As a girl, car servicing is usually a NIGHTMARE. Every other auto repair shop I've visited has tried to sell me a multitude of things that I would later find out didn't actually need replacing. I had such a pleasant experience here. The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here. read more

UPDATE: 8/6/2026 read second paragraph... I dealt with Kevin Dunn Which went above and beyond my expectations for the day and get me into the vehicle I want without any problems, which I would highly recommend this humble individual again. Two weeks later and sitting on a lemon . Asked warranties, pushed for gap which don't kick in until 25-30 days. Paperwork signed that the vehicle was mechanically sound, which was elaborated three different times to me while signing that piece of paperwork which miraculously wasn't in my copy of the paperwork. Not only was that emphasized about being a mechanically sound once being in finalized with the lady who was taking care of the end process, she kept stressing something about a transmission issue may happen down the road so you may want some coverage or something almost implying that there is an existing issue. They've not been helpful, playing phone tag and not responding for days after manager said they would " trade me out," not trade in the junk I was sold. The issue still exist with no resolve from anyone I've tried to contact for a week and the Mechanic that I have looking at it said the transmission was a Band-Aid basically to last a couple months. The issue had already been there prior and had to be known. Still no resolve after phone tag for a week talking to sales manager finally who has employees in the background laughing at the financial burden they've placed on me. I looked at a 2018 Ford F150 at Indy Auto Man (south side of Indianapolis). Was never given an opportunity to listen to the engine at cold start. That is the primary way to determine if the Cam Phasers are bad. If I had I would have negotiated that $3000 repair in the price. But that's on me. I signed the "AS IS" agreement. But they also promised me a check to pay for an additional Key Fob but never received a check. I have called and left messages multiple times for Kevin Dunn, the salesman and Noe, the Sales Manager, to no avail. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware: A Cautionary Tale about Indy Auto Man-Indianapolis On March 16 2026 I purchased a 2020 Toyota Prius from Indy Auto Man Indianapolis via an internet-only sale executed by DocuSign. Multiple times the dealer represented the vehicle as having passed a thorough inspection, being mechanically sound, and having a "clean Carfax." Since taking delivery of the vehicle a week after the sale was completed online, multiple competent mechanics and technicians confirmed severe corrosion and structural failure in the rear suspension, as well as dangerous tire wear noted by the inspectors that risked the rear tires blowing out due to the undisclosed structural damage. I have paid approximately $8,000 so far for repairs to damage that should have, in my opinion, been either repaired or disclosed honestly prior to the sale. All mechanics who have inspected the damage and corrosion have stated unequivocally that there is absolutely no way this level of damage and corrosion could have been missed by even a cursory visual and mechanical inspection by a competent inspector or mechanic. Via certified mail I have demanded sale rescission, all pre‑sale inspection records for this vehicle, and reimbursement for repairs required to correct the significant unrepaired and undisclosed damage that existed prior to sale; the dealer has so far not produced the requested inspection records, has refused my requests for remedy through sale rescission, and has refused to reimburse all costs I've had to pay out of pocket to correct the damage and corrosion that existed prior to purchase. I have filed an Indiana Attorney General complaint, AG Case #11837454, as well as complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Indiana, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I have and can provide photos, repair invoices, DocuSigned sales records, and certified mail receipts for all complaints, remedy requests, and pre-sale inspection document requests. If you are in the Indianapolis area and are considering buying a car from this dealer, please undertake the expense of having any car you're considering buying inspected by a reputable and skilled 3rd-party mechanic or technician. Do not assume that the vehicle has actually been inspected, or that is it safe and roadworthy based solely on the statements of the dealership staff. If you are considering purchasing a car from out of state, I would caution against doing so based upon my documented personal experiences. Purchased a vehicle and not even a month later the vehicle had to have multiple repairs done. The warranty they sold me was not active and I was told by the warranty company that the warranty wouldn't be active until after 60 days which is different from what the salesman told m. I spent over $2500 for repairs within the first two weeks of having this vehicle and the dealership claimed that there are no laws that requires them to provide a warranty on the vehicle due to the age. Awful experience buying from them. The car was fine but they screwed up things at every step and tried to add extra charges into my invoice. When called on it, they removed the extra charges but should I have to catch them doing stuff like that? Additionally they didn't do things they said they would at a couple key points. I spent 13k and wish i had bought elsewhere not because of the vehicle I bought but because of their dishonesty and not following through with a couple things that were very important to me that caused me a lot, LOT of hassle both immediately and then weeks down the line when, after my temp tag expired, I never got my tags and apparently might not be able to get them anytime in the near future until their mistake gets corrected, so the 'great' car is sitting in my garage unable to be driven. There are plenty of other good car dealers out there. Avoid this one. read more

