Updating this review to 3 stars. Since writing this initial review, we were sent our second key that was missing. We never heard back from the dealer they just sent it. Fine we will take it. Still poor communication and unfortunate experience but upping 1 star for the fact that they did send the key, saying thank you here since they didn't answer us the many other times. PRIOR REVIEW- 2 star Our experience buying a vehicle here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Car condition was for the most part explained thankfully - but their customer service is poor. The salesman, Jason, was one of the worst I've ever dealt with, unresponsive, unhelpful, and unreliable. He never once called to update us on the status of our car, ignored messages, never checked on the shipment or delivery of the car and repeatedly promised to call back about the missing second key but never did. The text service was great when we inquired until the deal was closed, then it was radio silence. We had to escalate to the manager just to get any answers. That was a challenge too as they failed to call back. The dealership provided no proactive updates, no tracking on the vehicle shipment, and lied about the car's history, it was a trade-in, not from Manheim as original stated from Jason. When the vehicle finally arrived, it came with a half tank of gas, had not been serviced, never had an oil change, and smelled of smoke. To make matters worse, even the General Manager, Adam, never returned calls despite multiple messages. The second key is still missing and I've just been ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when making such a large purchase. The only positive thing I can say is that we like the car itself, despite the smell and a small scratch, but the way this dealership treats customers after the deals signed is unprofessional. Very concerning experience with Fisher Imports. Our 2020 Range Rover Velar was brought in on 2/20/26 for a routine oil change. The vehicle was brought in solely for an oil change and routine service. Prior to that visit, the vehicle had no overheating issues, no coolant warning lights, no burning odor, no visible coolant leaks, and no coolant on our garage floor. It was driven daily without issue and had recently completed a 10-hour round trip approximately six weeks earlier. We drove the vehicle about 4.5 miles to the dealership with no issues at all. During their inspection they noted that the water pump and tri pipe were leaking coolant, yet the vehicle was released and we were told it was safe to drive. Immediately after leaving the dealership there was a burning smell from the engine. The vehicle could not even make it back from the dealership without smoking, and by the next morning smoke was billowing from the front grille. The situation has continued to worsen. The car now cannot be driven more than about 10 miles without smoke pouring out of the front grille and it is actively leaking coolant onto our garage floor -- something it never did before entering their service department. If the leak was severe, why release the vehicle as safe to drive? If it wasn't severe, why did the symptoms start immediately after service? We are still waiting for a clear explanation and resolution. read more

0 stars if I could. I would never recommend Fisher Imports and strongly encourage future buyers to avoid them. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover from Fisher Imports. Eighteen months later, the transmission failed. When I asked about warranty coverage, I was told I was 200 miles over the limit. From that point on, it felt like anything that could go wrong did, and at no point did they make any effort to alleviate the situation. Instead, every step seemed to add more cost and frustration. I ended up paying over $12,000 for the transmission repair, and they kept my vehicle for almost a full month. When I picked it up and drove home, I noticed that about half of the buttons on my steering wheel were no longer working. I immediately called and was scheduled for a service visit five weeks later. When I brought it back in, I was told it would cost over $800 to fix the steering wheel lights due to an error code indicating the control board was bad. I explained that the issue was present when I picked the vehicle up after the transmission repair. The technician told me that wasn't possible. When I asked if the vehicle was checked for codes during the transmission repair, I was told no, they only looked at the transmission. I felt taken advantage of in a situation where I had no real options, and instead of working with me or taking responsibility, they continued piling on additional repairs. This company has been horrible to work with, and I regret doing business with Fisher Imports. read more

Dont waste your time with this dealer. They are not serious about selling and their cars sit for months and I'm talking like 8 to 9 months plus because they are trying to still get pandemic pricing. Dont waste your time if you are out of state, they want to keep eating off you even if you have your financing set or are a cash buyer. They insist on you financing through their dealerships. Horrible dealership and I dont see them lasting very long. Go somewhere and stay away if you dont want to get frustrated. read more

