So with my discount in hand I gave them a try because with Costco behind them how bad could they be? So yep .... It was great! Very knowledgeable, efficient and quick to repair and give estimates. I received a text with a link to approve each item (I had requested they look at my brakes because I had issues with them so wasn't just there for the alignment). I appreciated the knowledge from the receptionist and not being put on hold so they could ask a mechanic too and they could communicate by text and not just emails or phone calls throughout the day. Very efficient way of doing business in today's age. Definitely will use them again The only thing I'd like to mention is I had to request photos of what they saw / were talking about in regards to replacing other brakes whereas other places send pictures with their estimates. It would of saved time just adding it to an already super efficient system they already have for estimates (pics were able too easily add later so I could verify what they were saying) rather than having to call for them. Great job! I'll say I called around and even without my discount they were far cheaper than who I normally use and a couple others which was even more awesome!

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

Few things sink your stomach faster than that, especially when you're hours from home. We called every major auto repair shop we could find. Not one would even look at it, let alone touch it. Nobody had a qualified technician available, and we were running out of options and, honestly, hope. After three attempts to reach Dynamic, the owner called us back personally. Not a receptionist, not a voicemail: the owner. She told us he could meet us in 10 minutes, and he did. The technician met us on site. He didn't just show up. He looked things over, gave us honest guidance, and sent us off with a jug of coolant and the confidence to keep going. No runaround, no pressure, just genuine help from someone who clearly cares about people. In a moment when everyone else said "can't," he said "let's go." I truly can't thank him enough and Dynamic from helping us out. We got back on the road because a stranger decided to go out of his way for us on an early Saturday morning. If you're stuck, stressed, and out of options, call Dynamic. They are the real deal. Five stars isn't enough.

My wife called me with the news, and I was concerned that during the holidays, service and parts resources would be limited. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.