My granddad had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. Within 15 minutes of driving off the lot, the car he purchased started overheating and leaking, making it clear there were serious pre-existing issues. We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Do not waste your time. What you will buy will leave you stranded. They intentionally buy vehicles that have significant mechanical issues due to flooding etc.. in which have not been reported on the car fax. We took the car to an authorized dealer that stated everything except the engine had been replaced on the car. And the engine is getting ready to lock up. We sent a certified letter along with contacted an attorney. We found out they have been fined by the State in April 2025. They need shut down. If you have bought from this dealership I encourage you to file a complaint on the Secretary of States dealership fraud page. LONG but very INFORMATIVE review and HONEST, Read the whole review to understand how the dealership works along with their unethical business practices. I will start off by saying my experience with this dealership has been terrible. I purchased a 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from this dealership. When I arrived for my test drive at this dealership after being approved from the bank the vehicle was dirty, smelled of gas, and the brakes were completely gone, vehicle was unsafe to drive. The dealership pushed the vehicle onto me with a "We Owe" meaning the dealership will fix the vehicle under no cost to the buyer. I purchased the vehicle on a Thursday 2/12/2026 and dropped it off at the service center on 2/13/2026. My vehicle was in the service center for 7 days with no communication from the dealership or the shop. I got off work and arrived to the service center to ask questions since nobody would answer the phone. When I arrived I was informed it took them 7 days to diagnose a check engine light and the brakes were not even put on but had arrived to the service center on 2/16/2026. They informed me the dealership sold the Range Rover without going through inspection, and that it needed to be looked over professionally and properly inspected. I got a call 2 weeks later mentioning that the vehicle was sold with a fuel leak from the main fuel tank to the engine and the line was bad. The service center told me a 1 week wait time to get the part. They called me later that day and informed me the part was going to be on indefinite back order and that I was to call the dealership. The dealership was all about putting me into another vehicle because they have a 7 day exchange policy (which I will go into later). I waited 4 days for the new car to become available. I went and test drove the vehicle, same instance vehicle was dirty, and had a funny smell to it. I started the vehicle for the test drive and the blower motor was out on the car, was told to purchase the car and the part would be fixed by the next day. The next day comes around, and the service center wasn't told anything so now we're back in waiting for a part to arrive. The vehicle has no heat, a/c, or any defrost and it's snowing outside at this point so I can't drive the vehicle safely not being able to see outside of the window. I called and I'm pretty upset at this point because I have no been promised two separate "We Owe" that are not being fulfilled by the dealership. The GSM "Noe" informs me that I am able to return the vehicle but they will keep 20% of the sales price on the car as a "restocking fee" and he is on a recorded phone call saying "I can change what rules I want and I'm telling you how the rule works" so I informed him I spoke to the bank, and the banks is allowing me to not move forward due to all of my issues with this dealership. He informed me I can return the vehicle but I won't get any of my down payment because of the 10% rule. I informed Noe that the 7 day exchange policy isn't valid in this case because of all the issues and the bank isn't moving forward with funding of the loan. Please do your research, read some of the ads here, and save yourself the headache and time because when the dealership drops the ball like they did multiple times they don't own up to it and try and make the customer pay for their mistake. I was specifically told from Noe (GSM) that when vehicles get purchased the dealership they don't have to inform customers of any issues with the vehicle unless the customer asks. I have proof of everything I am saying from contracts with Indy Auto Man, along with recorded phone calls, text messages where they agreed to return me my down payment on the car and undo the deal since the bank isn't moving forward. I'm just trying to save someone else the headache and hassle of this dealership and their unethical business practice. If you're thinking about visiting Indy Auto Man, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I drove two hours after negotiating with them all week, showed up early (my mistake, apparently), and then sat there for an hour and a half waiting on a car they swore was "being detailed in the wash bay." Cool. Except when it finally rolled up, it looked like it had been detailed by a blind person (still very dirty), the paint looked like someone had buffed it with a handful of gravel, two unreported accidents on the CarFax they tried to hide on their website, the bodywork looked like it was done in someone's garage with used tools from the pawn shop (visible paint runs), four bald tires, and two weren't even the same brand -- bold move for a car they knew I planned to drive 2 hours back home, the inside smelled like someone had chain-smoked cigellos while wrestling a wet dog. Interior was way worse than the photos -- almost like they photographed a different car or hired someone really good at photoshop, and just to really tie a bow on it: the valve cover was leaking and the plastic engine cover was held on by a white zip tie (couldn't even find a black one to hide it better). This place is the automotive equivalent of being catfished. If you enjoy wasting your time, and being told a car is "mint" when it's one pothole away from exploding -- boy, do I have a dealership for you. Otherwise? Save your gas, save your sanity, and run as far away from this place as possible! read more

