I wanted to take it to my mechanic before buying it but the salesperson told me that the warranty I was buying would cover absolutely everything so said there was no need to do that. I went there multiple times asking the manager to help resolve the issues and he was no help whatsoever. I would never recommend doing business with this horrible company!!!!!!

Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

It is costing me nearly $10K to fix the issues this car has including the steering rack, missing bolts to the sub (it had been replaced by the dealer with a cheap ebay knock-off that was actually defective), tie rod ends and more. Throughout the process the sales rep and the sales manager represent the vehicle as having been inspected end to end and as being in excellent condition. Now, to be fair the actual buying experience was very smooth but that just shows what con men they are. Truth is they misrepresented the car and all its issues and they knew it. You will find other reviews similar this this one. BELIEVE THEM. These people are NOT running and honest business.

Matt assured me that this was the car for me. he said it had good mileage and it's very reliable. there was rust on the inside of the door he said they would fix it for us and have the car ready to pick up by Wednesday. we didn't hear anything from them all week so finally i texted and told them i would be down Wednesday to pick the car up. when i got there he told me that the car wouldn't be fixed until the end of the week, we took it home and decided to get it fixed ourselves. 3 days later the check engine light came on. i took it to a local shop and they wiped the code to see if it would fix it. a week later it came back on. every time i started my car the whole think shook violently and there was a water sound coming from under the hood. i took it back to find out there was a crack in my engine block and the coolant was leaking into the engine. the shop i took it to told me that this is a very easy catch when inspecting a car thoroughly. when i contacted Noblesville imports they basically wrote back that it was my issue now and there was nothing they could do. i now have to find a new engine that will well cost me $8000 or just be out the money and buy a new car.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD This dealership is…read morehands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Not only are the cars they sell lemons, but the way they treat customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a vehicle from them in October 2024. Within 2 days I got an airbag malfunction warning. That issue was never fixed, and I was brushed off every time I brought it up -- which is unacceptable considering airbags are a major safety issue. A few months later I got a coolant warning, and soon after the car began overheating. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the vehicle had stop leak poured into the system, so much that they couldn't even properly diagnose the problem until it was flushed out -- costing me over $300. I never put stop leak in my car. The dealership kept my car for over a month, going days at a time without any communication or updates. After finally getting it back, they claimed they cleaned out the stop leak and replaced the thermostat. The overheating stopped temporarily, but again -- the airbag malfunction was still not repaired. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak and the coolant warning again, meaning the problems are continuing. The customer service is just as bad as the cars. When I tried to address issues that were not fixed after multiple visits, TIM HUGHES (a manager) was beyond rude -- he laughed in my face when I told him one of the issues still wasn't repaired and acted like I was stupid for even bringing it up. When I later tried to speak with the GM, MICHAEL SPURGIN was extremely rude, dismissed me, and even hung up on me. Another employee, Erica, also hung up on me. The staff refuses to provide any contact information for the owner/president of the company. This entire dealership is unprofessional, irresponsible, and clearly sells vehicles with serious issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DON'T DO IT!

Ski boats and other vehicles into a business. I just bought 3 cars from Sam and will likely buy more as our family has the need. I have not bought a vehicle from a dealer in many decades. This used car fiasco we are in caused me to step into the uncomfortable zone of calling dealers. Thankfully I found Sam. Sam is not only pleasant, honest, above reproach has good taste in cars, he is also extremely fair! I walked out of there last with 2 cars (a Camry for my son and an ES350 for my daily driver) they were both so well represented as well as fair I came back yesterday for an Odyssey for my wife. All 3 cars are beyond my expectations for a very fair price. Excellent by appointment type car dealer! This is not a typical what the what type clown show that most dealerships (both new and used) have become. If Sam doesn't have it he will get it and you will likely be very happy with your car. Thank you Sam!