If you are buying from out of state stay away from this dealership. I bought a 2024 BMW X5 M60i and regret my decision immensely. Key points: - After repeatedly being clear with Joshua that be upfront with the damage, the car arrived with chips and dings undisclosed. Their policy is to be upfront on damage on the car but that wasn't my experience. - I live in the Seattle area and had to get the car shipped. I asked for an enclosed trailer for shipment and they shipped it via open trailer. - My car arrived with damage on the roof rails and panels below the roof rails. Customer service is very poor once you buy the car. They don't really care and never communicate back. They used a shipper who had $1M in insurance but the shipper nor dealership wants to take responsibility for the damage. The bill of landing had no damage information on it. They didn't fill it out. - The General Manager Skylar told me to get it fixed for a couple of hundred bucks. Yeah buy a 85k car and use touch up paint for major damage- no!! It is over $5k in damage that I had to get fixed myself. The claims process with the trucking company is a joke. - I'm considering a lawsuit but don't want to deal with this dealer nor the shipper anymore so might just move on. This is nothing but another Carvana and very shoddy post sales service and no help if damage occurs during shipping. Stay away! read more

I am in the market for a used Audi, I've bought a number of cars and understand that as a car gets older and miles pile up things need to be addressed. As an out of town buyer you must rely on the staff to be upfront about the condition of a car. Well after flying in to buy the car I found the cosmetic condition to be as described. However there was a very obvious issue with the drivers side front control arms, clunking and creaking while going over bumps. I was willing to work with them, by asking the cost of the repairs off of the asking price. I was informed, by the manager, that "they're not that kind of dealer". Just so we're all on the same page, they're not the kind of dealer to salvage a deal, but they are the type to waste a customers time, and money. Now I am out the cost of two flights, as I was going to just drive the car home, oh and a couple of Uber rides too. They knew I was flying in and I asked a number of times, is there anything wrong with the car; I was basically lied to. I should have listened to some of the others with 1 star reviews. read more

I put a deposit on 2024 Mercedes of $500 with intent to purchase. I then realized that msrp they gave me was incorrect and overstated the build cost by over $3000. In checking with my Mercedes dealer (using the vin) about extending the warranty they informed me that the car was blackballed by Mercedes. They could not extend the warranty, nor could they certify it, nor could they even buy it to put in inventory. I reported all this to fishers and asked for a refund. They initially denied to refund until I told them they were in clear violation of Indiana consumer protection laws. I did report them to the attorney generals office. I hope they get a serious fine. Make sure you do your homework if you decide to business with them. Double check everything. read more

