Went In for a 70 dollar alignment ended up costing me 240 bucks because he left my lights on for almost an hour then they pushed my car to the curb and basically told me here it is then when I talked to him he acted like it wasn't his problem and went back in the shop and went about his day. Very poor service, grease on my seat and floor mat. I called to talk to them about it the next day and the lady in the office was very rude talking over me and just laughed. Had an unplanned unexpected meeting with this company. Driving into work I had a issue with my car and on advice had it towed to them. On Monday at 11:30 am they were not only able to get my van right in, fix the problem at a reasonable cost but got me out in less then an hour for work I thought might take hours. Their staff was outstanding. They did the work that was needed and didn't make any attempt to up sell me any other repairs or work and the overall price for the work was more then fair. I brought in a car with damage to the front right suspension, the estimate was to be about $650 to repair, plus towing and tax, then they called that another part is broken and it will be another $100 to fix, after THIS WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED, they called again and said yet another part is broken and it would be another $800, then they said something was wrong with the left side, (This was not broke when the car was brought in) another $100 to fix. When I talked to the owner he was very rude, if I had known from the get go how much this was going to be, I would have sold the car and used that money and the $1800.00 it cost me to buy another one. I have been a client there for 11 years and brought 6 different cars to them, NEVER AGAIN! read more

I had the best experience at Darrell's alignments everybody here is nice and polite the work is professional couldn't ask for better place to go I give it a five star. If you need any front end work or brakes done this is the place to go the guy that runs it named Eric is great polite and cares about his customers. They found a small problem with my truck they called and told me about it and they fix it for free I thought that was really nice to finally go somewhere and and not me overcharged. read more

Had to get new brake pads and rotors, I bought both but Darrell's only put my brake pads on. Well my buddy and I were trying to change the rotors, a week after they changed my brake pads, because they took 4 hours just to change my brake pads. Well my buddy and I could not get my back tires off at all, we only got the front ones off because we used a 350 foot pound impact wrench... and the back ones still wouldn't come off using the SAME impact wrench. What if I was stranded on 465 with a flat and I couldn't put my donut on because the tire was torqued too tight?? They were able to torque the tires back to 100, but when my buddy and I went to change the back rotors again, the screw for my caliber was torqued even tighter!!! I have to take my car to a shop to get my rotors changed now because an hour and a half job got changed to three hours with no progress!!! Everyone was friendly and nice, but WHO TORQUES TIRES MORE THAN 350 FOOT POUNDS?!?!?!? read more
