Mr. Reseau Simpson selling a new 2025 Chevy Trax Active to My Love Stan!
    Bonnie L.

Mr. Reneau Simpson was a pleasure to work with. He was the first one to approach us outside and stayed into the late hours with us. Traded a car in for a new one. It was very easy and Mr. Simpson was very patient and polite. Thank you for a wonderfull car buying experience!

i will start off by saying shawn the manager is a very kind person. but i had things stolen from my car. i put pins in the roof of my car, and after i went and had my battery replaced, there were some missing. you can clearly see where there are holes in the roof where pins are missing. and there's a couple places you can see black marks, like someone had oily fingers when they took them. shawn did everything he could, talked to the employees that worked on my car, but obviously the employees are not going to admit they stole things. i did get a certificate for a free oil change, but i will always be nervous to go back there for fear more things will be stolen from my car. i would not recommend going here if you have anything collectible or valuable in your car.

This was the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Back story, my car was totalled in July 21 since that time I have been to 4 dealerships and one in Columbus. NONE of the sales people ever followed up so I vowed to not set foot in another dealership because I was frustrated. Then I found Hare and Corbin Richards. I had gone ahead and submitted an app online on a Friday, on Monday Corbin not only let me know that the car I was inquiring had sold but told me he would keep his eye open for anything similar. A week later I was on the website saw a vehicle I was interested in let him know and by Wednesday the following week I was driving home in a new car. We had taken care of everything online and via email so I spent about 45min including signing the necessary documents at Hare and off I went. If you need a vehicle I definitely recommend you go see Corbin Richards.

I have been to Hare twice and both times were disappointing. I had a minor issue where the black bowtie emblem broke off as a family member left the tailgate up and it popped off when it hit the garage door. I went and asked for a quote to repair and replace and the parts girl seemed a little annoyed to have to go outside and look at the issue. After looking at the issue, she found the part number and said it would be $60 just for the part and likely 3-4 of labor to change out the broken emblem as they would likely need to remove the silver bar that it attaches to. I found the replacement part on Ebay for $21 and it literally snapped into the silver bar and took approximately 5 seconds to snap into place. My next issue with Hare was when one of my USB-C ports in the rear of the center console went out. Shawn the service manager said that the usb-c port was "mangled" due to improper plugging in and therefore would not qualify as a warranty repair. My kids aren't super delicate, but they use the USB-c port alot and from the naked eye there was no difference between the broken port and the one right beside it. Anyways - I didn't feel like they were trying to help, rather place blame on kids that use it. They ended up giving me a quote for $246 to replace the "mangled" usb-c. When I went to pick it up, they added a $35 shop fee charge with the description that they used $35 worth of "shop supplies" to replace the usb-c. I get that there may be a "shop fee" charge, but common sense would tell you that they didn't use $35 for this job. If this is a charge for every repair, at the very least, it should've been disclosed on the quote for repair. The actual USB-C replacement part was $29 (they charged $66) so had I known they were going to add $35 I wouldv'e just ordered the part and tried to replace it myself. I'm all about supporting local businesses but when they are super greedy and don't look out for the customer, I will take my business elsewhere. I requested a call from the owner and never heard from anyone...the right side is the "mangled" one....

My new ride and a beautiful sunset.

Fine we will take it. PRIOR REVIEW- 2 star Our experience buying a vehicle here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Car condition was for the most part explained thankfully - but their customer service is poor. The salesman, Jason, was one of the worst I've ever dealt with, unresponsive, unhelpful, and unreliable. He never once called to update us on the status of our car, ignored messages, never checked on the shipment or delivery of the car and repeatedly promised to call back about the missing second key but never did. The text service was great when we inquired until the deal was closed, then it was radio silence. We had to escalate to the manager just to get any answers. That was a challenge too as they failed to call back. The dealership provided no proactive updates, no tracking on the vehicle shipment, and lied about the car's history, it was a trade-in, not from Manheim as original stated from Jason. When the vehicle finally arrived, it came with a half tank of gas, had not been serviced, never had an oil change, and smelled of smoke. To make matters worse, even the General Manager, Adam, never returned calls despite multiple messages. The second key is still missing and I've just been ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when making such a large purchase. The only positive thing I can say is that we like the car itself, despite the smell and a small scratch, but the way this dealership treats customers after the deals signed is unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Fishers Imports, as this could be your experience.

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists! I love my 2023 Honday Pilot even more because of the service.

Before making the trip, we were specifically told and repeatedly assured that the car was clean. When we arrived, that was clearly not what we found. The front passenger-side corner showed obvious signs that something had happened to it. The headlight was visibly out of alignment, the bumper was hanging/misaligned, and the condition of the bodywork in that area raised serious concerns that the vehicle had sustained prior damage. None of these obvious issues were disclosed to us beforehand. Instead, we were assured the vehicle was clean, which is exactly why we were willing to make the trip from Chicago. Between the driving and time spent dealing with this, we wasted roughly eight hours of our day. One honest phone call or a few accurate photos would have prevented the entire situation. This was an extremely disappointing experience. If you're considering a used vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly recommend inspecting it very carefully in person and verifying the condition yourself before making a long trip. Based on our experience, I would not rely solely on assurances that a vehicle is "clean."

Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

The employee who initially helped me was friendly enough, but the overall experience quickly reminded me why I generally dislike car dealerships. The process felt longer and more complicated than it needed to be. I prefer direct conversations, clear numbers, and getting in and out without a lot of back-and-forth. The biggest issue for me was the interaction with management. Instead of really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, the manager seemed more interested in steering the conversation toward his version of helping. It felt like he was talking at me rather than listening to my questions and concerns. To be fair, maybe I'm not the typical dealership customer. I don't enjoy negotiating, I don't enjoy sales pitches, and I value efficiency above almost everything else. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a textbook dealership experience, and not in a good way. If you enjoy the traditional car-buying process, your experience may be different. For me, it reinforced many of the reasons I avoid dealerships whenever possible. - JY review