Not even worthy of one star... We purchased a "certified" 2023 Maserati Grecale from Fisher Imports on Oct. 20 delivered to us on a flatbed on Oct. 25. Immediately upon starting the car, we noticed several random service lights (air bag, sso call feature) and difficulty navigating the programming. Called Fisher on Monday and were told "the car passed inspection and shouldn't have anything wrong with it...but, if anything's wrong go to a Maserati dealer near us as it's under full warranty." Scheduled an appointment with a Maserati dealer near us to look at the random service lights that didn't seem dangerous, but needed to be checked. In the meantime, drove the car once and experienced additional lights (engine, battery) and on the way home it died completely causing us to pull over on the side of a busy highway and get towed at 10 o'clock at night. Had the car towed to the Maserati dealer near us immediately and upon their assessment, found out Fisher Imports had improperly installed a battery the day of delivery, causing the issues that eventually had the car battery malfunctioning and even melting. Not to mention negating the warranty of the battery as it had been improperly installed. We were told the condition of the battery upon the car dying was potentially minutes away from it igniting into flames. On top of the battery, the new assessment found dry rotted tires, and the car due for an oil change. All of which were claimed to have passed inspection at Fisher. Complete misrepresentation and fraudulent sale. Now, they are denying any responsibility at all... so we bought a car from Fisher and immediately have a $3000 bill to pay to be able to drive the car. Consumer Auto Fraud ! As a Veteran and NYC Fireman this review is written with a heavy dose of truth/ sadness.Did a deal with Fisher and had the vehicle shipped to New York . Everything went well until it came time to register . I am not sure if it's a sale tactic or some sort of bait and switch but they only financed my car with half of the normal state tax that is charged . So the deal looked sweet on paper and then when I went to register I owed another 5,000 dollars . These dealers are not here to help, ultimately they are here to sell. Update : few weeks after delivery I have full blown chassis FAIL! RED FLAG. Find out my truck also has extreme FRAME ROT. How is this dealer Rated anything but a 1 or a 2? 6 week old vehicle with frame rot ? I cannot get in touch with anyone at the dealer . Insane . Run from this dealer !! BUYERS BEWARE!!! THEY LIE AND DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM FISHERS IMPORTS!! I purchased a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged from Fishers Imports. I'm an out of state buyer and this is usually how I purchase vehicles because you have access to more options than just searching locally. Before finalizing my purchase I wanted to get the vehicle inspected and since I'm not local Fisher Imports recommend a shop Hash Imports. The shop must work for Fisher Imports (kickbacks or something) because there was a manifold leak that Fisher Imports was supposed to fix and they didn't properly fix the leak. They also used cheap aftermarket parts for the water pump and etc that they also improperly repaired. Once the vehicle was delivered (on a Saturday afternoon when the shops are closed) and inspected ( first thing on Monday) I called Fishers Imports and spoke with the Manager. I told him that the vehicle was still leaking along with a bunch of other issues totaling over $5500. I wanted to be fair even though THEY LIED about fixing the leak and sent me to a shady shop (none of the items they mentioned were actually messed up and the vehicle had way bigger issues) for inspection. I told the manager at fishers imports that I wasn't concerned about anything but the leak because this was something they agreed to fix and I would eat the cost of the other repairs because they never agreed to fix those. That seems far to me. The Manager said they would make it right. He told me to send over the invoice with a detailed breakdown and he would get with his service manager and the owner and decided which department is liable. I told him the shop said they vehicle shouldn't be driven with the leak because it could cause engine problems and the engine cost $25000. I told him I needed to move forward with the repairs because I had to attend a funeral. I asked if this would be a problem because the repairs couldn't wait. The Manager said no it wouldn't. He understood and they would make it right. Today, 7 days laters, he tells me they aren't paying for anything. He basically back tracked everything he had previously stated and tried to make it seem like I did everything on my own. The car I traded (which was paid off) has already been sold and I'm stuck holding a bill for over $5500. This is unacceptable and I have no choice but to leave the lowest review possible. After the belt shredded and the gasgets blew oil all over the car, they refused to replace the alternator that the oil and shredded belt destroyed! Congrats for being my first negative review. Warning for those who are buying from out of state. Fishers will promise to do things then change their mind and sell the car out from under you. On Thursday afternoon (before Labor Day) Nick with Fishers Imports states that they welcomed a PPI and could take the car over to a local shop. I called Tom Wood Porsche to get the price and process, they said to have Fishers contact them and set up. Then I would pay them the $399 fee for a PPI and they would present results shortly thereafter. I circled back around with Nick and he said that would be no problem and that they would get the car over there first thing in the AM on Friday. Friday at around noon Adam texted me asking for me to call him... weird. So I called and he explained that they couldn't get the car over and they have a few people interested. They are unwilling to hold the car through the weekend unless I put down a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. A deposit that would be non-refundable even if major issues were found on the PPI. Adam also made a snarky comment about the $399 PPI fee and saying it should be much cheaper and that I was overpaying. Wow, what a condescending statement. I chose Tom Wood Porsche because they are a trusted dealer on the forums and it was only 8 mins away from the dealer. I tried to make it more convenient. The car sold the next day and they didn't even bother to follow up with me. I can't wait to tell everyone on Rennlist, Pelican Parts, 6Speedonline, bimmerforums and other sites about my experience when an opportunity exists. A PPI is a must when buying one of these cars, Fishers should know this since they act as if they are a enthusiast dealer. TLDR; Fishers said they would do something, reneged and sold a car out from under me. They weren't even open to structuring a deposit that would give me an out if Overrevs in Ignition 4-6 or any other issues beyond a certain dollar threshold existed. read more

This is very unprofessional and a privacy violation. There is no reason why any dealership should be discussing any financial information with someone's ex-wife. After owning the car for not even three years, I took in my Grand Cherokee b/c the ignition button wouldn't start the car. I was given a laundry list of stuff that they thought needed fixed. A list to the tune of $5,600. Included in the list was battery replacement. Cost of the battery plus $225 for the estimated HOUR AND A HALF to swap it out. Also included in the grand total was replacing the radiator ($1,300). After I paid $225 for them to simply tell me what they thought was wrong with it, I got it back home, replaced the battery and got it to start in 15 mins max. I took it to two other places (one being the Jeep dealership) for a second opinion and BOTH told me the radiator was fine and there was no reason to replace it. I guess when you sell mostly higher end cars, your clientele are gullible enough to just go with your recommendations and fork over cash. I am extremely disheartened with Fishers Imports. I bought a car and drove it for a few days before the water pump went out. The warranty company sent a live inspector to the mechanic shop and denied the claim because Fishers Imports had signed off (with the same warranty company) stating that they put a new water pump in ONE month prior. Both the live inspector and mechanic verified this was the original water pump. Then, after taking it out, found multiple other problems!! Fishers Imports stated that they don't have any reason to open the hood before selling as long as they change the oil if needed. WHAT?????????? The battery was bad as well as FOUR other things. Fishers Import stated they are "not a bank" when the mechanic called to let them know of the other issues. After I discussed the situation with an attorney, they decided to "agree" to pay for these issues and that was it... and would reimburse me for my 1 week car rental (I was without a vehicle for 3+ weeks). When my brother of myself asks about the reimbursement money, they stated it went out Dec 13. It is now Jan 6th and I still haven't received that reimbursement. Four hundred dollars may not be much to them, but it is a lot to me... a widow and public school teacher. They have stopped responding now about the reimbursement. I cannot believe this. read more

