I've bought a lot of cars over the years and did not look forward to dealing with the normal issues of buying a car, but these guys made it easy to do the deal. Patrick in the closing office for the paperwork was more professional than I have even experienced in a car dealership. These folks sell a quality car at a fair price. No need for drama of any kind. NOTHING BUT ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS FROM THE ENTRY TO THE EXIT. The car was perfect in every way and better than described. Also, FRITZ is a terrific guy if you can catch him. He is the history of modern car ownership! I wish that every car dealer would take their example and live it.

They wouldn't negotiate on price until I got a PPI which was scheduled for Monday morning - the earliest appt available. We arranged for me to pick up the car early Monday morning before they opened. I arrived and the salesman smiles and says, it's gone! He sold the car on Saturday. No call. No first right of refusal. No courtesy. Nothing. This car was a specialty color that is very rare. I was in love with the car and was ready to pay cash on Thursday night, but they wouldn't even discuss it before I got the PPI. That's super fishy. Is it because you were holding it for another buyer? Is it because I'm a young woman? Is it because I'm Black? Doesn't matter. It was wrong. I think it was his smile that sent me over the edge. Nothing about this situation was joyous. I will never return and I hope no one else does, either. Shame on you, Fritz!

Before coming in, I had already done…read moremy homework and knew the market value appeared to be higher than my lease buyout, so I expected a relatively simple conversation about my options. The employee who initially helped me was friendly enough, but the overall experience quickly reminded me why I generally dislike car dealerships. The process felt longer and more complicated than it needed to be. I prefer direct conversations, clear numbers, and getting in and out without a lot of back-and-forth. The biggest issue for me was the interaction with management. Instead of really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, the manager seemed more interested in steering the conversation toward his version of helping. It felt like he was talking at me rather than listening to my questions and concerns. To be fair, maybe I'm not the typical dealership customer. I don't enjoy negotiating, I don't enjoy sales pitches, and I value efficiency above almost everything else. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a textbook dealership experience, and not in a good way. If you enjoy the traditional car-buying process, your experience may be different. For me, it reinforced many of the reasons I avoid dealerships whenever possible. - JY review

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD This dealership is…read morehands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Not only are the cars they sell lemons, but the way they treat customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a vehicle from them in October 2024. Within 2 days I got an airbag malfunction warning. That issue was never fixed, and I was brushed off every time I brought it up -- which is unacceptable considering airbags are a major safety issue. A few months later I got a coolant warning, and soon after the car began overheating. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the vehicle had stop leak poured into the system, so much that they couldn't even properly diagnose the problem until it was flushed out -- costing me over $300. I never put stop leak in my car. The dealership kept my car for over a month, going days at a time without any communication or updates. After finally getting it back, they claimed they cleaned out the stop leak and replaced the thermostat. The overheating stopped temporarily, but again -- the airbag malfunction was still not repaired. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak and the coolant warning again, meaning the problems are continuing. The customer service is just as bad as the cars. When I tried to address issues that were not fixed after multiple visits, TIM HUGHES (a manager) was beyond rude -- he laughed in my face when I told him one of the issues still wasn't repaired and acted like I was stupid for even bringing it up. When I later tried to speak with the GM, MICHAEL SPURGIN was extremely rude, dismissed me, and even hung up on me. Another employee, Erica, also hung up on me. The staff refuses to provide any contact information for the owner/president of the company. This entire dealership is unprofessional, irresponsible, and clearly sells vehicles with serious issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DON'T DO IT!

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists! I love my 2023 Honday Pilot even more because of the service.

It is costing me nearly $10K to fix the issues this car has including the steering rack, missing bolts to the sub (it had been replaced by the dealer with a cheap ebay knock-off that was actually defective), tie rod ends and more. Throughout the process the sales rep and the sales manager represent the vehicle as having been inspected end to end and as being in excellent condition. Now, to be fair the actual buying experience was very smooth but that just shows what con men they are. Truth is they misrepresented the car and all its issues and they knew it. 2 months after purchase review:…read more DO NOT buy from these scumbags, One month into purchase it was riding a little rough. I went to get tires balanced and rotated hoping it would fix it. The tire shop I went to said 2 tires were completely bald. I looked at the tires and thought they looked fine but apparently the dealer put two "decoy tires" on. They put winter tires that don't even match the brand of the other 2 tires and are fine looking until you reach around the back of the tire and realize they have about 1/10 tread left on the inside even though the visible part of the tire has 8/10 tread. (They told me the tires were new.) Had to get 2 new tires. Currently 2 months after purchase: -A knocking sound in the front, I think it's the struts (wasn't there when I test drove). -Needs and alignment - transmission is jumping around (wasn't there when I test drove) -finding little things they buffed out and painted that weren't visible on the car when I bought that are appearing after a few car washes. (5 or 6 dings and scratches) I mind you this was a $14,000 vehicle with 40,000 miles these shouldn't be issues happening unless they did a quick fix before selling. I would definitely get it inspected before buying. They also try and charge you 500$ on top of the agreed price once they print up the paperwork and sit you down to sign. They haggled me 3 times until finally taking it off. The manager even told a salesman he couldn't discuss the deal in front of me while probably discussing ways they wanted rip me off. And kept telling me someone at their shop "wanted to buy it so I better hurry up". That should've been an obvious sign to not buy. STAY AWAY
