I knew that didn't sound right since Audi Indianapolis quoted me $800. So I kept looking and calling and found this Hidden Gem!! I took my car in they inspected it, took me in to see the actual damage and why the issue is happening, he quoted me wayyyy lower than any of the other companies. I had to come back the next day just to get all my money sorted, and the final prove was about $30 below his original quote. He probably didn't know it but that $30 was about all I had left in my account after paying rent and for this repair.They are fast fast fast was able to drop it off and get it back before the end of the day. Best part of this place is the mere fact that Mark knew the area well & in fact grew up there too. Sooo glad I accepted his advice too! Not only did Greene's do what they said they were gonna do, they did more IMO w/o the discrepancy in non essential things needing repairs. Big bonus to me. My vehicle had been making a loud funky sound when the wheel turned (front end). My vehicle had new brakes installed last summer around this timeframe. Turned out the brake rotor plate was too extended. This caused the excessive noise I & others heard. So grateful to my buddy Mark who did a solid for me in terms of directing me to Greene's. Greene's rotated my tires, inspected my ride & the total cost was $40. Thank you sooo much Greene's! Hope I don't haveta see you guys for a good while. But if I do, I know it will be met with much kindness & will be a good investment for sure. Oh yes, I almost forgot. I did have a what do I do when I drop off my car do hickey. One would like to believe all skilled laborers are indeed that, skilled, but unfortunately in reality that is not always the case. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that a repair place that works on primarily on fleets (the F in PFM in case you missed that too) would provide superior services over traditional repair shops, but surprised I was nevertheless (even after noting that EVERY technician that walked past the service counter, during my visit, had no less than two master certifications on their uniform)! I consider myself fortunate to have found an auto mechanic I can reliably trust to, not only *perform* the repairs I need, and do so well, but more importantly give me consistently accurate diagnoses. I personally find the accurate assessment the most invaluable as it avoids both unnecessary repairs/expenses as well as return visits. This is now my go to spot - "fleet" quality repairs at relatively/comparably "layman" prices - it's an obvious choice for me!

I had taken my 2019 Ford Escape to Pearson Ford because I thought the starter had gone out when it…read morewouldn't start despite having a new battery and gas in my car. They tried to tell me I needed a whole new engine for around $12k. I had it towed to Sharp's Automotive for a second opinion. While part of what the dealership said was true, Sharp's was able to actually fix my engine without replacing it. There was a part that had to go to a separate machine shop for work to be done on it. The machine shop was backlogged and didn't get to my part for a week and a half, but I don't blame Sharp's since that was beyond their control. Apparently, my engine timing belt needed to be replaced along with a few other things; they also did an oil change. The timing tool they had was missing a part due to a former employee not putting it back where it belongs and they couldn't find it. So they ordered the missing part and had to wait a day to receive it. My engine timing parts were complicated for putting back together, so it took longer than he thought it would. He promised me I would get my car back on a certain day even if he had to work late. I did get my car back on the day he promised. All in all, I spent less than $5k for the work and I'm happy to have my car back in my garage. Steven was the mechanic who worked on my car; he communicated well about the progress and I think he did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