They have a good selection of cars, and a quick buying process. My salesperson, Brandon Roman was fine. But price transparency and trust are my main concerns with auto dealers, and the owner, Peyman Rashid, ruined this purchase for me, hence a two star rating (the car quality and process saved them from one star). I purchased an almost new Audi SQ5 (1,800 miles) from them in May 2019. After agreeing on the final price, and signing all the paperwork, Peyman tosses me one key and announces that the other one is missing. Despite my strong objections, he insisted that is fair (obviously not) and refused to provide or reimburse me for the replacement, which was over $500. Nice dishonest job, Peyman !! You scalped me for $500, but cost you many potential referrals. I also noticed other complaints here about missing keys, so they specialize in this rip-off. Just an FYI Peyman- two keys are standard, and missing ones need to be disclosed prior to a price agreement, to be fair. Have to recommend avoiding Fishers Imports for dishonesty, which can really impact an expensive purchase. read more

Fraudulent dealer, Buyer beware. Was told the vehicle was in pristine condition before wiring them all of the money. The sales rep Joshua Dossey lied to me from our very first phone call. I specifically asked him if the car had any exterior damage, and he said no. I then drove 5 hours to pick the car up, upon arrival I realized every single panel of the car had a scratch or paint damage. I thought oh well he was a liar. Then the next day in the sun light I realized the front head light was cracked all the way thru. ($2,000 not including labor) I called and he lied and said he told me about it, when I have text message proof that he did not. the manager stated that he instructed Joshua to disclose the damage, and that he lied to him as well. I also specifically asked if the tires were in good shape and he said yes. That was a lie, the tread depth is at an unsafe to drive level according to my dealer. The entire front end of the car has had body work done, They left all of the tape underneath the bumper and there are runs and overspray every where to prove it. Again I asked Joshua Dossey if it had any body work and he lied and said never. The manager Michael was very respectful and admitted to Joshua lying but said that it was out of his hands and that I would have needed to catch this before I left the dealer. However I arrived there 10 minutes before they closed and had just drove 5 hrs. read more

The inventory at this place is great and the sales staff is great to work with. However, their product can be flawed, and in our case BOTH cars were!! My wife had purchased a 2015 Mercedes C300 4matic approximately a year ago. The car looked amazing and had features galore! When we were "working the deal" and asked the sales guy if it had a clean carfax we were told it did. But, when we met with the finance lady we had discovered that wasn't the case. The carfax accident reported was very vague regarding what damage actually occurred and the finance person said there was nothing to worry about because they buy the best cars, etc. We hesitated, looked the car over one more time, but went ahead and purchased it because there was time remaining on the manufacturer's warranty. BEWARE THOUGH: Mercedes-Benz of Fort Wayne has been reluctant at times repairing/replacing things and have sometimes said no because (according to them) you could tell there was shady repair work done and that MB wouldn't pay for the repair/replacement. It doesn't stop there...In the middle of all of the above issues, I purchased one as well but mine did have a clean carfax. Unfortunately, I too have had my car in at MB of FW and have been told on multiple occasions that "someone has been in that car", or "that car has been wrecked or something." I am almost nearing my end of warranty time and my wife's' has expired and we feel we are on borrowed time. Mercedes-Benz makes a great product and the 2015 C300 is an amazing car. The things that lie underneath the hood due to this dealerships poor product are extremely worrisome. Who is negotiating and buying these cars for the dealer? Do they know the product is flawed but still buy them for the dealership anyway? Maybe they're getting a huge bonus or commission doing so. But beware, this practice is getting passed on to the customer and we won't be going back again. read more

