Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. It's technically a Goodyear, but they seem to really to quite a bit more there, and boy was I thankful! They are affiliated with a local towing company, so I was able to pay for everything at once, and the price for the tow was very reasonable. They were able to inspect the problem very quickly. In my case, a part had to be ordered from out of state because it was such an unusual part to fail. I was most impressed with their communication and professionalism. When they inspected the burst radiator hose, they let me know there was a chance there could be an underlying issue that caused the burst. As it turns out, the hose had rubbed on something near the battery, causing it to burst after a hole had been started from the outside. The guy that helped me explained to me the issue with getting the part, and was very knowledgable about everything. I really appreciate how they were able to help me in a pinch. I almost wish I lived in Mooresville so I could use them regularly. Since I can't, you should!
