My internet buying experience ended on a good note thanks to the team at Indianapolis Auto Credit…read moreFinance, and in particular Clarence Johnson. Thinking I had secured a deal online with a dealership near my home, I went down to sign and take possession of a new 2013 Silverado LT, but during my inspection, realized a key option was missing. It turns out the internet manager did not check to see if the truck he had matched the truck we agreed on, or that in order to make a sale, tried to pull a fast one by telling me had what I was looking for, all the while knowing he didn't. I suspect the latter. I also believe he was counting on me to be so tired of the car buying process that I would accept a similar match. After all, I had already gone through the trouble of negotiations and was now on his lot. He was almost right. Thankfully my senses returned and I ended up walking out. Indianapolis Auto Credit Finance and Clarence were the opposite. Clarence was super responsive during the negotiation process, both through emails and phone calls. The time from first contact until offer acceptance took just three hours, and that included time spent price shopping with other dealerships. At the dealership, Clarence was professional and always maintained a calm demeanor despite facing a cautious client. And even when the signing was over and done with, He took the time to explain the different car features, set up On Star, and pair my cell phone to Bluetooth. Clarence Johnson and Indianapolis Auto Credit Finance deserve a 5 start rating for their great service and I recommend them to anyone considering buying a car over the internet.

Clarence called us back and told us exactly what we qualified for and that he had the type of vehicle we needed. We told him we were on our way and when we got there he was waiting on us. Clarence had the vehicle detailed and had filled the gas tank! It was love at first sight! We absolutely love our traverse and have already planned our first family trip! Thank you Thank you Clarence AWESOME job!

I wish there were more reviews on this company at the time I purchased my car…read more AIF use my card infor without permission to run a transaction that I did not authorize/schedule. Stan noted my accnt I verbally gave him permission to run a transaction but I never spoke to Stan and did not believe he was a real person. I followed up with AIF and was told by Kristina Lawson that she would have a manager reach out to me but a few days later said its not the company policy for managers to speak with customers in these situations where an employee runs a fraudulent transaction using the customers card info. Kristina repeatedly said in repsonse to my concerns about the fraud "you are angry" and "just pay". I reminded her of the serious nature of these crimes since AIF is a business/ that I had requested to speak to a manager at least 1 week prior. Kristina said she handled the employee, I didn't need a manager, just pay. The same employee who did the fraud Stan just answered the phone 2 days ago after Kristina handled him he still works there. I am forced to give them more financial infor after the bank said not to because AIF has already proved to be dishonest/ won't address their actions that are fraudulent/other secure ways to pay that does not result in the bank closing my account. This has been going on for over a month and they still refuse to let me speak to anyone except kristina Lawson and Stan, the employee who ran the fraud transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM CARPLEX!!! If you are in a bind with finanaces/credit, I promise they will make the situation worse doing things like this against you, how will you be able to go to another loan provider? Don't go to Carplex in the first place/DO NOT deal with American International Finace. If you see Kristina Lawson name clutch your pocketbook/RUN. Close your bank accounts before Stan can get to them. Anybody can be grateful for a second chance at anything especially a second chance at something invovling credit but what is the true cost of a second chance? Usually its higher interest rates; not fraud.

