Ok......my husband was going to get a new car from the dealership he purchased from a few years back when he found out that his credit union had an amazing deal that he just couldn't pass up. After learning more info, we found out that his credit union had a partner ship with this place and last helping us immediately called Enterprise and spoke with Chris. We got an amazing deal on a 2017 vehicle for less than Kelly Blue Books price. AWESOME SAUCE!! Chris was amazing and we didn't feel pressured to buy. He answered all the questions we had, and volunteered even more information. He even brought me 2 cups of coffee with a knife to stir it with. Hilarious!! They have super comfortable theater-type seats in the waiting area, and Netflix to watch complimentary. I watched Shallow Hal while I sipped my coffee and let them work. So a few weeks ago, my husband got into an awful accident during Indy's big ice storm. And of course our vehicle was totaled. He was ok but our car (aka Berry) was gone forever. This was very unexpected for us, however, we went to Enterprise Car Sales (which is where we purchased Berry) to take a look at some vehicles. After searching online, looking up ratings and reviews, and seeing the inventory, we narrowed it down to 5 choices. After calling to get insurance quotes and going through the process, we went into the actual dealership. We were referred to work with a guy named Joel who was so professional, friendly, and honest. He did not try to pressure us, he knew our budget and what we were looking for and did everything in his power to work with us. After going back and forth for a week, at the end of the week, we finally choose our car of choice. We got a Nissan Altima... Berry was a Nissan, so we decided to stay in the family. We loved the year of the car, milage, price, warranty options, and technology. We LOVE the color (black) with black interior. Joel had us test a black car with beige interior (which was quite sexy) but with small kids, we did not feel comfortable getting a light interior - so he was able to have us see a black vehicle with black interior and we LOVE it! I was in need of a new car, so I decided to call my credit union about financing. Indiana Members has a partnership with Enterprise Car Sales, so I decided to check them out. I was contacted by one of their salespeople, Patrick Thorsten, and we set an appointment. Between the call and appointment, I went online and looked at their inventory. There were a couple of cars at their sister location in Avon that I wanted to see. When I got to the Shadeland location, the cars I had inquired about were there, plus another one at the Shadeland location. My daughter was with me, and after I drove all 3 cars, she drove them too. All this time, Patrick Thorsten was with us to answer any questions we had about each car, and questions about the buying process. My daughter and I decided to go eat lunch and compare notes on the vehicles. Before we left, I asked Patrick to please bring ONE MORE CAR from the Avon location. On the way back from lunch, Patrick called us and let us know that the car was there. That last car- a gorgeous 2019 Nissan Altima SL- was the car that I ended up purchasing. I really have enjoyed the experience today at the Enterprise Car Sales. I know that sounds unbelievable when purchasing a new vehicle but true!!! My credit union highly recommended Enterprise after getting my pre-approved car loan. They currently have a great interest rate for credit union members and the loan officer spoke highly of customer satisfaction feedback from members. I wanted a new vehicle with super low mileage without losing thousands of depreciation by just driving off the lot. They offer affordable vehicles with low, low mileage (100 miles to 15k & above) with all the perks and nice selections. I browsed Enterprises' website for current inventory which was a huge benefit! It was very helpful when supplying Joel, my salesman, with type of vehicles I was interested in. Joel was EXCELLENT to work with as well as every single person I encountered from beginning to driving the car off the lot. It was honestly a stress free experience for me. Even though Joel was scheduled out of the office Saturday when I wanted to pick up my car another salesman, James, stepped in. You would have thought he had sold me the car while covering all the vehicle features. Visited Enterprise Car Sales in Indianapolis yesterday upon a recommendation of a friend. Needed to trade my vehicle and went in anticipating a torturous, day long venture. Boy was I surprised! I had made contact before visiting via the web. I immediately had a follow up email, soon followed by a phone call. I began a conversation with Dustin regarding my needs and made an appointment for the following Wednesday due to weekend weather concerns. Weather not being as forecast early in the morning, I called and said I was on my way. Dustin met us at the door and offered refreshments prior to starting. We went to his office to start the process. He knew the vehicle I wanted and just took copies of our driver's license before the test drive. Went on the drive, returned to the office. Talked about likes and dislikes and he remembered another vehicle I had mentioned. He brought up the second vehicle, test drive, then back to office again. He asked which vehicle, i said would come down to the trade-in offer. They have their process, they have a range for blue book values on each vehicle. You see it and can check it. No haggle, no problem. Jeremy came from finance to let us know where they in at in their process for valuation of trade. A few minutes later, he was back with all of the financial information lined out and I was very pleased to be on the very top end of the range for my trade. 