It could've been a one stop shop so I called no answer very extremely beyond unprofessional like disgustingly unprofessional. They text me from that number about seven hours later. It's asking me if I wanted to see the car two days later, so not the next day but the day after or the day after that, I said no I wanna see it tomorrow no response until again hours later well the girl that you spoke with doesn't work tomorrow. Wow should have looked at all the reviews before buying from here. It appears what they did to me is what they do to all their customers. Two days after buying a Silverado from there all of the brake pads were completely worn down and the clamp holding one of the calipers literally rusted and fell off in my driveway. My mechanic stressed how dangerous of a position they put me in by even letting me drive the car off the lot. I brought this up to my salesperson and he literally said "Sorry you feel this way". He claims they provide a 40 point inspection which is a joke as you would think having safe brakes would be at the top of the list. read more

I bought a car with a clean carfax. the car was severely damaged. Even worse: Addison Lusby (the sales manager?) FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. He said he could lower the payments by reducing their fees. He didn't lower the fees. He did get the monthly payment $5 lower by hooking me up with a local credit union. They did offer a rate that was a tiny bit lower, but it wasn't worth it, as they required lower deductibles on the insurance, costing me a higher insurance premium. I won't ever buy a car again in Indiana, and I'll probably never buy a used car again, either. read more

DO NOT waste your time with these people. 90% of the reviews on Google are fake; take a look at yelp to see the honest terrible reviews of this place. After purchasing a $50k car from Indy Auto man it took nearly 100 text messages and many unanswered phone calls to get a $5,150 warranty, that was never discussed with me, removed from my purchase. The $5,150 warranty (exact amount of my down payment) was simply labeled "portfolio" on the bill of sale to hide in there. Neat trick. This process took 2 months. All I wanted was a cancellation confirmation, instead I couldn't get a phone call back. I was also conned into paying ~$750 in fees for "mandatory catalytic converter etching" - turns out that work was never done in the first place. I was told to go to the dmv 2 weeks after purchase as my title would be mailed there, after wasting more hours of my life at the DMV it turns out they hadn't sent the title. I had to take another vehicle to work since you can't drive a vehicle with expired tags on a military base. They couldn't get the title work done until after my temp tag expired. Last but not least I was promised a second key to the vehicle. I agreed to the full retail price (PLUS paying their $750+ in fraudulent extras) because the comfort access keys for this particular bmw is around $750 total as the dealer has to program it. I was told the key would be shipped out the next day, that was a lie. I was told weeks later the key was shipped, that was a lie. I was then told they sent the key to the wrong address (how do you mess that up?) and finally when an envelope shows up 3.5 months later with a hole in it and a $1.50 stamp I'm told that "Indy auto man held up their part of the agreement it must've got lost in shipping" Apparently shipping an envelope without insurance that most likely didn't have the key in it (oldest trick in the book for a SHADY DEALERSHIP) is upholding their part of the deal...and that it's not their fault since it wasn't on the "we owe" even though my salesman told me specifically not to put it on their "because we'll just mail it to you, you can trust me." After weeks of back and forth I was finally offered $350 towards a new key, keep in mind this is about half of what was required. However if I accept this I needed to sign a "goodwill agreement" - which is fine. However the non-disparagement clause on the goodwill agreement stating that I could never in a public forum say a bad thing about Indy auto man was a not fine! I decided to not give up my freedom of speech for $350 in hush money and rather warn potential customers to look elsewhere! I can deal with everything else I spoke about, but when you make a promise about something so simple as a second key just make it right. It's not that hard to keep your word. You could even use the $750 you already charged me for work not completed! Bottom line: Go elsewhere, don't trust a word they say. You'll regret it! read more