CARVANA has been a very good experience for me... all done from my smartphone, primarily at my…read moreconvenience. I work the graveyard shifts and 12-hour weekend coverages, so my daylight free-awake hours are quite limited and I need to be efficient with those few daylight hours. I liked the easy flow and information layout on CARVAVA right away, so I started looking at cars, but was humbled a bit by the default terms displayed when the site didn't know who I was. So, I created my account on CARVANA, then entered my financial information and all the basic terms listed with each vehicle automatically adjusted to my qualifications - I was very impressed with this! While I was looking, I was aware that there was a presence available, if I wanted to ask questions, but I'm kind of a private, intellectual, introvert - I know what I want. I like to take my time, read the details, find my own way, go back and forth, and slowly make up my mind my way. I was able to do this on CARVANA, and no one bothered me, no one steered me, no one interrupted my thought processes, and I decided when I was ready to hookup with the buying process. When I found the car I really wanted to buy, I touched the GET STARTED bar and followed it through the steps to set up my deal, touching EDIT to adjust specific terms like adding my trade-in vehicle and increasing my down payment amount to bring my payment down. To my delight, the CARVAVA site interactively adjusted the displayed resulting payment amount live. I really liked that interactive information because I could immediately see exactly what I was doing. I was very impressed with the design and flow of this site - CARVAVA is extremely well organized. Once everything in my deal looked good to me, I pressed SUBMIT to get things rolling for my approvals, responding to document requests by photographing each one on a white cutting board in my kitchen, uploading them to CARVANA and scheduling my delivery date/time, knowing I would get a test drive on delivery day, plus 6 more days to change my mind (the 7-day acceptance period). At the beginning of delivery day, my driver/closing-agent emailed information and texted me with progress reports and I replied with my selfie-with-drivers-license for secure/touch-free delivery verification under the Covid-19 guidelines. When the car was on my street and unloaded from the truck, I got a phone call to come on out for my test drive, and the driver checked out my trade-in while I was out in the new car. When I got back, my trade-in was on the truck and I DEFINITLY loved the new car, so I backed it right in to my usual spot and we closed the deal right there, signing all the papers, fully explained to me, and receiving my copies at the end. It took me a few days, driving to work with longer test drives home and spending some time reading the owners manuals, until I knew I wanted to keep the new car - it was in great shape, exactly what I wanted, and actually a little more that I had really expected. Wow. I was inspired to send my driver an email saying: "I have thoroughly tested all of my new vehicle's systems and functions, except for the swerving/lane control and crash response... I expect those systems are probably just fine and I shall endeavor to have no need for them. Overall, this Blue Streak Metallic Camry SE operates supremely - I am continually surprised and impressed by its performance, sounds, and comfort... I love this car - it makes me laugh spontaneously as driving situations change and I experience something new from it's performance. I expect I will remain a loyal Toyota driver from now on. My only regret COULD be that I didn't personally try a Toyota sooner, but I'm just thrilled to have one now. I had no idea how really great they are, and this one is wonderful!" Everyone should know that CARVANA & my driver, Karen Black, did a GREAT JOB! I even received a hand written thank you card from my delivery driver with references to a couple of things we had actually talked about. Excellent personal service, delivered right to my home. I had made it extremely clear I was looking to fly in as soon as possible and would be driving the car over 8 hours home, so I needed everything to be ready. Only after taking my deposit and pulling my credit did they decide to inform me that the car needed a brake booster replacement - a part that wasn't even in stock with them and wouldn't arrive for over a week. That is completely unacceptable as this was their way of relaying to me that the car did not currently even have proper functioning brakes. Both Riley and Dez told me that the deposit was refundable, but I still haven't received a dime back. To make things worse, they've already re listed the car for a higher price, completely ignoring the fact that my deposit was supposed to be holding it for me. This kind of business practice is shady and shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and credit. This purchase was very important to me as this car has always been a dream of mine to own and I was taken advantage of by the staff here at Indy Luxury Motorsports.

He had me take pictures of 5 cars i wanted them put me in something totally different. At the time i was desperate and needed to stay in my budget so i settled with a 2009 Dodge Journey. I found out the price of the car when signing the contract at the end of two very long days, it's 380, way above what i told him. I purchased the car in April 2019, by June 2019 (outside of the 30 day trade window) my car started overheating. I took it to three mechanics and spent $400 but with no fix. I finally took it to Edwards Transmissions Engines. That cost me 1200 (had to take a loan) and they tried everything they could think of and couldn't fix it (timing belt, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc) they finally called a dealership who told them i needed a new motor because journeys before 2011 have this issue with something in the motor cloggs up ‍. A new motor is 5800.
