Eddy was really great at meeting my needs, and went above and beyond to get me into the car I came in looking for. 10/10 recommend!

The first time, I was out of a vehicle for four weeks. That transmission lasted about one month, and then it wouldn't shift. So, I had to go through the process again. The second time, they had my car for 2 1/2 months. Both times, I requested a loaner. They kept telling me I was on the list. I would call weekly to see where I was in line. They always told me I was next but never gave me a loaner. Luckily, I had a friend rent me a vehicle for $100 a week. I knew better than to request any reimbursements. I am very glad that I purchased the warranty, or Idk what I would have done. If you do purchase here, just make sure you keep receipts for all oil changes and get them done on time. If not, your warranty will be voided. I gave them 2 stars because the warranty did cover the transmissions. But I am currently in the market again and definitely will NOT be coming back to Oak Motors!

Great car-buying experience. Terrible service department…read more I purchased my vehicle from Oak Motors on 8/21, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department since then has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. On 8/27, I brought my vehicle in for a 10:00 AM diagnostic appointment because it was making a knocking sound. There was never any discussion that I needed to drop the vehicle off, so I arrived at 9:45 AM expecting to wait for the diagnostic. By 1:30 PM, I was still sitting in the lobby with very little communication or answers. I eventually had to call my dad to come get me. Ironically, once my dad arrived, my vehicle was put on a lift and diagnosed within approximately 20 minutes. I was told the necessary part would arrive within 3-5 days. When I asked about getting my vehicle back, the service manager, Justin, essentially told me that figuring out transportation was my problem. The lack of customer service and empathy in that interaction was extremely disappointing. Ten days passed with no meaningful communication. My dad and I began calling the service department repeatedly and received no call back, no updates, and at times, no answer at all. On Friday, 9/11, my dad went to the dealership in person and demanded that someone actually address the situation. At that point, an appointment was finally arranged and a rental vehicle was provided. My vehicle was serviced on Monday, 9/14, and I picked it up around 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. On Friday, 10/2, I contacted the service department because I was receiving notifications that my oil level was low. We ultimately had to add two quarts of oil, despite the vehicle still having approximately 2,000 miles before its next scheduled oil change. I contacted Oak Motors and made an appointment for Tuesday, 10/6 and was instructed to drop the vehicle off. On Wednesday, 10/7 at 10:00 AM, I called for an update and was told my vehicle had been assigned to a technician but had not yet been touched. At 2:45 PM, I went to the dealership myself--only to discover that my vehicle STILL had not been touched. At that point, there was no ETA for when it would even be diagnosed, much less how long repairs might take. Meanwhile, I still have to commute to and from work without answers, without a rental, and without any meaningful assistance from the service department. I have also attempted to contact the service general manager, but the voicemail box continues to be full. From a customer's perspective, that is incredibly frustrating and feels like there is no accessible avenue for escalation when the service department fails to communicate. To be clear, my original car-buying experience with Oak Motors was great. The sales experience was not the problem. The problem is what happened AFTER I purchased the vehicle. A dealership's responsibility shouldn't end when the paperwork is signed. When customers have legitimate service concerns, they deserve communication, transparency, reasonable timelines, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Oak Motors' service department has been anything but that. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Oak Motors--regardless of their financial situation--to thoroughly explore their other options and, most importantly, consider what their experience will be like if they actually need service afterward. Oak Motors' Indianapolis-area service department needs a serious reboot, particularly when it comes to leadership, communication, and customer service. At this point, I cannot honestly recommend Oak Motors based on my experience with their service department.

The Lexus was in a great condition (see the photos) - and it's been trouble-free ownership. At the end of the day, a lot of it depends on how the previous owners treated the car. All in all, their staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. If I need another car for my family, I'll shop here again.

TLDR: do not give these people your money. Go literally anywhere else…read more I'm an out-of-state buyer. I contacted this dealership about a cargo van and dealt with Bernardo, who sent me videos of the van. In his own video and words, one tire "needed to be replaced soon" and another "needed to be replaced immediately." That second tire was completely bald. They knew it, filmed it, and listed the van anyway. My husband and I drove 3.5 hours one way, ready to buy that day. The moment I walked in, Bernardo tried to push paperwork on me before I'd even laid eyes on the van, let alone driven it. I had to ask for a test drive. My husband's inspection found an oil leak, the bald tire still mounted, and all four tire pressure sensors dead. When we brought up the sensors, Bernardo shrugged it off and said the dealership "just doesn't replace things like tire sensors." We told them flat out: fix the oil leak and put a new tire on the front, or no deal. They agreed. We signed on a Saturday. They promised to deliver once it was handled. Monday's big update: Bernardo sent me a message saying they are going to send a DocuSign to collect my deposit. The deposit I had already paid on Saturday.... Tuesday: total silence. Wednesday I had to chase them down, and Bernardo told me "the oil leak has been taken care of." When I asked for the repair paperwork, he said he was off that day and would get back to me tomorrow. That didn't sit right with me, so I called the office myself. The sales rep admitted they "degreased the oil leak and found no leak after that." Let me be clear: washing an oil leak is not fixing an oil leak. That's a cover-up, not a repair. I asked for service. Transferred to nobody. Called back. Transferred to nobody. Asked for a manager. Nobody. I called ten times before a human being finally answered, and I still never got an honest answer about what was done to my van. Just that they were waiting on a tire before they'd ship it. Once I finally received the report from service, in their own words they acknowledged the leak but since it wasn't "even close to leaving a spot on the ground", they didn't think there was anything to fix. Thursday, Bernardo never called, I had to I call him. Then two hours of silence, so I called again. Now the story was they were waiting on the bank to finalize funding, five days after I signed. Basic paperwork they should have handled Monday. They finally shipped my van Friday at 6:30pm. Nearly a week after I signed. It showed up with a flat tire and two brand new dash warning lights that were not on during my test drive. And shocker... still completely covered in oil underneath. In the week since, I've spent $900 on a new tire (the one that "needed to be replaced soon" failed inspection), four new tire pressure sensors, and an alignment. The shop's paperwork showed the alignment was trashed when it rolled in. Nine hundred dollars out of my pocket for safety items on a vehicle I'd owned for days. Every one of those should have been handled before this van was ever sold to anyone. Also, they took my 2018 Traverse with 220k miles and listed it at $10k (gave me $3200 for it). It needs a new transmission among other things. I'm betting they didn't put one in. They're going to sell that ticking time bomb to the next person who walks through the door. This place doesn't sell safe, reliable vehicles. They sell problems, dodge your calls, and hope you don't notice until the paperwork is signed. Avoid them completely.
