My Mazda 3 needed rear driver's side brake work. James made it convenient for me & came to my residence to diagnose my car's brake issues. He came prepared with his tools, professional & got to work. After taking off the wheels on the rear of the car he saw that I needed new brake pads, calipers on both sides & a new rotar on the driver's side. James was able to find available new parts close by, gave me the price. Which was fair, upfront and honest. He then went to get the parts, came back and got to work. I was traveling back to South Carolina From Iowa. I noticed the battery light come on in my car. I pulled in to a auto parts store and purchased an alternator and asked if they knew anyone local who could help me change it. It was close to 5pm on Monday, so of course there wasn't. I began frantically googling roadside repair services. Most services were for 18 wheelers or basic car services I.e. jump starts, gas, etc. I sent out a few calls to the 18 wheelers roadside places, finally found one who gave me the number of a friend. That friend then said he would have James call me. I began traveling south at this point. I didn't make it 5 miles before the alternator completely went out and I found myself stuck at a Love's truck stop just outside of Indianapolis. James' call came through as I was trying to figure out a next step. I explained the situation to him. He then told me that he had to make another stop, but would be on his way to me afterward. He pulled up, tested the battery, and it was indeed the alternator. He quickly went to work and making jokes. The joking helped ease my mind a lot, as I'm a mom with a 15 year old traveling with her, and were stranded at a truck stop still 8 hours from home. He quickly fixed the car and got us back on the road. The pricing was extremely fair, so fair that I gave him extra for coming to my rescue. James and Julio are absolutely outstanding people. My insurance company helped me to contact them while I was stranded on the side of the road . I was stalled on interstate i-70. No place I wanted to attempt changing the tire by myself. My insurance company had contacted one company. That company did not follow through. But James was contacted second. He personally called me making me feel reassured. He promised me that his person his staff never would be there within about 30 minutes. In fact, the staff member lived within a few moments of where I was broke down. Came in his personal car. James told me that if his staff member did not show up, he would come personally from the far opposite end of town. His phone comment everything to me.
