First, I give my salesman, Moe Taha, Five Stars for the honest and untiring support he provided during the entire process. Next, I give the sales manager, Ty Lowery, Five Stars for taking time out of his busy schedule to ensure all my needs were met. Additionally, I give the finance manager, Addison, Five Stars for his determination in obtaining an exceptional interest rate for my car loan. Lastly, I give the entire staff of Coast to Coast Imports Five Stars for the outstanding attention they gave me. If you are looking for a quality car at an exceptional price, I recommend you give the professionals at Coast To Coast Imports the opportunity to make your dream come true. There is no doubt I'll be coming back again.

I wanted to take it to my mechanic before buying it but the salesperson told me that the warranty I was buying would cover absolutely everything so said there was no need to do that. I went there multiple times asking the manager to help resolve the issues and he was no help whatsoever. I would never recommend doing business with this horrible company!!!!!!

I bought a vehicle off of them and during the whole time the dealer was on his phone with other people instead of talking with us. He did not explain any of the paperwork and now we are getting calls from the title office stating that we owe money and the dealership owes us money. They decided to not take off my trade-in causing an issue with my title place and now I have to pay over $800 after I already paid them money. Then the title office tells me that the dealership owes me about $300. If you want a reliable vehicle do NOT go to this place. Their cars may be cheaper but they also do not look them over after they get them. They just clean them up and sell them. My trade in was sold less than a week after we brought it to them and sold before they even had the title in their name. Pretty sure its still in our name. I wish I would have read the reviews first before going here. Find a different place to buy a vehicle and pay a little more so you are not screwed out of your money like I was.

Matt assured me that this was the car for me. he said it had good mileage and it's very reliable. there was rust on the inside of the door he said they would fix it for us and have the car ready to pick up by Wednesday. we didn't hear anything from them all week so finally i texted and told them i would be down Wednesday to pick the car up. when i got there he told me that the car wouldn't be fixed until the end of the week, we took it home and decided to get it fixed ourselves. 3 days later the check engine light came on. i took it to a local shop and they wiped the code to see if it would fix it. a week later it came back on. every time i started my car the whole think shook violently and there was a water sound coming from under the hood. i took it back to find out there was a crack in my engine block and the coolant was leaking into the engine. the shop i took it to told me that this is a very easy catch when inspecting a car thoroughly. when i contacted Noblesville imports they basically wrote back that it was my issue now and there was nothing they could do. i now have to find a new engine that will well cost me $8000 or just be out the money and buy a new car.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD This dealership is…read morehands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Not only are the cars they sell lemons, but the way they treat customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a vehicle from them in October 2024. Within 2 days I got an airbag malfunction warning. That issue was never fixed, and I was brushed off every time I brought it up -- which is unacceptable considering airbags are a major safety issue. A few months later I got a coolant warning, and soon after the car began overheating. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the vehicle had stop leak poured into the system, so much that they couldn't even properly diagnose the problem until it was flushed out -- costing me over $300. I never put stop leak in my car. The dealership kept my car for over a month, going days at a time without any communication or updates. After finally getting it back, they claimed they cleaned out the stop leak and replaced the thermostat. The overheating stopped temporarily, but again -- the airbag malfunction was still not repaired. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak and the coolant warning again, meaning the problems are continuing. The customer service is just as bad as the cars. When I tried to address issues that were not fixed after multiple visits, TIM HUGHES (a manager) was beyond rude -- he laughed in my face when I told him one of the issues still wasn't repaired and acted like I was stupid for even bringing it up. When I later tried to speak with the GM, MICHAEL SPURGIN was extremely rude, dismissed me, and even hung up on me. Another employee, Erica, also hung up on me. The staff refuses to provide any contact information for the owner/president of the company. This entire dealership is unprofessional, irresponsible, and clearly sells vehicles with serious issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DON'T DO IT!

The salesman told us it was likely just a sensor issue and would be taken care of, so we moved forward with the purchase and bought the extended warranty. By March 8, the car had a major coolant leak and had to be towed to a warranty-approved shop. We later found out the vehicle has extensive leaks that would have clearly been present at the time of sale. Repairs are over $10,000, and the warranty is only covering about $1,300. The main issue isn't even covered under our plan--and we were never offered the higher-tier coverage that would have included it. We also were not given a copy of the warranty contract at purchase and had to request it later. When we asked the dealership for help, the only option offered was for us to pay to tow the car to them and pay another diagnostic fee, with no assistance for costs we've already incurred. We are now having to take out a personal loan to repair a car we just bought, with no guarantee other issues won't arise. I would not recommend AutoGiant. Be extremely cautious, get everything in writing, and have any vehicle independently inspected before buying.

Ski boats and other vehicles into a business. I just bought 3 cars from Sam and will likely buy more as our family has the need. I have not bought a vehicle from a dealer in many decades. This used car fiasco we are in caused me to step into the uncomfortable zone of calling dealers. Thankfully I found Sam. Sam is not only pleasant, honest, above reproach has good taste in cars, he is also extremely fair! I walked out of there last with 2 cars (a Camry for my son and an ES350 for my daily driver) they were both so well represented as well as fair I came back yesterday for an Odyssey for my wife. All 3 cars are beyond my expectations for a very fair price. Excellent by appointment type car dealer! This is not a typical what the what type clown show that most dealerships (both new and used) have become. If Sam doesn't have it he will get it and you will likely be very happy with your car. Thank you Sam!
