As a girl, car servicing is usually a NIGHTMARE. Every other auto repair shop I've visited has…read moretried to sell me a multitude of things that I would later find out didn't actually need replacing. I had such a pleasant experience here. The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

My granddad had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone…read more Within 15 minutes of driving off the lot, the car he purchased started overheating and leaking, making it clear there were serious pre-existing issues. We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

The cars for sale may "look" OK but if you're going to buy here you need an independent inspection,…read morewhich will cost you $150 or so. I didn't do that so I didn't know the tires were rotten, the brake pads and rotors needed replaced, and the car (Mazda) got bad miles per gallon because it needed a new O2 sensor. And it had 3 blown speakers. Normal people don't take the time to go through the 150 things needed. Before I went there to look at the car I called and asked if I could put an ODB2 (diagnostic) reader on it - no big deal, any dealer would allow this. But after I bought the car I discovered it was missing a fuse and because of that I could not have known the O2 sensor was bad.

I bought a Jeep from here two months ago and was sold "extra coverage insurance" should anything be…read morewrong with the Jeep. It had 148,000 miles when I bought it and upon taking it to the repair shop... a blow head gasket(& many other small issues). When I filed this with the insurance company they said they only cover GASKETS up to 150,000 my car now has 150,234... WHO SALES CARS AND INSURANCE LIKE THIS. When I went to cancel my "extra special coverage" I get this response from the women who runs that department. LOOKS FOWARD TO LOSING A CUSTOMER. She also told me it takes 60 days to cancel so I could be charged 84$ TWO more times. I had to call me bank and report them as fraudulent on my account to have them blocked. If you are debating buying a car here, or even a bottle of water DM me I'll send you all the proof not to. The mechanic said it shouldn't have even been legal to be on the lot. P.S keep deleting my reviews as someone who runs a business you can only delete so many a month and I'm not going anywhere.
