But no judgment from me until BOTH of the front counter workers proceed to be rude to all 4 of the customers ahead of me. 2 English speaking customers and 2 who spoke Spanish. I even overheard the black lady talk bad about the Spanish speaking customer about how his breath and his body odor was "STANKING UP MY LOBBY" Finally get to my turn and the guy is super rude to me because I was having trouble relaying which part I was coming to buy for my coworkers. Finally get it situated and rushed off to the next room where you pick up and pay for the parts. Get in that room and am standing around for almost 20 minutes not even sure if they are working on my order or not. Finally gets my part and they toss it across the slotted counter for me to check for damage. Thankfully it wasnt. I pay for my order and leave the guy from the counter is out front whooping down a cigarette and cussing on the phone. Place seems to be ran poorly and no management in sight. If you can avoid having to do business with this place I would. I couldn't believe how many bad google reviews were on google as well and they all described exactly what I noticed during my experience.

I have two problems. One, Autozone doesn't honor its battery warranties. And two, its employees…read moretreat you like a dog for wanting it honored. I had the same problem at the Mooresville Indiana location last Sunday, only not as bad. Big O Tires did a test a few weeks ago and it showed my battery was working at 75% and has a bad cell. Multiple tests though there and at two Autozones have since passed. The lady at this location with shaved hair has no customer service ability. I didn't get her name. I told her that Big O wanted to see if Autozone would honor its warranty (bought 1/15/2025) so we can see if my car isn't starting because of a bad cell. I asked if she would call them about this and she dismissed me saying, "They can call me." as if she was too busy to deal with me. There was one other customer in the store at the time and she had another employee there. In no way was I treated like a customer with a problem that needed fixed. Sympathy for the situation was replaced with an "get out of the store attitude." Basically, I'm being told that I was foolish to buy a battery at Autozone and I'm gambling on their tester finding a problem with their battery to get them to honor their own warranty. This experience is telling me that that warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. My next $200 battery purchase will not be at Autozone. My next purchases of anything will not be at Autozone since having customers is inconvenient to them.

On the…read moreway home from the dealership, we noticed air or noise on the driver side door seal and a few days later after that, the driver window would not go up. Also, noticed that the truck was wondering around on the road a little. When the salesperson did a follow up call with me, I told him about these issues. So, we set up an appointment for me to return it to get fixed. In the meantime, I received a customer satisfaction call from Ford Motor Company, 10 days after my purchase with about 250 to 300 miles on the truck. I told them my issues and that I was not happy with these issues, and that I would be taking the truck back to the dealer to get these issues fixed. So, I took it back to the dealership, with 588 miles on it. When I arrived to drop off my truck, there were several service writers sitting looking down, like please don't pick me. Finally, I walked up to one and asked if he would help me. I told him my issues, and he asked me if I had a ride because it was going to be a couple of days. Two days later I contacted them, and he said it was going to be another day. The next day, I got a text saying my truck was ready. At this time, I went to pick it up and they told me that I have a $175 bill to fix the alignment. I responded that I am not paying anything and told them this was the way it was when I drove it off the lot with 50 miles on it. So, after arguing with the service manager about the cost, I asked to speak to the general manager. "I was really tired of this whole issue at this point, and the general manager went down the same rabbit hole. Unfortunately, the wind noise is not fixed and now it will need to be returned to a different dealership. I have purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and never had an issue with warranty issues being fixed. Also, the service department left muddy footprints in my new truck. I attached a picture and it is # 18 at the top, red truck with black floormats. Furthermore, this is the WORST experience every with a service department, after purchasing a new vehicle. You may want to think twice about this dealership. It seems like they want to squeeze every penny out of you and argue about warranty work as well as trash your vehicle. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! I plan on contacting Ford Corporate directly to get my issues resolved.
