I'm glad I did! The service technician arrived within 30 to 40 minutes, earlier than expected, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only thing that felt a bit odd was being asked to pay before the service was completed. I declined and had no issues paying afterward, but I feel that might be confusing or uncomfortable for some customers. Also, they don't automatically send you a receipt--you'll need to call and request one. Overall, the service was reliable and fast, but I'd recommend improving the payment process and making receipts more accessible.