I left a review 15 days ago, which I won repeat. Immediately after leaving my negative review I was contacted by Victor at Indy Auto Man. He said he would assist me in making my purchase right. I explained to him I just wanted to return the car for a refund, due to the numerous issues with the car. He said he would get with "top management " and get back with within a couple of days. Then he said their sales manager would get back with me within two days. Addison, the sales manager did get back with me. I asked him if all of the photos and documentation regarding the issues with the car had been sent to him. He said it had not and I had to explain everything and send everything again. After doing this he said he would be meeting with the management and service team on Friday, and would contact me. Again, I explained that I just wanted to return the car. He offered the possibility of fixing all of the issues. I said I would possibly consider this, but really just wanted to return the car. I relayed that due to all of the problems the car had, including the buckling leather on the dash, which was never revealed to me in pictures or relayed verbally, that I didn't trust that other issues might have been missed. He said hecwould talk to his higher ups about this request. He sent me information about their exchange policy, which did not apply to a return. I explained I did not want to exchange the car for another car, as I wanted nothing more to do with this dealership. Addison later came back and said they would be willing to fix the electrical issues, but mentioned nothing about the leather on the dash. I asked him how the exchange policy he sent would apply to me since I would not be exchanging the car, and he said the same terms would apply. If you read the exchange policy it says nothing about returns. So I asked questions about the terms and how this would apply to me. This was three days ago and I have not received a reply. This dealership is unresponsive, unprofessional, vague in their communication, and continues to pass the buck to various managers who do not resolve the issues. read more

I did catch the ac didn't work before driving it off the lot.they did fix that but after driving it home I had to have struts ball joints one which was cracked and sway bar replaced.i had to have an o2 sensor replaced .I had to have the theft deterrent and body control module replaced and new keys.There was also a dead spot in the touch screen.which I did not fix .It would definitely be buyer beware.if a vehicle is purchased here ...make sure it is inspected by a mechanic before the purchase..I have sense cut my losses and traded this truck off with a reputable dealer. read more

Place is a complete joke. Do not trust the 4.9 I arrived to view the Ford Transit Cargo van I had scheduled an appointment to see, only to find that the van was not on site. Additionally, I was left standing at the front desk for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The sales rep I had made the appointment with was not available, and the lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating. Our salesman Uriel had us do the survey when filling out the sales documents At this point everything was great, and I gave a 5-star rating. Upon bring a check to pick up the car, nothing went as planned. We handed the receptionist the check, she gave us the keys, and said the car is parked out front. Uriel never came out to greet us. Uriel did not walk us out to the car. Uriel did not go over any features on the car. My advice is to go to a dealership where you will be treated as a valued customer. read more

I did not do this and dropped around $600 for a new brake job one month after I bought my car here. Most cars are sold "as is," but I was told my car had been completely checked out before I bought it and everything was in great shape. First time I got my oil changed, I discovered the air filter was the original one that came off the assembly line (6 years old). This was after the sales rep, Victor at Indy Auto Man told me a full oil change and inspection had been done prior to my purchase. The facility is very nice and modern, and all employees were super friendly. Just make sure to do your research before buying. read more