15 minute later all docs are signed and we are on our way in our new vehicle! I believe whole process less than 1.5 hours. Highly recommend this for your next vehicle purchase. All employees at Enterprise Car Sales were very kind and courteous. After a long day and even a longer week looking for a car after I was in an accident and my car was totaled, I literally stumbled on the Enterprise car lot. I pulled in and I was greeted by a young man who then directed me to a really good guy Dane Thomas Hoover.. I know that it's these guys job to be nice, but Dane was really a good guy from the get go. Was very knowledgable. I was shown a car that I liked had low miles not too old but the amount just seem to throw me upside down in loan. I went home and thought about it did the pros and cons and I ended up going back the next day and purchasing the car. The finance agent Cameron was excellent. He literally had me out of there in 30 minutes, this guy really knows his job. Took pictures and came home a happy customer. Completely changed my opinion of buying a car. Always hated going in for a new one - aggressive salesmen, ambiguous financing terms, never knew who was on my side and who was against me. However, within 5 minutes of being in the Enterprise Car Sales office I felt calm. Dane Hoover was my guy. Mostly in CA but have done so in Chicago as well and most recently Indy. I decided to buy my latest car in Indy but register the car in CA as that is my primary residence. A week and a half ago, I messeged a man from the Indianapolis store, Evan. He was aware of my unique situation of being in town for a short amount of time and wanting to expedite the processing. Evan and his team workes effortlessly to make it happen. I finally met with Evan is store and my expectations were met and a genuine experience created. Evan was very knowledgeable of the cars and information as well as very personable and geuine in conversation. Moving along in the process, I met with Jeremy whom finalized my file. Jeremy continued my great experience with his amazing customer service and people's skills. His ability to prove honest and ethical was comforting. Presenting how he reached the numbers and the payment information and remaining very open and available. I drove my car... lasted a couple of days and decided it was too compact for my family. At that point, I was faced with either returning for my trade im back or swap for a different vehicle.. with the experience I had and the level of comfort and commitment... Let me start by saying I would give this zero stars if I could. First off I had set up an appointment online to meet with someone at a specific time and day and was told I would meet with Zane. Upon arrival, I was told that Zane was busy with someone else and that Cameron would be helping me. Not that big a deal but I felt as if that was fairly odd. I then proceeded to pick out a vehicle online because they did not have what I was looking for on the lot. I paid $150 transfer fee to get the vehicle to the lot. I was told it would take one to two days because the car was only in Cincinnati Ohio. I was also guaranteed that the vehicle being transferred to the lot was the exact vehicle I had picked out online .Needless to say ,10 days later ,the vehicle was still not there and after going through the financing,come to find out the vehicle was definitely not what I had picked out online. Long story short, I was given the runaround for 10 days. They would have a different excuse every day. Very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend this place to any friends and family. read more

Recently purchased a Nissan Altima - had six vehicles on lot to choose from. Sales experience was very professional. After we agreed on vehicle to be purchased, we went to lunch while paperwork was being processed. Upon return, we were told that Enterprise corporate had lowered the price of the vehicle by $300 - and the price we already had agreed to was lowered by that same amount. Paid by a personal check with no hassle - staff just called the bank to ensure the funds were available. Finally, there was a slight problem where the odometer reading on the title and registration was slightly in error. Followed up by telephone, and the paperwork to resubmit with corrected mileage arrived the next day. Overall a really hassle-free, professional experience. read more
