I go to Johnny's Auto Motor for the regular maintenance and repairs of my car. The staff and managers are always very friendly, courteous, and professional. I am immensely satisfied with their excellent, customer-oriented auto services at a reasonable price. I drive a teenage-old Honda Accord whose age generally requires increasing maintenance. Yet, whenever I visit for checkups and maintenance, they always recommend only the very essentials and discourage me from splurging on bells and whistles that I often inquire about, as if it were their own vehicle and money. I am quite appreciative of their honest business practices and attentive care for customers.
Recently, I had a flat tire on a late Saturday afternoon into a long holiday weekend. With ordinary tire shops closed by then, worried about spending the long weekend with a flat tire, I called Johnny's Auto Motor to see if I could get the flat repaired. Johnny answered the phone and asked me to come, though it was late. With all the mechanic staff already gone for the day, Johnny graciously fixed the flat himself at no cost--along with "Have a great weekend."