All's Well DID NOT END WELL It started out great, and perhaps even impressive. The communication, by text ahead of our visit, was top-notch. The salesman, Kaleb D., even offered to put the vehicle on hold since we were driving from nearly four hours away, so it would not sell while traveling. My wife and I were impressed and pleased with this level of support. We arrived and test-drove the 2017 Cadillac Escalade as planned. It was a beautiful, used but in very good condition vehicle. During the test drive, we quickly realized that the air conditioning was not working. There were a couple of other smaller issues that we took note of, but the largest issue we took exception to was the air conditioning. We arrived back at the dealership and engaged in a discussion on the small list of issues we had noted, and they agreed these were items that they would put their agreement to fix in writing as part of the purchase agreement if we were interested in buying the vehicle. It's important to note that in this discussion about the air conditioning, the salesman admitted that whether we buy the car or not, this is something they will have to fix because anyone who looks at the car with interest in buying it is going to want to have working air conditioning. So, fixing it would not be a problem. At this time, my wife and I wanted to go back out and look over the vehicle further to make sure that some of the additional (used car) flaws were things we could accept when purchasing a luxury, brand-name vehicle. We spent about 15 minutes looking over the vehicle with a keener eye and discussing what we could accept, or what we were willing to fix on our own after taking ownership. We understood it was a used vehicle, but as a luxury vehicle, we did, and do, have certain expectations of what condition is acceptable, even when it is used. We returned inside the building to the salesman, Kaleb D., to discuss the price. I made an offer that I felt certain they would not accept, but I expected it to facilitate some discussion and reach a price that we were willing to pay, as I never buy the sticker price. Who does?! When the salesman returned from talking with his sales manager (because it was obvious that the salesman had ZERO negotiating latitude, he was just a pawn to go back and forth between the buyer and a manager acting as a master puppeteer), he started explaining the dollar amount they would come off of the vehicle (which was honestly fine if he had stopped there) and included that part of the "reason" they wouldn't come off the price any further was because of needing to fix the air conditioning. At this time, I reminded him that he had already admitted that they would need to fix the air conditioning regardless (because any level-headed buyer would want it to work), so the repair of the air conditioning was not a factor in our discussion on price. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT BAD, FAST! At this point, the salesman quickly lost his demeanor and calm and said, "Technically, we don't even have to fix it!" Remember, just 20 minutes earlier in the discussion, he admitted that they would have to fix it because anyone interested in the vehicle would want it fixed?! At this point, I said, "That's all I need to hear, we're done, have a nice day." My wife and I got up from our seats and began walking away, and he mouthed off "we'll get more money...."(and I couldn't hear the rest). From across the room, I turned and asked him, "What did you say?" and at that time, he wouldn't even make eye contact. I was ready to walk away with the vehicle. I was ready to make a sizeable down payment on the vehicle on the spot. I was even ready to pay the amount they countered with, but I was not ready to compromise on something as important as air conditioning, especially on a luxury vehicle!!! Credibility went out the window quickly when the conversation went from "we need to do it" to "we will put it in writing" to "we don't even have to do it" in a matter of 20 minutes. THE WORST, most PATHETIC excuse for a car salesman I have experienced in over 30 years of car buying. I could have overlooked his inexperience with selling and talking to people. I recently attempted to purchase a car from this dealership and had a highly disappointing experience. I started the process of buying a car out of state last Thursday, and requested the sales agreement on Friday, which I only received on Monday. By then, other buyers had expressed interest, but I already had pre-approval documents ready to purchase the car which usually is all you need to hold until funds are sent but not at this dealer! Despite this, the dealership informed me that they do not hold cars for out-of-state buyers. My bank was in the process of sending the loan funds when the dealership told me they had to hold the car for another new buyer who was coming in, even though they were already in the process of selling it to me. The salesperson I was working with, named Victor, was inconsiderate and lazy in getting this deal done. His lack of effort and consideration made an already frustrating experience even worse. Now, I am left with the headache of undoing all the paperwork and dealing with the mess that's left with my bank, while the car I was intending to buy has been sold to someone else. Have to give the guys a bad review to warn consumers about shady practices. That will potentially cost someone thousands in repairs. A few months ago, I went in to test drive a Toyota Avalon LE. The price went up around $2K from one week to the next on the online system. This was explained as "market" fluctuations. Typical dealer gouging during the pandemic. I went to test drive the car a week or so later. After it was driven over from the storage site, the car's electrical system shorted out. They offered to jump the car, but this was a huge red flag. No car shorts out its electrical system after starting cold and running for miles without issue. A regular consumer would have gone home with a car with potential electrical system damage, and at a price that even the Kelly Blue Book would indicate as being in good condition. This is not only amoral, but dangerous. The car needed a full electrical inspection and load test. If a consumer pays full retail for a car, the car needs to be in retail condition. read more

