They will take 2 days for a diagnostic job, just to tell you what repairs are needed. Then another 2-3 days for them to actually complete the repairs. If they get backlogged, which happens EVERY week, they will attempt to reschedule your appt., even if you booked a WEEK prior. This is not a well managed Service shop.
