We were referred to Enterprise by our credit union. We were a bit skeptical at first, but trusting our credit union for 25+ years we decided to go for it. Best decision ever! We found exactly what we were looking for...but even better than we had hoped! Seriously better! From the minute that we walked in we were given outstanding customer service by all employees that we came in contact with. We originally spoke to Joel and had an appointment with him. When we arrived at our scheduled time Joel was unexpectedly busy - but he made every effort to put us in good hands. That is when we were introducted to Thomas Dane Hoover, our salesman. Thomas was extremely professional but very personable at the same time, and he made our buying experience a very happy and memorable one. He listened intently, answered all of our questions, and made sure that we understood each aspect of the sale including all of the options that go along with car buying. He treated us like we were just as important as a good friend or family member. At one point while Thomas was tending to our business and away from us we were approached by Joel, our initial contact person. He was very excited for us and reiterated that we were in excellent hands with Thomas. I was so impressed by his sincerity to us and the camaraderie to his co-worker. Once we were at the point of sale we were introduced to Zach, the finance guy. Zach was the icing on the cake. So friendly, professional, thorough, and informational. I recently totaled my car and was looking into purchasing a new car. I had a rental through enterprise and at that a salesperson told me about Enterprise car sales. I reviewed their inventory online for a few days then decided to proceed with a purchase. Right away, I was contacted by Devante G. who helped me along this process the entire time. It was so nice to only deal with one person and I did not feel pressured to purchase a car either which was great! Past experiences with buying a car I felt hassled by other dealerships. Moving forward, I made my way to the office and Devante was there to greet us and even had the car I looked at online ready to go for a test drive! He asked me questions to get an idea of what I was looking for in a car and what I did not want (I thought this was great) I chose a 2017 Acadia which I absolutely love!! Do you want to buy a used car? Do you want to buy an extremely great used car? Do you want to buy a great used car without the hassles of a used car lot with aggressive used car salesmen? Then you need to go directly to Enterprise on Shadeland. The fair price for each vehicle is listed right on the window and you don't need to haggle. Also, the sales staff will not push you into anything. They are not aggressive. They are salaried and do not work on commission. All staff are very friendly and helpful and I personally can highly recommend Evan Price and Cameron McAteer who treated me respectfully, courteously and expediently throughout my process. On my first visit, I did not walk into Enterprise to buy a car. They were recommended to me and I merely went to see what they had available. I was fortunate to find exactly what I was looking for and started and ended my search in one visit. That's never happened before! If the car buying experience was the only review, this could have been a 4+. It was a great car at a Great price point, which was not negotiable. Here is where the low review comes in, followup is very poor and any issues you may have with the car within the generous 7 day and worse outside of the generous 7 day. One of the key fobs didn't work, after going in and asking about it, I was asked "did you change the battery? If that doesn't work come back and we will replace it!" After spending 10ms of thousands of dollars, that's not great customer service. You may get the sales guys you talked to you may not. This is what really got me, there was a vibration at specific speeds. Within the generous 7 days I called about it. Take it into the tire shop and whatever they recommend we will pay for. After two trips and 9 hours of waiting on a Saturday they were only willing to pay for 2 of the 4 tires because vibertion is a "convenience and not safety issue." Isn't that what comes from vibertions? It was like talking to a Robot. Your just a number and after 2 weeks you still only have 1 key fob. read more

I cannot even begin to tell you about the wonderful service I had with enterprise car sales. After my accident, my insurance company put me into a car with enterprise. When I found out that my car was totaled I received a call from enterprise telling me that they also SELL cars. Who knew? I definitely didn't. I went to the lot, there were TONS of cars to choose from, I was left alone to browse and when I was ready to test drive I went in and immediately was greeted with friendly faces and a willingness to help. They don't work off of commission so never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I left with a beautiful new car and low payments and was in shock at how easy and simple they made the whole process. I'll never be buying a car from anyone else! And why would I? 80% of the used cars you find at dealerships come from Enterprise anyway and their prices are among the bottom 5% of the market completely cutting out the middle man! Nicola Jones was wonderful to work with. She was so very helpful. We found the car we wanted online. Gave her a call on Tuesday and she gave us a call on Wednesday to let us know it was on the lot. We arrived a couple of hours later. She had the car all cleaned up and ready for us. We took it out for a quick test drive. She was a pleasure to visit with on the test drive. We really liked the car. She made sure we knew how to work everything on our new to us 2018 Nissan Versa. She even made sure my phone was synced up. The Versa was a replacement for our 1999 Chevy Cavalier. We had give her our DL information so her and Dustin Klinefelter could have most of the paperwork completed, which made our deal even quicker. My husband and I did not even know that Enterprise sold cars until Spencer,, at the Crown Point, Indiana, location told us and encouraged us to pick up the flyer listing some current vehicles for sale. After looking at vehicles on line, we started contact with Enterprise in Indianapolis. Every person that we dealt with at that location went out of their way to be helpful. We were emailed links of vehicles that they thought we may be interested in and we found a vehicle we loved. Enterprise even had a very nice salesperson drive the vehicle (2 1/2 hours away) to the Crown Point, Indiana Enterprise so that we didn't have to take a day off work. Due to a car accident I rented with Enterprise and was recommended to check out their car sales options. I was pretty overwhelmed with the thought of the whole experience, having recently just lost my husband and not being in a financial position (so I thought) to remotely afford anything off their lot. Despite my misgivings and short timeframe available, Zane and Zachary were able to put me at ease, help me understand my financial options a lot better & Zane helped me pick a car much better suited for me and my daughter instead of what I came in thinking I wanted. Completely changed my opinion of buying a car. Always hated going in for a new one - aggressive salesmen, ambiguous financing terms, never knew who was on my side and who was against me. However, within 5 minutes of being in the Enterprise Car Sales office I felt calm. Dane Hoover was my guy.