They knowingly sold me a totalled out vehicle with an uneven frame that can't be fixed. The rail on the left side is 3/4" shorter than the rail on the right. I asked about previous accidents, there was nothing on the car fax and the they said it had a full inspection with a 4/5 star rating on the condition when we purchased. After spending thousands to fix what I thought was misalignment, it turned out to be an obvious chop job on a previous unreported accident. Either Indy Auto Man knowingly dumped an unsafe vehicle on us or they never bothered to inspect it before telling us it was in great condition. When I called to find a solution management put me on hold, hung up on me and then had the poor sales rep call me back. Their offer was to take it back as a trade in! I'm stuck with the loan, an unusable vehicle for my business, and cant get help of any kind. I cant even sell it because the truck needs more work than it's worth. read more

You totally wasted my time and money.  That car didn't make it 1mile from your dealership before the engine overheated and the back brakes started locking up! I  drove 150 miles to see you not Victor! Headlights, horn, passenger side door handle all broken! Couldn't even get it up to 40 mph! You should be ashamed of yourself for offering such a terrible car for sale. After returning home I did receive a call from management offering to reimburse me for my expenses so that did show integrity. I would prefer zero based on what i knew in 2017 vs present.I visited their protective review site ( google ) and found they completely removed the post! I guess the truth actually hurts! In 2017 I purchased a 2007 Audi Q7 114,000 miles for $14,000 dollars. Initially I was really happy finally able to obtain credit on my own. But a few months in, reality and truth set in. While traveling to a furniture store ( North Allisonville Rd, the vehicle on its own made a sudden right turn as if it were programmed to do so! I was able to regain control at an unoccupied church. I immediately called Indy Auto and was told there was an issue with the front bumper impact sensor. On April 20th 2017 the vehicle would'nt go into while parked. I was'nt initially worried until i fiund out my extended warranty. We had the vehicle towed to an reputable Audi shop and a few days later the manager called and asked if I had planned on keeping the vehicle. I was then told the damage to the engine was severe, ( front and rear timing chains had snapped ) along with a bad piston. The cost was $5,689.77 with a used engine if obtainable. I was devastated and petrified with zero options or the financial means to fix. My extended warranty did'nt cover parts or labor so I let it go back. Repo, bad credit and zero exceptance anywhere. Since that horrific day I've clawed my way back to a fair score but a bottom feeder. Fast foward to 2025 I thought i'd give it another shot with zero down with a cosigner so mr Victor told thats doable so we applied and low and behold ,they still want $2000 down so I declined and after reading all the bad reviews, i'm glad i did. I bought the iPace that was sold to me without a working key. I also bought a warranty for the drive train. Well , if your car won't charge with something more than a 110, and your car doesn't have a key, then your warranty won't cover it! That warranty they sold me was $2500 The Jaguar dealership tested all they could to find why it won't charge, to fix it it's $5,000 and there's no guarantee it is able to be fixed. Indy Auto Man won't do one thing to help . If you are a fraud lawyer or lemon law lawyer in Indiana, this case is easy. They are crooks!! read more

