I am a college student and i was…read morelooking for a new car, i found the 2017 ford edge online and decided to go look at it with my parents. when we got there i told them that i drive multiple miles a day and needed a car that is reliable. Matt assured me that this was the car for me. he said it had good mileage and it's very reliable. there was rust on the inside of the door he said they would fix it for us and have the car ready to pick up by Wednesday. we didn't hear anything from them all week so finally i texted and told them i would be down Wednesday to pick the car up. when i got there he told me that the car wouldn't be fixed until the end of the week, we took it home and decided to get it fixed ourselves. 3 days later the check engine light came on. i took it to a local shop and they wiped the code to see if it would fix it. a week later it came back on. every time i started my car the whole think shook violently and there was a water sound coming from under the hood. i took it back to find out there was a crack in my engine block and the coolant was leaking into the engine. the shop i took it to told me that this is a very easy catch when inspecting a car thoroughly. when i contacted Noblesville imports they basically wrote back that it was my issue now and there was nothing they could do. i now have to find a new engine that will well cost me $8000 or just be out the money and buy a new car.

    I purchased a 2020 Shelby GT350 this past December of 2025. The process was painful because I…read morepurchased the vehicle out of state through the internet so that is on me, but honestly even if I had been in front of the car I would not have seen this, at least not without a lift. Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

She was very attentive and understood the assignment when I told her I needed a good used vehicle. We had recently been in a car accident so there had not been an opportunity to save for a car, so we were just looking for something in really good condition to get us around until we can afford a better car later. Dorian helped us achieve that. we purchased a 2013 GMC terrain. 2. NOT So Good. While signing papers there were a few things I asked could be fixed on the car as part of the deal. Dorian said they could be. I know when you buy used, you're not guaranteed any kind of fixes or warranties, but it never hurts to ask. She scheduled an appointment for me to come back the following Saturday. When I came back, they said they had no idea who I was and I was not on the list. I reached out to Dorian, explained I felt unsafe driving with warped rotors, and sway arms that needed replaced, plus the car was making weird noises. She told me to reach out to the sales manager. I left messages for Austin on three separate occasions, with no return call. 3. GREAT! After quite a bit of research and being transferred, I was able to reach the corporate office. I spoke with Eduardo and explained my situation. He was kind and understanding. By the end of that day, I had received a call from the store GM, Damon. Damon took over the situation. I explained what had happened and that I have two jobs, plus grandchildren to babysit. He scheduled time to meet me, and talk with me. Then He handed me keys to a 2025 Sorento to use while they fixed my car. Most things were fixed and I was not charged, even though I offered to pay the deductible on the warranty i purchased. 4. NICE! I appreciate how quickly Damon took care of things, once he knew about my situation. Customer service matters, and I feel like Damon and the folks at Fishers Napleton Kia are working hard to make sure their customers are well taken care of. No business is perfect, but striving to make things right shows they're putting forth the effort to do right by their customers. I appreciate that VERY much!

    The service department at this KIA dealership has had my 2025 EV6 in the repair shop since February…read more6. Today is May 11. That's nearly 4 MONTHS to repair a minor electrical issue on AN ELECTRIC CAR! It took them 8 weeks to just figure out how to fix the original issue--the right side turn signal light would stay on. 8 WEEKS! Then, once they accidentally stumbled upon the remedy for that original issue, they screwed up ANOTHER ELECTRICAL problem. The excuses that management has given me about why it is taking so long reads like a BAD THREE STOOGES movie. The incompetence and apparent ignorance of the service department at Napleton KIA in Fishers is simply inexcusable, not to mention unprofessional. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO Napleton Kia for service. Not if you want to see it again, that is.

What really stood out was the level of service. Tom personally arranged delivery from Indianapolis to Chicago at no additional cost, which made everything effortless on our end. The pricing was very competitive, and after visiting close to 20 dealerships over the past year, including when I purchased a truck, I can confidently say Lockhart Cadillac offered the most reasonable deal by far. Tom is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to find, trustworthy, fair in negotiations, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. There was no pressure, no games, just straightforward and honest communication. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend asking for Tom. What's worse is the lack of communication--missed callbacks, no clear updates, and I've had to chase information every step of the way. Now that the factory warranty is expired and the extended warranty that I purchased is in effect I've had no communication about rental coverage under my warranty so I'm paying out of pocket for Lyft and Uber. At this point, I don't feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. This is not what I expected from a certified vehicle or a Cadillac dealership.