I live in Ohio, & I bought a car ( Alfa Romeo) from Fishers Indianapolis, I asked the dealer Sam to please let me know what may be wrong with the car or of any needed repairs. He sent me a video, but that only shows so much, so when it was delivered tires will need replaced, needs brake pads, needs emergency brake adjustment, & the engine was filthy, looks like it had dust blown all over the engine!. I talked with the manager & he said its probably from a landscaping place or something from across the street & that he wouldn't pay a dealer near me $200 to clean the engine. I told him A car cleaning vendor near me would do it for about $60, he did say he would pay for that. Also I have not recieved my paperwork for the vehicle. I had the impression this was a A1 Class car dealership, but I was wrong. After paying 30k for a car u would think they would atleast let the dealer near me clean it & they would pay for it! After I bought the car, the manager & sales didnt care what happened. I suggest to go see what you are buying for yourself especially if you are having it shipped to you! I live in Florida and had been in the market for a BMW 4 series gran coupe for a few months. When I finally found the perfect car at Fishers Imports, I was hesitant to purchase from a non local dealership. My salesman Owen Clements eased any uncertainty and made the process seamless as possible. He sent many pics+videos of the vehicle and remained in constant contact with questions I had. Purchasing the vehicle remotely was way easier than anticipated and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Owen also shopped the best prices for transport and delivery and I received my vehicle quickly. The entire experience was AMAZING and I HIGHLY recommend Fisher Imports when purchasing a vehicle. I purchased my current vehicle from Fishers last fall and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I found the 14 BMW m235i through cars.com and dealt with Terry at Fishers imports mostly through text. at first text seemed an odd platform for buying a car but there was no pressure, pics, vids, and links are very easy as i was buying a car from 500 miles away. They were able to get a better interest rate, and financing was smooth and easy. I took about 2 weeks to agree to the purchase and then it took about 2 weeks to do paperwork and have them ship the car.. which in fairness felt like forever even though it was expected. the shipping dude let air out of the tires and stole the temp registration, so that was a bummer, but overall it was great experience and is a great car. My husband and I both purchased cars from Fishers Imports at the Northwest location and had the best buying experience. We originally went there and met with car saleaman Myron. He was courteous and polite and was very upfront about what they could or could not do. They did not waste our time. When my husband got a few more answers from the team there he decided to make his purchase of his dream car. An Audi A8L. He told the team where he wanted to be payment wise and they delivered. By the time he went in to sign the paperwork he also had a good experience. He did not have to wait around all day like typical dealerships. The paperwork was ready to go and Vic, the finance man, was nice and to the point. He got him in and out. It was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had, and we've purchased a lot of cars. While my husband was getting his car, I decided to look around for kicks and giggles. I was not looking for a car but they had such a great selection of luxury cars that I couldn't help myself. Myron and Brandonwer both so nice and helpful. They talked to me about the cars and allowed me to test drive a few. They had no problem appeasing me even tho I had no intention on buying a car. We left there and I just couldn't stop thinking about my experience. Within the same month I decided to go back and test drive more cars. I ended up going back to one I had test driven earlier that month. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes E 400. They had a coupe, which was a car that I had thoght about getting but hadn't thought about it being this soon. Again, paperwork was easy peasy with Vic and customer service was delightful. Our first purchase from Fishers Imports will NOT be our last from them. We walked in wanting to test drive a certain car. Owen asked us what we were looking for, we gave price range and other details and we had a specific car in mind. Cory heard this from his desk and told us about a car they had just gotten in a day or two prior. It turned out to be the car we ended up buying. The sales team works together to find the car you want. Owen is a rock star and together with Cory, the finance department, and the ownership, they all worked seamlessly to get our car deal done. Oh, and I did I mention, this all happened at 545pm on a Saturday night. They stayed late and we all closed the store together as we drive off with our new to us Audi A6. I was looking for a fairly unique car, a BMW 535 Wagon. I know, I know, everyone thinks wagons are ugly or weird, but trust me, this thing is awesome. I asked around to a few dealers to see if they had one; no one did. Then, a few weeks later, Peyman called me. He said they *might* be taking one in on trade, and am I still interested? Absolutely! I made an appointment to come see the car. Peyman and his team did a great job. The car was immaculate, the paperwork was ready, and I was in and out in an hour. Would I recommend them? No. Would I buy again from them? No. Did I keep my car? Yes. One mistake, two mistakes, three mistakes, four. 1- The salesman told me one the one I wanted had one previous owner. Got the CARFAX report. Turned out to be two owners. 2- They did not change my oil prior to buying. I had to drive back down for them to do so (I live in a different state). 3- They gave me barely a quarter tank of gas when I left. 4- They did not process the title with the BMV after two weeks of me hounding them. It took multiple phone calls before they finally did it the same day I last hounded them, over 2 weeks later. 5- When they did process the title, they processed the wrong mileage and price, not even by one number off as a possible mistake. I had to call them again for them to correct it. Never again. read more
