Brought my car in bc I thought it was starting weird.. they had it way longer than communicated…read more. the receptionist was extremely rude.. when they finally got around to my car they recommended a new battery and terminals for $470.. 3 months later it wouldn't start at all, I had it towed to a different place for them to let me know the current issue was the wrong battery was installed and one of the terminals was cut short and attached incorrectly. I had to pay someone else $490 to fix what this shop did. I'd go somewhere else. There are a lot of options with better prices, reviews and customer service.

Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Turns out, the last shop that did our oil change didn't properly seal the oil filter housing cap, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, cleaned up the spilled oil, and topped us off with new oil. All at a very fair price.