UPDATE EDIT: so as you can read in the original review they were quick to tell me they would replace the things in my car not working, but clearly I'm making this update because nothing about that was simple. I had originally given them 3 weeks to get everything in order, because they offered for the next weekend to have everything. I had 2 back to back weddings so that just was not an option. Come to the Monday before my appointment and I reached out to be sure the appointment was set and everything was in. The response I got was less than ideal, which was "the manager did not order them and they won't be able to be in by Saturday" (5 days still to make this order). I understand sometimes stuff happen, so I asked to just be updated when they were in. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and I still have not heard anything. I reached out to our salesman and I got zero response. I decided to reach out to Toronto, the finance guy, who was more than helpful when we came in the first time. Thankfully he was incredibly nice and helpful at that point. He was disappointed to find out I still had not been in and that nothing was even in the works on their end for my parts. It took him all of 2 days to get my tires in and an appointment. So thank goodness for Toronto!! He had also assured me they would top off my tank before I got back to pick up my car, which not surprisingly it was not. So then we had to wait and have them go fill up the tank at a gas station. Also for some reason we had to go with them for that. Super quick and easy car buying/trading process!! I got a great deal on my trade in and the car I bought was a great value. There were a few questions I had and Uriel was so quick to ask about the things I needed. He was even able to get the things I needed fixed, so that was awesome!!! I have been to a lot of car lot over the years and this was by far the best and easiest experience. I'm very happy I went here and I do recommend! Go see Uriel and he will treat you with patience and resp Our finance guy, Toronto, was amazing as well! His computer was having problems which slowed my deal down, but we never even said anything to express frustration. Even though we said nothing, because it really didn't bother us, he gave us a huge deal on warranties! I purchased my car on April 3rd from Indy Auto Man on the cities east side. I paid cash. When I arrived at the dealership I met with my sales rep and he had me give him the check and said my manager will be ready for you shortly. I waited about five minutes went in the managers office signed the papers and when I came out and asked where my car was it was then explained to me that the windshield was being replaced. The sales rep then said if the windshield should leak then let me know immediately and the car will be brought in to be fixed immediately the charges will be covered as the part is under warranty and insurance will cover the damages. On the way home I immediately tried to turn on the radio the volume would not work. The radio was working on the display there was just no volume to the radio didn't work. I was sold the car under the pretense that the car was in good working condition. When I came to pick the car up I was never told there was a ton of water inside my car or that the radio didn't work. I wasn't even told prior to purchase that the windshield was damaged. The sales rep and manager let me purchase the car and then when I asked where the car was after signing the papers I was told my windshield was being replaced. I was then told that if the windshield leaked that the car would be fixed and covered under warranty. I drove off the lot with the car and was immediately noticed the radio volume not working. I immediately contacted the sales rep was told I would be put on the we owe you list to get it looked at. While I was driving I started to fill around on several things and noticed that the inside of the car was very wet. The next day after a night of severe rain I get in my car and when I backed up I could hear the water slouching around in my car. I immediately to the sales rep the windshield must of leaked. He said that it wasn't that. I vacuumed a ton of water out of the car. Drove to Lafayette to see my son and on the way back the car started having all these faults on the dashboard. I immediately let the sales rep know still didn't want to offer help. Couldn't put the car in park. Had to turn the car off and then the car never started again. I contacted the sales rep Saturday morning he still is playing stupid. I paid to have the car towed back to you guys. That cost 500 dollars. The car sat on your lot untouched for five days where it rained for three of those days. Finally when you got the car in to look at it you discovered it was the sunroof drain that was clogged. The car then spent another week with the car drying out so you could test what was wrong with it. Then another few days of back and forth going on over who was paying for the damage. Me having to pay for a rental for three and a half weeks. The part not showing up on time. The tech taking days off and now we are at today the car runs but the radio still doesn't work. No mention from anyone to help cover the cost. Now they want me to pick the car up without the radio volume working still. I am out 2500 dollars from the tow and rental car charges. And no one wants to make it right. read more
