopped, I was told by multiple dealers that "no dealership will honor A plan discounts on a vehicle this popular, even if you order from the factory." My Bronco was not only delivered ahead of schedule, but they honored my A plan and treated me like I was part of their family. I worked with Jeff Bowen, and can't recommend him enough! I've never owned a brand new car, and Jeff made this process so smooth and seamless. He took the time to show me around the new Bronco, helped me with accessory shopping, and made sure I left with no question unanswered. I can't recommend Don Hinds, and Jeff Bowen, strongly enough. While I have no desire to sell/trade my new car, I look forward to working with this company and Jeff in the future!

We had a great experience purchasing our Bronco from this dealership. Scott did an excellent job…read morethroughout the sales process. This is our second Bronco in three years, and we have intentionally tried to remain loyal to this dealership for both purchases and service. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department after the purchase has been extremely frustrating. After purchasing a $50,000+ Bronco and putting $11,000 down, we wanted to add illuminated Bronco grille lettering and LED grille lights. We paid the dealership for the installation and had them order the illuminated lettering. We dropped the Bronco off for the installation, only to pick it up and discover they had completely forgotten to install the illuminated lettering. We had to bring it back the following week. When they installed the lettering, they decided on their own to wire it to an AUX switch instead of the running lights that the other lights were connected to. Nobody asked us how we wanted it configured. When we asked them to change it, we were initially told we would have to pay additional money. After getting the Bronco home, we noticed the grille had been chipped and cracked around the areas where the lights were installed. The dealership took photos and eventually agreed to replace the grille. We brought it back again the following week, only to be told that the replacement grille wasn't painted and the repair would have to wait another week. We again asked them to correct the wiring, and were initially told we would still be charged. After speaking with our original salesman, Scott, they eventually agreed to correct the wiring at no charge. Unfortunately, when we picked the Bronco up, the replacement grille had brown/discolored areas in the paint, scratches, other imperfections, and areas where it does not sit flush with the body. The original grille did not have these issues. Photos are attached to show the condition of the replacement grille. What should have been a simple accessory installation has turned into roughly a month of making a trip to the dealership almost every week. We paid for the original installation, and we've repeatedly had to return a $50,000+ vehicle to address mistakes, damage, and now problems with the replacement. As of posting this review, we are still waiting to hear back from the dealership regarding the latest paint and fitment issues. I want to be fair and point out that Scott has been great, both during the sales process and in helping us get the wiring issue addressed. My frustration is primarily with the service department and the lack of quality control throughout this process. Mistakes happen, but I expect mistakes to be properly corrected and the vehicle to be inspected before it is returned to the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. For a dealership we've purchased two Broncos from in three years and wanted to remain loyal to, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
