Recently I had my 50,000 mile service completed at the dealership and was told by the service advisor that my car needed new brakes and rotors, as well as some other fluid flushes and replacements. Since the quote from the dealer was substantial, I decided to take my car to Euro Motorworks, where I had taken my wife's Volvo after it was out of warranty, and where the service was performed satisfactorily and affordably. Imagine my shock when after telling the staff at Euro Motorworks that my car needed brakes, I received a phone call telling me that the car has plenty of brake pad left and that I didn't need any of the services that the dealership recommended or that I had brought my car in for. My dealership's service department has lost me as a customer forever, and Euro Motorsports has earned my service business as well as my respect and eternal gratitude for their integrity.

They wouldn't negotiate on price until I got a PPI which was scheduled for Monday morning - the earliest appt available. We arranged for me to pick up the car early Monday morning before they opened. I arrived and the salesman smiles and says, it's gone! He sold the car on Saturday. No call. No first right of refusal. No courtesy. Nothing. This car was a specialty color that is very rare. I was in love with the car and was ready to pay cash on Thursday night, but they wouldn't even discuss it before I got the PPI. That's super fishy. Is it because you were holding it for another buyer? Is it because I'm a young woman? Is it because I'm Black? Doesn't matter. It was wrong. I think it was his smile that sent me over the edge. Nothing about this situation was joyous. I will never return and I hope no one else does, either. Shame on you, Fritz!
