Conversation with Max asking where the email is for me to sign for my deposit.
Tracie T.

Entered into a verbal contract to purchase a truck from Picasso Imports with their employee Max Landis. I provided a $2000 deposit to hold the truck. On day of sale I confirmed sale and told Max I would not be purchasing an extended warranty his company had offered. Max stated "the only reason" they would sell me the truck was because I had agreed to purchase the warranty. Max refused to acknowledge that I had told him I would consider the warranty but I would let him know day of sale if I was purchasing the warranty. Max then told me he would have to talk to the owner/his boss. I told him to let me know what they decide to do. I did not hear from him the rest of day. I arrived at Picasso Imports that evening with check for the entire amount of the vehicle minus the warranty. Max told me he has the right to refuse to sell to anyone. He stated "You changed the terms by not purchasing the warranty". I stated no where in the ad does it say I have to purchase a warranty. He agreed with my statement then said again he has the right to refuse to sell to whoever he wants. I was purchasing this vehicle sight unseen in person, trusting the video they sent me and Max's statement that their inspection determined the vehicle was "mechanically solid"; they only had to replace the driver seat mechanisms and change the oil.

On october 4th, 2025, I bought a 2010 toyota 4 runner from Picasso Imports in fishers, In. They were very friendly at 1st (to get the sale) and very fast with paperwork. After leaving the lot, only 5 miles into my 15 mile trip home, the rearend started shaking so nad that it almost caused a deadly aaccident. Apon getting home a hour later due to very slow careful driving, the vehicle was inspected. A certified mechanic found severe rust damage to tge frame and about all undercarage parts. Rear differental/ trailer arm mounts are both broken off the rear differental. Thats means its only held in by the drive shaft, and that is a 2 peace. The rear driveshaft is seperated by over 1 inch. Also apon further inspection by a certified toyota dealer. The total damage equals up to $27,750. Picasso imports is unwilling to admit they covered up the damage with a very unnessary amount of thick anti rust tar material so the cosumer would not see the severity during presale inspection. Picasso also cancled my service apt because i wont take down any of my truthful reviews/complaints. Hope this review help others to avoid all Picasso Imports used car sales. Im filing a lawsuit aginst them. Its in progress.

She was very attentive and understood the assignment when I told her I needed a good used vehicle. We had recently been in a car accident so there had not been an opportunity to save for a car, so we were just looking for something in really good condition to get us around until we can afford a better car later. Dorian helped us achieve that. we purchased a 2013 GMC terrain. 2. NOT So Good. While signing papers there were a few things I asked could be fixed on the car as part of the deal. Dorian said they could be. I know when you buy used, you're not guaranteed any kind of fixes or warranties, but it never hurts to ask. She scheduled an appointment for me to come back the following Saturday. When I came back, they said they had no idea who I was and I was not on the list. I reached out to Dorian, explained I felt unsafe driving with warped rotors, and sway arms that needed replaced, plus the car was making weird noises. She told me to reach out to the sales manager. I left messages for Austin on three separate occasions, with no return call. 3. GREAT! After quite a bit of research and being transferred, I was able to reach the corporate office. I spoke with Eduardo and explained my situation. He was kind and understanding. By the end of that day, I had received a call from the store GM, Damon. Damon took over the situation. I explained what had happened and that I have two jobs, plus grandchildren to babysit. He scheduled time to meet me, and talk with me. Then He handed me keys to a 2025 Sorento to use while they fixed my car. Most things were fixed and I was not charged, even though I offered to pay the deductible on the warranty i purchased. 4. NICE! I appreciate how quickly Damon took care of things, once he knew about my situation. Customer service matters, and I feel like Damon and the folks at Fishers Napleton Kia are working hard to make sure their customers are well taken care of. No business is perfect, but striving to make things right shows they're putting forth the effort to do right by their customers. I appreciate that VERY much!

That's nearly 4 MONTHS to repair a minor electrical issue on AN ELECTRIC CAR! It took them 8 weeks to just figure out how to fix the original issue--the right side turn signal light would stay on. 8 WEEKS! Then, once they accidentally stumbled upon the remedy for that original issue, they screwed up ANOTHER ELECTRICAL problem. The excuses that management has given me about why it is taking so long reads like a BAD THREE STOOGES movie. The incompetence and apparent ignorance of the service department at Napleton KIA in Fishers is simply inexcusable, not to mention unprofessional. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO Napleton Kia for service. Not if you want to see it again, that is.

What really stood out was the level of service. Tom personally arranged delivery from Indianapolis to Chicago at no additional cost, which made everything effortless on our end. The pricing was very competitive, and after visiting close to 20 dealerships over the past year, including when I purchased a truck, I can confidently say Lockhart Cadillac offered the most reasonable deal by far. Tom is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to find, trustworthy, fair in negotiations, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. There was no pressure, no games, just straightforward and honest communication. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend asking for Tom. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had.

What's worse is the lack of communication--missed callbacks, no clear updates, and I've had to chase information every step of the way. Now that the factory warranty is expired and the extended warranty that I purchased is in effect I've had no communication about rental coverage under my warranty so I'm paying out of pocket for Lyft and Uber. At this point, I don't feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. This is not what I expected from a certified vehicle or a Cadillac dealership. While the staff has been polite, there has been no meaningful resolution. *2020 XT4

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD This dealership is…read morehands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Not only are the cars they sell lemons, but the way they treat customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a vehicle from them in October 2024. Within 2 days I got an airbag malfunction warning. That issue was never fixed, and I was brushed off every time I brought it up -- which is unacceptable considering airbags are a major safety issue. A few months later I got a coolant warning, and soon after the car began overheating. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the vehicle had stop leak poured into the system, so much that they couldn't even properly diagnose the problem until it was flushed out -- costing me over $300. I never put stop leak in my car. The dealership kept my car for over a month, going days at a time without any communication or updates. After finally getting it back, they claimed they cleaned out the stop leak and replaced the thermostat. The overheating stopped temporarily, but again -- the airbag malfunction was still not repaired. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak and the coolant warning again, meaning the problems are continuing. The customer service is just as bad as the cars. When I tried to address issues that were not fixed after multiple visits, TIM HUGHES (a manager) was beyond rude -- he laughed in my face when I told him one of the issues still wasn't repaired and acted like I was stupid for even bringing it up. When I later tried to speak with the GM, MICHAEL SPURGIN was extremely rude, dismissed me, and even hung up on me. Another employee, Erica, also hung up on me. The staff refuses to provide any contact information for the owner/president of the company. This entire dealership is unprofessional, irresponsible, and clearly sells vehicles with serious issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DON'T DO IT!

The salesman told us it was likely just a sensor issue and would be taken care of, so we moved forward with the purchase and bought the extended warranty. By March 8, the car had a major coolant leak and had to be towed to a warranty-approved shop. We later found out the vehicle has extensive leaks that would have clearly been present at the time of sale. Repairs are over $10,000, and the warranty is only covering about $1,300. The main issue isn't even covered under our plan--and we were never offered the higher-tier coverage that would have included it. We also were not given a copy of the warranty contract at purchase and had to request it later. When we asked the dealership for help, the only option offered was for us to pay to tow the car to them and pay another diagnostic fee, with no assistance for costs we've already incurred. We are now having to take out a personal loan to repair a car we just bought, with no guarantee other issues won't arise. I would not recommend AutoGiant. Be extremely cautious, get everything in writing, and have any vehicle independently inspected before buying.
